服務人員很親切 房間很大 還有兒童區域 雖然小 但小孩玩的很開心

Alors à la réception ça dépend vraiment sur qui on tombe, mais dans l'ensemble le staff est sympa. Le bâtiment est assez incroyable, le petit-déjeuner est correct, par contre louez-vous des vrais vélos car c'est vraiment des antiquités et si vous êtes grand cela risque d'être la galère.

Je trouvais que le petit-déjeuner était moyen, et après 30 km en vélo autour du lac il n'y a pas moyen de manger à moins d'un kilomètre de l'hôtel, donc prenez vos précautions. C'est le seul hôtel aussi où ma carte revolut n'est pas passée.. heureusement il y a un seven eleven à 1 km pour aller chercher du cash.

在日月潭地區，小黑蚊的擾人是另人歎息的憂傷。

The room is very spacious with the most magical view of Sun Moon Lake. The other bonus of this location is the peace and quiet. Staff were very vigilant, helpful and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our 3 day stay.

會館的位置符合我喜歡安靜的環境，但又不會距離其他景點太遠，早餐中規中矩但用餐環境很乾淨很舒服

房間夠大很舒服，但冷氣就稍微小台，冷房恆溫需要一點時間

飯店停車方便，房間寬敞，乾淨舒適。早餐中式及西式都有，咖啡好喝，坐在陽台就可以看到日月潭，填房號就可以免費租借腳踏車，地理位置絕佳，飯店過個馬路就可以下去到環湖自行車道，湖光山色絕美風景，非常療癒人心。

衛浴較小，沒有浴缸，飯店是用電熱器加熱，水溫足夠水量也充足，飯店有提醒說一人洗完後要等10-15分鐘再換人洗，我們家三人可能用水比較省，接續洗好像沒遇到這問題

Tout était parfait durant notre séjour ! Prendre son petit-déjeuner avec pour cadre la vue sur le lac et la jungle était tellement relaxant.. La chambre était très grande, nous avions vue sur le lac et la forêt de bambous. Le personnel était d'une extrême gentillesse ! Nous remercions tout particulièrement le monsieur qui travaillait en début de soirée : il nous réchauffait nos plats le soir, et nous donnait même des snacks.. adorable ! Encore merci à lui ! L'hôtel est très bien situé, pas loin de la gare routière ce qui est pratique quand on arrive en soirée. Ils ont un service de navette gratuite, pensez à les prévenir à l'avance pour qu'ils viennent vous chercher !

Tout : la chambre était charmante et pratique, avec une très belle vue. Le personnel était attentionné, présent et discret. Les espaces collectifs étaient orientés vers le lac et accueillants. Le soir de notre arrivée le monsieur de l'accueil nous a guidés en scooter vers l'endroit où dansent les lucioles pour que nous soyons surs de ne pas les manquer. Que c'était beau!

We had a pleasant stay overall, with a few things worth noting for future travelers. The hotel’s location is great if you have a car, especially during rainy days, as it makes getting around much more convenient. On sunny or dry days, it’s still manageable without a car since there’s a bus stop at the foot of the hill leading down to the Sun Moon Lake area. Unfortunately, it rained heavily throughout our stay, which made getting in and out a bit inconvenient at times. That said, the experience was truly saved by the incredible staff. A special thank you to Nelly and Tom, who went above and beyond by personally driving us into the downtown Sun Moon Lake area so we could get food and even catch the boat tour. Their kindness and effort made a huge difference and turned our stay around. The hotel itself has a very relaxing and peaceful ambiance—perfect for unwinding. Breakfast was okay, not particularly memorable, but decent enough to start the day. Overall, despite the weather challenges, the exceptional service and calming atmosphere made our stay worthwhile.

家庭房的兩張雙人床是Queen size 的，還放的下一張娃娃床，空間還是很大！房間真的很寬敞，不影響動線。一樓大廳有親子遊樂區，讓小孩打發時間，還有一隻超可愛的貓咪

周遭沒有別的商店，晚上肚子餓需要開車去買東西。但對我們開車前往的遊客來說不影響。如果是搭車的話可能有點不方便

房間蠻大的，陽台的view超好，一眼就可看到日月潭的美景！床好睡，枕頭稍高，早餐種類還好，但素食者可吃的種類多，而且是在戶外用餐，旁邊還有暖爐，真貼心！ 最吸睛的是店貓，超不怕人的。我們要離開時，牠一直想進駕駛座，超可愛！ 最後拍下牠的倩影，跟牠道別！

遠離塵囂，清淨閑宜

Schöne, ruhige Lage, etwas von der Straße zurückversetzt. Aussicht auf den See. Das Hotel ist architektonisch wesentlich hübscher als die Konkurrenz. Sehr große Zimmer, top Mückenschutz an den Fenstern und der Balkontür. Frühstück draußen auf der Terrasse möglich.

ホテルが少し高台にあるので、日月潭をバルコニーから見ることができます。 部屋がかなり大きいです。

面湖210室，地理位置不錯，惟入住當日寒流來襲，天候不佳，但泡湯取暖感覺不錯。房間很大又舒適。

早餐醃製食物較不適

Die wunderschöne Aussicht über den Sun Moon Lake, das leckere Frühstück und das geräumige Zimmer. Der Rezeptionist hatte für uns extra vegetarische Restaurants in der nähe herausgesucht.

Es ist aus unserer Sicht kein Oekohotel denn WC Ring und Spiegel sind beheizt, Duschtücher und Hausschuhe wurden täglich gewechselt. Das Hotel ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Der Bamboo Rock Garden also der Garten rund um das Hotel war vernachlässigt (vielleicht auch Saison bedinngt).

La posizione è splendida e la terrazza vista lago magnifica. Rapporto qualità/prezzo molto molto buono.

Het gebouw en interieur heeft wel een opknapbeurt nodig.

Die Lage ist etwas ausserhalb vom nächsten Ort, aber per Bus in ein paar Minuten bequem zu erreichen. Dadurch ist es aber sehr ruhig dort, was mir sehr gut gefallen hat. Das Frühstück ist eher asiatisch ausgerichtet, aber da die Mehrheit der Gäste Asiaten sind, ist das nur fair. Die Zimmer sind groß mit Seeblick. Die Sauberkeit war sehr gut und das Pesonal freundlich. Das Hotel hat auch kostenlos einen Shuttle zum Busterminal organisiert.

The room was spacious and comfortable with lake facing balcony. It was also quiet with little or no noise from neighboring rooms. The breakfast was excellent also - I stayed for 3 days and the hotel provided different varities of breakfast on all 3 days.

Very little to not like - this is an excellent hotel.

The front desk staff are helpful to provide information for us to take a boat, dinner, even help our GPS to set up. Thank you!
