Clean and good value for price. Reception Ms Amira, Mr Nawar and room service staff Mr Ahmed were extremely helpful.

There is a gap in communication between their services. You have to call two or three times for the same task. Call one person to clean the room, he will say call the second person, when you call the second person , he will say call the third person. This takes a lot of time.

الفندق ممتاز، والغرف نظيفة جدًا، كما تتوافر حوله خدمات رائعة تشمل السوبر ماركت والمطاعم. وكان تعامل طاقم الاستقبال في منتهى الاحترام والتعاون، وأخص بالشكر الأستاذ عصام الحربي، فهو شخص مهذب وودود ومتعاون إلى أبعد الحدود. ساعدني في اختيار الغرفة المناسبة لي، وأرسل معي أحد العاملين لمعاينتها قبل الحجز، ثم قام بتخصيصها لي. كما أكد لي أنه مستعد لمساعدتي في أي شيء أحتاج إليه. حسن تعامله واهتمامه كانا من أهم الأسباب التي شجعتني على تمديد فترة إقامتي في الفندق، وفي الغرفة نفسها التي اخترتها بمساعدته. أشكره جزيل الشكر، وأتمنى له ولجميع طاقم الفندق دوام التوفيق والنجاح.

لم أواجه أي مشكلة تُذكر خلال إقامتي، وكانت التجربة بصفة عامة مريحة وممتازة.

Exceptional Value, Wonderful Service, and Special Thanks to Mr. Essam Alharbi who is responsible for online booking reservation I had an excellent stay at Abraj Al Taysir Tower Hotel, and I can confidently give this hotel five stars. What impressed me most is the exceptional value for the money, especially for anyone visiting Makkah for Umrah. I personally chose and booked this hotel because of its convenient location and proximity to Masjid al-Haram, as well as the excellent shuttle bus service to Haram. The shuttle makes it very easy and convenient to go to and fro between the hotel and Haram. I would also like to give special recognition to Mr. Essam Alharbi, who is responsible for the hotel’s online booking and reservation services. From my very first interaction with him, I immediately noticed his professionalism, kindness, patience, and genuine willingness to help. He made the entire booking process incredibly smooth and comfortable. He was always attentive, respectful, and reassuring in his communication, and he made me feel genuinely welcomed and valued. Honestly, he is a perfect example of how one employee can make a huge difference in a guest’s experience. The room he gave us was wonderful. I have stayed in many hotels, but this room genuinely impressed me. It was clean, comfortable, and had an amazing view of the Makkah Clock Tower. The room service was also exceptional throughout our stay. Also, the hotel always smelled fresh and pleasant the entire time. For anyone coming to Makkah for Umrah, this hotel is extremely convenient. After spending hours performing religious activities and feeling tired, it is wonderful to have so many things available right inside the hotel. There is a large lobby and a complete shopping area, including restaurants, barber shops, abayas, kanduras, perfumes, and other essentials. Everything is reasonably affordable, so you don't always need to travel somewhere else when you need something.

The property has everything you basically need. It has shops in the hotel, it has restaurants all around, you could use keeta or hunger station too, rooms are clean and staff is very friendly and helpful. If you need anything staff went beyond and especially grateful to Mr. Nawar for his hospitality. They have 5 buses rotating to the haram so you know you’ll have a way.

Very few restaurant options with limited menu.

The property had parking with was a big plus for those coming by car and made it convenient that our car was safe. Rooms were clean, housekeeping always ready to replace sheets and provide clean towels, Ac working good keeping rooms cool on these hot days in summer, a microwave would have been wonderful but that I didn’t ask for, I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely book again. Price is beautiful.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hotel Abraj Tayser, especially as a solo woman traveling for Umrah. I arrived at around 2:00 AM, and the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. They assisted me with the check-in process and treated me with so much care. They even called my room afterward to make sure that I had received the best room according to my expectations. As a solo female traveler arriving in the middle of the night, this made me feel very safe and well taken care of. The location is also very convenient. The walking distance to the Kaaba through King Fahd Gate is around 1.5 km, approximately a 15-minute walk, and the hotel also provides a shuttle bus. The distance from the bus station is only about 650 meters, which is very convenient if you are traveling by public transportation. One thing I particularly appreciated is that the hotel has an ATM machine, which is quite rare in this area. The surrounding neighborhood is also very convenient and feels safe. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, and many shops nearby. The hotel itself has a small mall with many boutiques, souvenir shops, and restaurants, so you can easily find what you need without having to go far. Overall, I had a very positive experience at Hotel Abraj Tayser. The kindness of the staff, the convenient location, the shuttle service, the ATM, and the safe surroundings made my Umrah stay much more comfortable. I would definitely recommend this hotel, especially to solo travelers and women traveling for Umrah.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience from the moment I arrived. The bellboys and reception team were incredibly warm, welcoming, and professional, and the check-in process was quick and smooth. The housekeeping team deserves a special mention. I honestly haven’t come across such energetic, friendly, and helpful housekeeping staff before. Every request was handled with a smile, and I never had to wait more than a couple of minutes for anything I needed. Their dedication and willingness to help really made my stay even more enjoyable.
