Reviewed Jul 24, 2026早餐中西式兼具，不算豐富但可滿足不同習慣住客的需求。 浴室淋浴水量強度充足，自主控溫式蓮蓬頭很棒。 免費升等湖景房可一覽日月潭美景。 距離環潭自行車道很近，散步慢跑騎車都方便。
停車空間有限，也無法為住客預留，所以要停到停車場得碰碰運氣，否則就得停到旅館側邊的坡道上。

Reviewed Mar 8, 2026住宿位置十分優秀，就在日月潭一上山的位置，要去右邊的水社碼頭或左邊的伊達邵都很方便，下午大廳有點心還有眾多滷味供人享用，讓舟車勞頓的人能先填飽肚子這點很用心，一看出去就是日月潭風景十分美麗，大廳接待人員也很和善，我要check out的時候想說順便買兩瓶水直接算我免費。
房間太舊了，嬰兒床是壞的，看起來睡起來不舒服，我2歲兒子只能跟媽媽擠同一張床睡了

Reviewed Feb 28, 2026The front desk staff had an excellent attitude and handled the issue efficiently and professionally. The breakfast selection was quite generous. The lake view from the room was absolutely stunning — truly beyond words!
The room in the old building was very outdated. The floor tiles were cracked and even loose. After we reported the issue to the front desk, they proactively assisted us and upgraded our entire family to two rooms in the new building beside each other with two double beds.

Free food available in foyer on arrival and we were upgraded from a twin room to a family room on the 5th floor with a balcony overlooking Sun Moon Lake. The early evening and early morning views over the lake were stunning. Free parking was available in the hotel car park and we were lucky to get a space as it has limited spaces. Hotel is a 15 min walk from Shuishe where you can get coffee, food, hire bikes, get on a boat trip and buy souvenirs. Car parking in Shuishe's main car park is reasonably cheap.
Nothing to dislike.

Reviewed Dec 14, 2025遠見就看到了一棟白色哥德式城堡, 走進巷口兩邊排列著金黃色的落羽松迎賓, 到了城堡便愛上宅, 等待check-in 時就享受著温柔的陽光,遠眺環繞的山巒，輕輕的，放鬆的呼吸著芬多精。服務人員非常溫心接待，走進大門好像進如畫廊，一樓的佈局給人回到家的溫馨。
