Reviewed Sep 18, 2026The hotel is in the main square of town very close to the train station and near the cable car to the Stanzhorn mountain attraction. The hotel is beautiful and cozy, the room large and very well furnished- it seems like brand new. The hotel has a very good restaurant and the breakfast was great.
I would have to be petty to find something bad in this hotel.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Quiet location away from the crowds in Lucerne. Right next to the train station. Minutes from Stanserhorn.
Unforgivable design choice in the room: no toilet door! I had to travel three floors away to attend to business away from my wife. Air conditioning was very loud so we had to turn it off.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2026The room was very comfortable, and the lobby staff was very helpful. The hotel was perfectly located in Stans. Access was easy from any direction. The premises are kept in excellent condition. The photo pictures on the wall showing the overall area were a very nice touch.
Parking could be better but that is a difficult challenge in the center of Stans. However, parking at the nearby underground parking garage was simple and easy. Access was easy.
