Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Good location, right next to the Stanserhornbahn. Only a 5 minute walk to the train station and the coop. The staff were amazing, very friendly and helpful. The lady at breakfast was so friendly I think her name was Sondra.
The room was a bit on the small side.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026Het is een goede overnachtingsplek, vlakbij Luzern. Precies tegenover de Stanserbahn. Eén kabelbaan uit 1893. Daarmee kun je de berg op om wandelingen te maken.
Het hotel biedt een kamer, een ontbijt en een koelkast, waaruit je een drank kunt halen. Het heeft geen restaurant en geen parkeergelegenheid.

Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Heel aardig personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt, echt een feestje. Honesty bar was prima gevuld. Schoon en mooi ingericht. Heerlijk beddengoed. Mooie ruime 3-persoons kamer met balkon, wat ideaal is als je met een kind reist dat eerder naar bed gaat. Voor ons de ideale plek voor een overnachting op doorreis. Tegenover een populaire kabeltrein de berg op.
Houd er rekening mee dat het parkeren een paar minuten lopen is van het hotel, voor €10,00 per nacht. Maar het voelde prima veilig. Prijs van het hotel met ontbijt is voor Zwitserse begrippen prima, maar voor Nederlandse wel pittig, maar je krijgt er een heerlijke kamer voor terug, het waard.

Pães deliciosos fresquinhos, yogurte, suco,queijos,futas, e coisas típicas da região Delicioso!Tinha uma funcionária que falava português e era muito atenciosa. A localização era perfeita, ao lado da estação de trem. Muito prática essa instalação, bem próxima ao hotel. Para se locomover para as demais localidades é uma tranquilidade. Fica na frente de uma maravilhosa atração que é o Stanserhof Bahn, não percam, mas atenção faz frio lá em cima.Voltaremos com certeza.

Rude staff, 4 croissants being served in the breakfast buffet, found it be very cheap honestly, very small rooms, it was so hot, the AC clearly wasn’t working and you couldn’t do much about it as there’s no one to help you in the middle of night

De badkamer was erg klein.

Airco op kamer was fijn, maar beneden was het warm. Er is op de kamer maar 1 stoel om te zitten. En 1 krukje/ poef. Parkeren kan niet bij het hotel, dat is jammer, maar wel prima en betaalbaar bij parkeerplaats Turmat.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Die Zimmer sind super, sehr Moderne Ausstattung. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles war man braucht. Hervorragender Kaffee! Die Lage direkt bei der Stanserhorn Bahn war auch Genial.
Das Hotel ist direkt an den Gleisen. Ich wusste es darum auch nur 1 Punkt abzug. Da es doch sehr Laut war. Hatte auch schon in Gleisnähe übernachtet wo mann dies nicht so gut bemerkte.

Die Lage: Die Zimmer nach hinten liegen direkt an der Bahnlinie, die Zimmer nach vorne direkt an der Straße und zu einem bis spät in die Nacht stark belebten Platz. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist zwar in der Nähe, darf aber gegen Gebühr nicht länger als 12 Stunden genutzt werden. Das angeblich reichhaltige Frühstück ist deutlich dürftig und abgezählt bemessen.

Reviewed May 3, 2026Besonders die Auswahl beim Frühstück. Es hatte wirklich alles zu bieten. Nur mit der Kaffeemaschine hatte ich etwas Mühe, weil ich mich in der Grösse der Tassen geirrt hatte.
Was mir weniger gefallen hat, dass ich zwischem dem Kasten und dem Fenster die Matratze so gross war, dass ich über die Matratze krichen musste, um im Bett zu schlafen. Jedoch habe ich bei euch super geschlafen. Besonders hatte ich Freude, dass da die Gäste-Information in einer Klemmkarte war, wo ich ab und zu arbeite.

Leider keine eigene Parkplätze. Das Frühstück könnte ein wenig mehr Auswahl haben. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 3. Stock und nach einem sonnigen Tag, war es sehr warm und wir hatten in der Nacht über 20 Grad. Leider war die Klimaanlagen noch nicht im Betrieb.

Reviewed Feb 11, 2026The staff are super friendly and incredibly efficient and the hotel is very modern and quaint at the same time. There’s no stress, no hassle — everything runs like clockwork. We usually stay at the hotel as a pit stop, and we never have to worry about what time we arrive, as they provide access codes that allow you to check in at any time. That’s very important when you’re on a road trip.
We truly can’t criticize anything — the hotel is excellent. If we absolutely had to suggest one improvement, it would be to reopen their fabulous bar, which once brought such life and atmosphere to the whole town.
