Très belle décoration dans le centre ville de Slane. Restaurant délicieux. Accueil très agréable et toute l’équipe étaient au petit soin. Très grande chambre avec dressing et lit haut à baldaquin

Breakfast was gorgeous. Loved the stay, it was a handy location to explore.

Unser Navi hat uns angezeigt, dass wir eventuell länger brauchen, als was Check-In. Ich habe der Unterkunft dann über Booking geschrieben und sie haben sehr schnell geantwortet, dass dies kein Problem sei.

Klobürste hat gefällt, Klospülung hat einfach nicht funktioniert. Die Dusche war sehr heruntergekommen und es hat auch an Sauberkeit gemangelt.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Zimmer war sauber. Das Frühstück ist super und es gibt sogar eine vegane Variante des irish breakfast.

Es ist halt ein altes Haus, an dem ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten nötig wären, besonders an den Fenstern und im Bad.

La chambre familiale est côté route très passante et donc bruyant.

Que tenha feito reserva para este alojamento e depois ter sido colocado no old post Office que é em frente. Se eu para lá quisesse ir tinha reservado até porque era mais barato. Atenção que o old post Office é tranquilo, única desvantagem é que pequeno almoço é no hotel. Apenas me queixo do abuso.

Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Enjoyable breakfast which was included.

Dinner - there was a very long delay between the first person receiving dinner and the last (4ppl). Also a mistake with one order (staff did rectify). Bedroom - there was no air conditioning, room was too hot. We had to open window - very busy, noisy road. Shower was not good, poor pressure and bad angle.

Hotel storico, confortevole e pulito. La sala per la colazione - e volendo anche per la cena su prenotazione - e' molto curata. In generale un buon hotel, in posizione strategica per visitare New Grange e non troppo lontano da Dublino

Siamo partiti la mattina presto perchè dovevamo raggiungere l'aeroporto e non abbiamo potuto fare colazione, avevamo chiesto se c'era la possibilità di fare colazione presto ma la risposta è stata vaga e che ci sarebbe stato solo il bollitore con l'acqua per un tea

A small point... the room must have been the furthermost room from reception in the whole hotel, it was along a quirky maze of corridors, probably from adding multiple extensions at the back of the building, but on checking in we were told the hotel wasn't full so wonder why we were allocated a room so far away.

Das Hotel hat alles was man benötigt, wir haben auch sehr gut gefrühstückt und dort zu Abend gegessen. Nettes Ambiente. Parkplatz im Hof hinter dem Haus kostenlos. Empfehlenswerter Aufenthalt.

Personnel attentif et chambres spacieuses, propres et confortables. Très belle base pour visiter Dublin (le centre ville est à 40 minutes) et/ou prendre l'avion du retour, loin du tumulte de la capitale. Le bâtiment est à lui seul une curiosité et les pubs "dans leur jus" comme on aime sont très proches. Ne pas se faire piéger au petit-déjeuner : attendre la commande avant de commencer à manger (c'est si copieux qu'aucun d'entre nous n'a pu finir) :-)

We splashed out a little for this one but it was worth it. Lovely decor, good service. Very nice breakfast included with both cooked and continental options. We ate dinner at the restaurant which although being late and having less menu options was still very good.

The food was beautiful in restaurant downstairs the price of room very reasonable 👌

Colazione preparata al momento con ampia scelta di piatti sia dolce che salata. Possibilità di pranzo/cena. Parcheggio dietro l'hotel.

Consiglio di togliere la moquette per terra ormai usurata, anche i rivestimenti delle sedie in sala da pranzo sarebbero da cambiare.

Staff were really friendly and helpful. The rooms are really clean with good facilities. Location is right in the centre of the town, so a perfect base. Food in the bar and the breakfast were lovely with a great selection.

The room was really hot. The check in time was quite late at 4pm, and the check out time is 11am, which is worth considering for a one night stay.

Sicuramente il cibo: siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti sia a cena che a colazione. Ottimo il parcheggio sul retro dell’hotel.

