Staff's attitude, maybe they are trained that way. For any small thing they will ask for money.

1.very less options for Vegetarians. 2. The replenishing the food on the spread table is very very slow and discomfort. 3. The Tv has only Asia net cable that too all free channels only. 4. The TV is not smart TV hence Netflix, prime , hot star like channels are not available it is only available in suit rooms. 5. From 5 star standard it is only 3 star and not 5. 6. Only Room Service rates are 5 star.

Well I have to give them location but that’s all that is working for them at the moment.

Exceptionally unprofessional staff at the front desk which just ruined the stay for us. I did feel sorry for them as they simply just didn’t know the general etiquettes of welcoming guests. The experience feels more like a budget hotel which is not fair when they advertise themselves as a 5 star property and charges 5 star rates. I will never stay in this hotel or have anything to do with it.

Great location close to Hilite mall and just off the national highway NH66. Decent executive style 5-star hotel.

Buffet breakfast is average. No adjoining rooms (rooms with connecting doors) or family friendly rooms available. We ended up booking a superior deluxe and ordering an extra bed.

The entrance in the service road makes it difficult to reach under heavy traffic. The pool was out of service and was disappointing. They should have mentioned in the booking portal if the pool is under maintenance.

The front desk was friendly and met our requests when we called them for various things (changing room, taxi, etc.). The Kerala items in the breakfast were authentic and the Executive Chef Lijo does an awesome job. The highlight of our stay was the breakfast.

The bathrooms were not clean and had mold. Our day one room on sixth floor smelled like mold and we had to request a room on a different floor. The whole hallway of the 6th floor also smelled muggy and moldy. Overall, the hotel needs to revamp itself by having clean rooms and hallways. Another issue was that this hotel is fairly far from the center of city and we had hard time getting autos/taxis willing to drive us to this location (and charged 1.5 to 2 times normal meter rates).

Cool Reception, luggage reached 5 hours after check in, only two dental kits for five guests, no shaving kit, not properly addressed to complaints . How can we say it’s a Star hotel

Check in time was 2 pm. I reached the property at 4 pm and the room was not ready. Offered me a complimentary tea which I did not get. No satisfactory explanation given.

Гостиница отвечает всем требованиям к такого класса гостиницам. Все ожидания оправдались. Завтрак отличный, подача характерна для хороших индийских гостиниц. Сигнал вай фай отличный. Как я понял служба такси у них своя, всего за 1000 рупий такси доставит в любую точку в пределах города и пригородах.

Надо отремонтировать проезд к самой гостинице от главной дороги, организовать что-то вроде бакалейного магазина в шаговой доступности.

Only a 3-star facility. The room had a bad smell and the washroom water was not flowing properly when we checked in. The staff were also not cooperative.

Staff flexibility.

I booked the through Booking.com, where payment has to be made only when I check-in, but the hotel insisted in making advance payment two days before the stay, which is against the policy. The sales person said, if I don’t pay, the room will be shown as vacant on their system and it will be allotted to some other guest! This is bullshit!

They dint mind anything even when you request it is family with children snd we have booked two rooms in booking.com so we need the rooms nearby their answer they cant even guarantee it is going to be even in same floor. No family room. No interconnecting room . Pool was dirty

The hotel is very beautiful and luxurious. My reservation was upgraded, which made me very happy. The staff are helpful and smiling, and the view from the window is very beautiful.

Unfortunately, I found some insects on my bed, and this bothered me. The sheets were changed immediately. The second thing is that the sheets are old and need to be changed because they are worn out. The breakfast does not have many options, and for the first time I did not find a coffee machine at breakfast.

I had such a fantastic time at the Dimora Hotel in Calicut - it was an absolutely amazing experience. A shout-out to their guest relation executive, Anoop Vellat. He was incredibly helpful from the moment I checked in until I checked out. He was there every step to make sure everything went smoothly. Absolutely top-notch service. Would highly recommend if you're ever in the area!

Very happy with the breakfast spread. Veg options was a must for us for breakfast and the hotel far exceeded on our expectation. Thanks for that. Property is new, fresh and ideally located for the travellers.
