family freindly.,all the facilites available in the room n kitchen, dont ask for anything..and the best part was property owner and family are living in the same property,so safety, family, children, are comfortable…,I like it and my family too, best staycation,,,damn sure next time i will choose only this…

The rooms inside are clean and well arranged. Kitchen is well equipped and functional. Bathroom is clean and organized properly.

At the booking time we booked for 3 adults but at the time of check in at midnight they denied the third person bed else to pay huge amount. The booking.com pictures were fake and it didn’t mention the living room with sofas is not available for all apartments. Totally messed up my stay after a tedious journey from Wayanadu. The air conditioning unit is not cooling and depended on fan was more tiring and no slept well throughout the night. Multiple times called the staff to help but they have nothing to do with it.

Great hotel, amazing appartment room. Lovely staff. Great location.

It's clean, just the right size and centrally located.

There was nothing I did not like

Seamless check-in, spotless room, and a cozy ambiance that made us feel right at home. Attentive staff, quick responses.

Overall, the hotel is great, the parking space is a bit congested.

Had booked the two-room apartment. The entire apartment was super clean and felt very comfy. Staff at the reception were also very helpful and courteous. They have a restaurant nearby where home delivery is possible. Zomato/Swiggy options are also available. Will recommend for families.

Very clean and we'll furnished units with a nice and kind staff.

For the price, the unit size was slightly small.

Very clean and comfortable high-end accommodations. Professional and helpful staff. Excellent facilities and treatment of guests.

A little far from central Kozhikode during high-traffic times.

The staffs were very friendly and the property was very well maintained and clean

We had previously stayed at the Gateway Hotel but found it lacking in some areas, so this time we chose this apartment—and it was a fantastic decision. Everything here is of a much higher standard. The building is modern and stylish, with a luxurious feel that’s clearly well-built and thoughtfully designed—nothing about it feels cheap. Although it's within easy reach of SM Street and plenty of restaurants, the setting is peaceful, with beautiful views of coconut fields. The rooms are a real highlight—elegant, well-equipped with high-tech fans, a fridge, a luxurious rain shower in the bathroom, and the incredibly comfortable Emma mattress. From the receptionist to the security guard, every staff member was warm and welcoming, making our stay truly memorable. We’ll definitely be returning!

Centrally located, very well done up modern apartment with a good kitchen to a washing machine and fridge! Adequate crockery and cutlery for a couple. Staff were warm and friendly and very helpful. Easy access to autos and cabs. And though it's near a main road, since it' is about 100m inside a side street, there's no ambient noise.Theres a balcony also with chairs and a table.

Clean property, well maintained, convenient location and excellent hospitality
