كان التكييف معطل انتقلت ع غرفه تانيه اقل جودة الماء الساخن للاستحمام كان مش بزيادة خلال الاستحمام تنزل المويه بارده

نحتاج تقدير من العاملين بالمكان للزوار اصحاب الاقامات القادمه من مسافات طويله مع عائلاتهم

مواقف السيارات حلو مجانيه في نفس الفندق

الغرفه مساحته مره صغيره بالنسبه للخروج من الفندق المفروض يعطونك اكثر من ثلاث ساعات احتياطه للتجهيز امورك من الفندق يعني من ساعتين إلى 4 ساعات بالكثير .

Resepsiyon görevlisinden çıkış yaptıktan sonra içmek için su istedim vermediler. Zorlayınca bir tane sor aldım. Market nakit çalışıyor. Pos cihazı olmasına nağmen kullanmıyor. Nakit harici satış yapmıyor.

I liked the location to Al Masjid Al Haram. It takes about 5mins by the bus.The buses movement to and from Al Haram are so frequent which creates a lot of flexible for the guests. The staff are excellent . They attend to all request round the clock with a cheerful face and big smile eg Rami at the reception, the cleaners and porters.

The three beds were small to fit in the second room making the room very tight with hardly space to move around.

This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel further away from the esplanade. There is a bus service to take guests to the mosque, but the timing wasn't great as it wasn't as frequent as you'd want it to be, so I only used it once. I preferred walking instead, and I was pleasantly surprised to find it wasn't as long as I had expected, only 15 minutes to reach the mosque.

Unfortunately, the first room we were given had a very bad smell coming from the pipes in the bathroom. We reported it straight away, but they initially just sent a cleaner. I was sure that wouldn't be sufficient since it was clearly a plumbing issue. Only after I complained a second time did they move us to another room where the bathroom had no smell. That was the worst part of the stay. Other than that, I didn't like the bed, it was too small and the air conditioning was too noisy. It wasn't a total disaster, and I suppose it's okay for the price if there are no bathroom issues. But as for me, I will never come back. It just wasn't comfortable enough.

Very comfortable stay with ample parking. Rooms were very clean. Having a baqala right next to the reception was very convenient. Shower was fantastic. They had transport to Haram with frequent buses available. They dropped us 5 minutes away from Haram entrance.

We needed an extra mattress but they werent available. There was a fire alarm which kept ringing for a long time in the night. Customer service would sometimes not pick up the phone.

المكان بالنسبة للحرم مش سهل يعني حتى الباص بنزلك في مكان تحتاج وقت لما توصل مناسب اذا كنت شاب لكن اذا في اطفال وكبار يعتبر صعب

باصات على مدار الساعة إلا قبل الأذان ب20 دقيقة تقريبا (والجمعة قبل الأذان بساعتين تقريبا) نظيف وهناك خدمة تنظيف الغرف يوميا الموظفين دائما تحت الخدمة هناك دكان/بقالة في الفندق وهناك مطاعم خارج الفندق 10 دقائق من الفندق إلى الحرم لكن من مكان محطة الباصات الى المطاف يستغرق 10 دقايق أو أكثر لأنه أمام التوسعة

الواي فاي ضعيف في دور المصلى وبعض المرات كانت هناك رائحة كريهة أمام الحمام عزكم الله

الشبكه ضعيفه جدا يجبرك على فتح الغرفه ربما يكون السبب العوازل الجيده على أصحاب الفندق إيجاد حل لأن الفندق جميل واسعاره مناسبه والميزه وجود مواقف سيارات مجانيه

Room Service awful -they don’t clean your rooms. You have to ask reception. Left the please clean my room sign up and still they didn’t clean. No breakfast - man at counter of breakfast couldn’t speak English, didn’t acknowledge me, refused and said no breakfast here. WiFi is very poor Card for rooms keeps dying (NFC), have to constantly refresh the card at reception. They don’t top up towels as don’t clean rooms. You’re stuck with dirty towels for days if you don’t ask. Beds left messy. Water bottles not topped up. TV doesn’t work. Bus drops you off 10 mins walk stop from haram, would be quicker to walk it…

La proximité du haram, la propreté le calme , le coiffeur , l’épicerie … L’accueil et en particulier a la réception , SABR était très compréhensif.

إزعاج العمال ومشرفهم عند الغرف بشكل كبير وهذه للأسف ليست جيدة والنظافة جيدة الى حد ما اعطيها 6.5 من 10 موظف الإستقبال جيد ولكن يقول لي انه يواجه ضغط عمل والا هو محترم جدا لأنهم تأخروا علي قليلا بالكرسي المخصص للأطفال واكتضاض الباص بالذاهبين الى الحرم من يذهب الى الحرم ويعود منها بعد الفروص انصحه بالتأخر قليلا حتى يستطيع الركوب في الباص بكل هدوء

We had an amazing 2 days stay there. Highly recommend.. The amenities provided were awesome. Sink and electric stove was an additional facility. Free parking was cherry on top. Will definitely rebook. And yes there is a mini market and a barber shop on ground floor. Shuttle service is really good

Wir waren als Familie mit drei Kindern im Amjad Al Diafah Hotel und hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Das Hotel ist sauber, das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom leckeren Essen und der großen Auswahl. Ein weiterer großer Pluspunkt ist die hervorragende Lage – der Masjid al-Haram ist sehr gut und schnell zu Fuß erreichbar, was besonders mit Kindern sehr angenehm war. Insgesamt können wir das Hotel Familien wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit wieder dort übernachten. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt!

I like how the staff supported the baggage and how they come and ask if you are okay.

Just the smell. I think they should work more on getting more fragrance for the hotel reception, corridors and even the rooms.

THIS IS MY FIRST TIME IN AMJAD AL DEAFAH HOTEL,I AM IMPRESSED GENERALLY,FROM THE MANAGER,RECEPTION AND THE HOUSE KEEPING WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND WELCOMING. THE SHUTTLE BUS WAS GOOD PARTICULARLY THE TERMINAL BUS STOP UNDER THE BRIDGE IS A BIG RELIEF APPROACHING THE MOSQUE. MY BED WAS VERY COMFORTABLE AND THE BIRTHROOM VERY SPACIOUS + GOOD WATER PRESSURE.