Non è esattamente una nota negativa, ma ci hanno assegnato una camera alternativa nell’edificio di fronte, perché in quella che teoricamente avremmo dovuto avere all’interno dell’hotel faceva troppo caldo. Sarebbe stato interessante valutare le due alternative. Ma ci siamo fidati delle buone intenzioni del personale. Gli specchi nella camera che ci è stata data (nell’Old Post Office) erano uno troppo basso e l’altro troppo alto (per una persona alta circa 1,65).

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. I would recommend you book a table at the restaurant. We had planned to eat there but there was no tables available. We had to drive to raymos and eat chipper as we could not find anywhere else to eat. The room was beautiful and very clean. But it was extremely hot and no fans available.

On arrival I asked about the restaurant and was told the opening times. This gave the impression it would be no problem eating there. It would have been helpful to be told to book a table.

We stayed at the Conygham Arms Hotel in the Boyne House for 2 nights while attending a friend's wedding at Slane Castle. I loved this place! It was a beautiful room with high ceilings, a gorgeous clawfoot tub, amazing windows, a comfortable bed, and lovely aesthetics. It was very convenient, easy to navigate, and close to Slane Castle. I would definitely return.

Character Breakfast

Room in main building was warm and had to open the windows. Hotel on very busy road with a lot of constant noise from traffic. Room was lively and had loads of character with four poster bed. We stayed a second night on the Sunday and were placed across the road in the post office. Again, at the front and asked for a move to avoid noise. Much quieter but a tiny room which is really only good for one person - they did warn us and it’s was worth the squeeze for some sleep. Hotel charged us twice - once through booking.com then took money from my husband - we are still trying to get money back as manager not available.

I found the stairs difficult due to my knee issues but that was my problem rather than the hotel's.

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, gutes Preis- Leistungsverhältnis, gutes Essen.

Es war alles gut, nur ist die Lage an der stark befahrenen Straße sehr laut. In den Zimmern nach hinten heraus ist dies sicherlich besser.

La struttura è in tipico stile inglese, molto bella e curata nei dettagli, sembra di stare in un vecchio film. La colazione è ottima.

La pulizia in certi punti potrebbe essere migliorata.

The beds were exceptionally comfortable with crisp clean bed linen. The breakfast was delicious, and as a coeliac, I was catered for.

The receptionist on arrival was extremely rude and argumentative and had no customer service skills.

We stayed at this hotel as we went to Funtasia in Drogheda was looking a cheap and cheerful hotel stay for my family and I. Hotel staff were all amazing and so helpful. Hotel was beautiful and clean. Room was massive & breakfast was beautiful. Couldn't fault anything in this hotel will definitely be back!

The breakfast was excellent and the staff was friendly. Overall it was clean with nice toiletry products.

The room was very stuffy and hot. They did provide a fan. I had to keep the window open for the air and it was above the garden which was regularly book. Great for them but not for me as the noise traveled into my room. The carpet looked worn and the bathroom even more so. It was quaint but well worn and for the price I expected more.

The friendly staff and very helpful to getting a taxi etc. The breakfast was very good and a good selection. Would recommend the Hotel to friends PS (could you turn off the heat in the bathroom especially in this weather.)

Convenient stay for Bru na Boinne nearby UNESCO site. In annexed property over the road which was very well appointed and comfortable. Very good restaurant nearby and food at hotel ok

Had to cross a very busy road to get to our room but ok if you used crossroad lights

I stayed her with three lads 12, 12 and 10. This Hotel very central for all the attractions around Slane including Emerald Park, Newgrange and Puddenhill. The food in the evening and for breakfast was lovely. The bed comfortable beds. would recommend for family stay. Staff very friendly

In the centre of the town

Excellent old character hotel in the middle of Slane. Breakfast was fantastic as was our dinners. Very well prepared food and nice and hot and plenty of it, as seems to be the case in Ireland. Just don't have too much luggage, climbing the stairs as is the way in old Pub style accommodation. Free car parking at rear of Hotel off the busy road, which was great.

We had room 5 which, when the window was open, the noise from the air handling unit drowned out your conversation. Spoke with the desk, no luck. Fortunately it stopped at 23:00 and came back on at 07:00. Otherwise ok.
