房間的馬桶間、不定時發出極大聲響，大概一分鐘左右，晚上已有跟櫃檯反應，但收到的資訊說是抽風機的問題，只要把抽風機關掉即可，櫃檯也詢問我是否要換房間，因為那時已經晚了且也洗好澡了，懶得換，想說抽風機關掉應該就好了，不料凌晨4點40左右又發生聲響，隔天退房跟櫃檯反應，櫃檯一直說，之前住那房沒人反應過，我是覺得不可能沒人反應，反正也懶得說了，如果有住的人301房請跳過，我們覺得那聲響是上方水管所發出的聲音也很難解決。

小缺點是單人床有點小、床墊可能稍軟感覺會晃動，二樓住宿梯間走道會有不太好的味道，需要改進！

Reviewed Dec 2, 2025湖畔の高台にあり、良いロケーションだった。 日月湖畔を散歩するにはとても便利。 朝夕の風通しが気持ちよかった。 朝食は美味しくてよかった。 オープンデッキのバーは良かった。（ただし花火の際は入場を拒否された）
英語でのコミュニケーションが取れず、十分な説明もしてもらえなかった。 宿泊当日に花火大会があることを知らなかったため、それを前提とするようなサービスの提供をされても、不便で仕方がなかった。 夜も手早く食事が取れるよう、ロビー階のカフェを営業してほしいです。 レストランやバーの男性スタッフの中にとても態度の悪い人がいて残念だった。
