Accueil très chaleureux. La chambre côté cour est au calme, ce qui est appréciable en ville. Elle n'est pas très grande mais suffisante pour y dormir. Excellent buffet de petit déjeuner. Le box de garage individuel n'est pas très grand mais permet de mettre la voiture et son contenu à l'abri.

This hotel was a complete surprise. I stayed for two nights because the hotel hosting my conference was fully booked. I chose this one simply because it was the closest. From the outside, I wasn’t impressed. The interior is a little old-fashioned, but you feel its warmth and character as soon as you walk in. The woman at reception greeted me with a smile that would brighten even a bad day. The hotel is very clean, the room was spacious, and the bathroom was spotless. Some reviewers say the €14 breakfast isn’t worth it. I disagree—I enjoyed it, and the coffee was perfectly brewed. It’s a two-star hotel, but I’ve stayed in worse four-star places. If you expect a big hotel breakfast, a restaurant, and a bar, this probably isn’t for you. But if you want a clean place in a good location with a touch of nostalgia, book it!

There was nothing I disliked, but to be completely fair, I should mention that the stairs are quite steep. If you have difficulty climbing stairs, bear that in mind. I’d also think twice about staying here with young children.

La camera, seppur piccola, era perfetto, completa di ogni comfort: dalle ciabatte monouso al phon, dai cuscini ai saponi. Perfetta.

Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und konnten unsere ebikes sicher abstellen. Die Lage ist zentral und trotzdem nicht zu laut in der Nacht. Am besten fanden wir die persönliche Betreung. Endlich mal keine Hotelkette!

Nichts

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Reise fand im Sommer statt und es war sehr warm. Abends gab es immer eine kleine Obstschale zur Erfrischung aufs Zimmer. Das Frühstücksbuffett war reichlich gedeckt. Es gab einen kleinen Gepäck-Lift für den Koffer. Hervorragendes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis!

Prima prijs/kwaliteit voor een weekendje Luik. Op wandelafstand van het historisch centrum. Zeer vriendelijke eigenares die tips kan geven voor je verblijf in de stad.

Het sanitair van de andere kamers is nogal goed te horen op de kamer.

Belle chambre propre et confortable ,petit déjeuner copieux , varié et délicieux, hôtesse tres accueillante . On se sent comme en famille! Nous avions loué un garage fermé et couvert , l’arrêt de bus est tout prêt de l ’hôtel

La chambre est juste ce qu'il faut. Ce qui a été le plus exceptionnel c'est l'accueil !!! Cette dame est tout simplement d’une extrême gentillesse et aux petits soins pour ses clients . Une vraie pépite de professionnalisme, elle chouchoute, elle conseille, elle aide. Merci

L’hôtel était très satisfaisant mais un peu loin du centre-ville historique.

The hostess is lovely and a friendly dog called Tito will greet you at check in. I didn't want to torture the French language, so they were accommodating with an English speaker. Relaxed breakfast and Madame squeezed fresh orange juice for me. A clean comfortable room for a reasonable price, and their location is close to everything. I would definitely stay here again.

een wat verouderd hotel maar prima te doen voor onze doortocht door België op de fiets, deze konden we veilig stallen in nabijgelegen garagebox, vriendelijke mensen en erg behulpzaam, heerlijk ontbijtje met verse jus en aardbei als toetje, s avonds lopend naar t centrum voor een hapje en drankje in het gezellige centrum van Luik

We hadden geen airo, en de kamer was georiënteerd naar de zon, viel niet mee om te slapen. Dit was een foutje van mijzelf als de persoon die de boeking gedaan heeft, maar geen airco in een hotelkamer is niet meer van deze tijd vind ik.

The location is good, you can easily walk anywhere or take a bus, and the district itself is quiet. Hotel is very compact and feels cozy. Hosts are very very warm, particularly the old lady - open to all your questions, taking care and she even served me coffee and a meal twice. The room is clean and has everything needed.

Price was really high (200 euro per night without breakfast), but I was visiting during a large music festival in Liege and all the prices skyrocketed, so this isn't really a critic for this particular hotel. Room is really small and right outside the window are external stairs, so not much daylight inside as well.

Bon emplacement, endroit propre et discret

Le petit déjeuner inclus, mais n'avons pas la liberté de manger à notre aise, on limite le nombre pour chacun. Pas le droit de prendre son tel qd on est à la table comme si nous étions en école maternelle. Mais j'y est prit un plaisir car je trouvais ça amusant de la part de la dame j'y avais bcp d'admiration pour elle malgré tout.

Wasserkocher, Kühlschrank,Kaffee, Tee, Wasser,Cola und Bonbons for free. Frühstück als Bufett. (14€ extra)Reichhaltig. Hotel ist stadtnah, alles kann zu Fuß erledigt werden.

Grande gentillesse de l’accueil

Très bien situé géographiquement, proche de La Boverie, Médiacité, la gare.... La gérante Madame Evelyne et son personnel sont adorables, serviables, on ne trouve plus cela. Ils sont absolument à la recherche de solution pour rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible. La chambre était calme. Accès et parking aisés.

C'est un peu vieillot, les adeptes de technologie trouveront qu'il manque des prises et facilités. Pas de chance, je suis tombée durant des jours particulièrement chauds et il n'y a pas de climatisation mais un ventilateur a été mis à ma disposition et les chambres restent toutefois assez isolées pour ne pas être transformées en four. Bémol pour la douche, forte petite et perchée en hauteur, ce qui rend la sortie un peu acrobatique.

Die nette Wirtin spricht deutsch und hat uns gut betreut, sowie Tipps für die Stadt gegeben. Wir haben vor Ort auch das Frühstück dazu genommen und das hat gute Auswahl geboten und hat und sehr gut geschmeckt. Man kann zu Fuß die Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt erreichen, das Zentrum um die Kathedrale (15 min), die Beuren Treppe, den Bovary Park und sogar den berühmten Bahnhof (40 min). Wir kamen am Feiertag mittags an, da gab es noch Parkplätze und sogar kostenlos. Abends wäre die Parkplatzsuche schwierer und man müsste evtl ein Parkhaus ansteuern.

Es war nicht sehr viel Platz im Zimmer und Treppenhaus aber es reicht.

Die Penetranz der Eigentümerin, ich habe sie gefragt, ihr etwas getan hätte. Beim Abreisen, ist sie mir ständig vor die Füsse gelaufen, bis ich endlich dem Schlüssel abgegeben habe. In meinem Zimmer war der Verkehrslärm kaum auszuhalten. Leider nicht nochmal. Sorry

I liked everything about this hotel. The staff were so helpful. Location 10 out of 10. I was there for Beer Marathon and this hotel could be the best option as start and finish line is just 7 minutes walk. And also centrally located. Would visit here again! Free car park was plus point. Breakfast delicious!

Nettes kleines Hotel, tolles Personal

The accommodation was very good, and the shortcomings were minimal. Very cute small room with everything important. The landlady was very kind and helpful. The location itself was somewhat less ideal, but at the same time it was only about a 20-minute walk to the city center, the train station, the shopping center, and also to quiet parks.

The bathroom had no window that could be opened or any other form of ventilation, which led, among other things, to a buildup of humidity and heat. At the same time, the room itself was also somewhat warmer, and ventilating by opening the window did not help sufficiently. I am concerned that the room will be too hot in the summer, as it was located directly under the roof.

Un endroit incroyablement confortable pour un séjour de courte ou de longue durée à Liège. Le personnel est très aimable et toujours prêt à rendre service. La chambre est très bien aménagée : un vestibule où l'on peut facilement ranger ses bagages, une pièce avec deux espaces de travail et un grand lit, ainsi qu'une salle de bains privative dotée d'une grande baignoire. L'hôtel se trouve à seulement 15 minutes à pied du centre-ville, et il y a un magnifique parc à proximité. On nous a également mis un garage à disposition, ce qui nous a évité de chercher une place de parking.

Établissement très bien situé à mi chemin entre la gare et le centre ville.. Chambre confortable, petit déjeuner copieux, et accueil très agréable de la propriétaire... A l'écart des bruits de la ville..

On peut trouver plusieurs parking aux alentours de cet hôtel. Le centre de la ville n'est qu'à 10 minutes de l'hôtel. Et on peut aussi se rendre au musée de la ville tout proche
