The hotel is very good. Staff is really good. I call for water or tea at night thy bring it. They have really good room service.

The location is 1.7 km from the haram. Due to construction the way is little bit tricky. Best to ask from Bus schedule on first day for the shuttle service.

We have been to this hotel twice this year. The hotel is decent and worth the price. Staffs were very friendly. They provided shuttle service to and from the haram. It can be very busy at times. If you’re looking for something cheap and convenient then I would recommend this hotel.

The shuttle service would get packed quickly so would recommend to leave early to secure your spot.

The staff are exceptional 👌...they will come and check every day if u need any facilities/room cleaning/bed sheets changing/tea or coffee etc...very good service 👍🏾

The shuttle service needs improvement...the re needs to be more shuttles available to deal with the vast amount of visitors.....

The staff were most welcoming and hospitality. They gave me an easy time checked me in earlier and I requested to check out late 2 hours after due to صلاة and it was free.. may الله bless them.

Shuttle service needs improvement...do not rely on the Shuttle service if u attending to go to the haram...most time we caught taxis....as when the Shuttle comes there's way too many people waiting to use it and not enough seats available...needs to be alot more shuttles to deal with the vast amount of visitors staying in the hotel😑

قبل كل شيء تمت ترقية اقامتي من برج 5 الى برج 1 من قبل الادارة مشكورين بالنسبة لطاقم العمل ماشاء الله عليهم ودودين ومن أفضل من تعاملت معهم بالفنادق🌹 الغرفة كانت 4 أسرة نظيفة وأثاث جديد واهتمام بأدق التفاصيل من ركن الكوفي والمناشف والكريمات والشامبو وخلافه الاهتمام بالنزيل يجعل منه يكرر الزيارة أكثر من مرة فندق متكامل ماشاء الله والحرم المكي قريب جداً وتتوفر حافلات الحرمين على مدار 24 ساعة أنصح جميع الزائرين لمكة المكرمة بالإقامة بهذا الفندق دون تردد

Samad and Tibriz, two people in Tower 1, provided exceptional service in my hotel room. Their attention to detail and friendly demeanor made my stay truly memorable and enjoyable.

Bus drops little far from Haram, should drop near clock tower. This makes little difficult for old age people.

The room was spotless, and the service—from the receptionist to room service and housekeeping—was entirely faultless.

1. Although the shuttle buses ran constantly, they were practically unusable. The vehicles were dangerously overcrowded, leading to aggressive pushing at the doors, and non-guests routinely boarded alongside hotel residents. To make matters worse, the Jarwal station is quite far from the Haram, leaving guests with an exhausting walk-up steep streets. 2. Unfortunately, our stay was disrupted by a crying baby in the neighbouring room throughout the night. The management should take room placement into consideration by grouping families with young children in designated areas to avoid disturbing other guests

I really like Al Kiswah Towers. The property is very nice, comfortable, clean, and convenient. I really enjoyed staying here. ❤️ I would like to give a special thanks to Asiya from the reception team. I went to reception around 12pm on Friday, but I forgot to check out. Asiya was extremely helpful and kindly helped me sort everything out. She also helped extend my room until 4pm, which made things much easier for me. She was very kind, professional and supportive. Excellent customer service — thank you so much, Asiya! ❤️

It was an amazing experience. It is a massive structure and well maintained. Additional facilities (laundry and mosque) made our stay very comfortable. The hotel is very close to the main road and easily accessible. The staff were very supportive also. There were a lot of shops and restaurants around

Transportation needs improvement. The buses are not very regular as expected and sometimes congested. There is need to have an organized queue for entering the bus. The drop off is far away from the mosque (one needs a lot of energy to climb uphill to the mosque)

The rooms are spacious.

There’s no restaurant also you have to walk too much if you want to go to the haram. The stores down are expensive and has less variety.

Alhamdulellah, excellent stay. The hotel was very clean, the reception team are so professional and helpful. Special thanks to Mousa for his excellent service, he was very friendly, helpful, and professional. I would definitely stay here again in shaa Allah.

Oda temizliği için kapıya kart bırakmama rağmen döndüğümde temizlik yapılmamıştı , yoğun bir dönem olsa neyse dicem ama sakin bir dönemde böyle ise yoğun dönemi düşünemiyorum.

It was very clean they clean the room almost everyday unless you say don’t and the location is very close to the haram they also offer shuttles 20/7 which is very convenient when your low on energy. We had an amazing time and the view to the haram was also superb. I’d definitely be staying there when I come back for umrah inshallah.

Tout est bien, Le personnel très gentil, ils répondent à toutes demandes. Clim réglable, réfrigérateur, lit confortable, serviettes ect. Aux abords de l’hôtel toutes les commodités : coiffeur, restaurants, fast-food, tout ce qui est nécessaire. À 15 min à pied du masjid al haram, tout est top.

Les taxi en bas de l’hôtel qui klaxonnent de manière incessante, il faudrait vraiment réglé ça c’est limite insupportable. Mais, ce n’est pas la faute de l’hôtel.

القيمة المدفوعة مناسبة جدا مقابل الخدمة الممنوحة

أكثر شئ أعجبني أن الفندق نظيف جدا، والإستقبال تعاملهم جميل ومحترم،وكمان يتعاملوا مع الاستفسار أو الشكوى بجدية وبسرعة، الفندق جمبه كل شئ مطاعم، صيدليات، بقالات...الخ....كمان في بصات على مدار اليوم للحرم لا تتوقف

البصات متوفرة على مدار اليوم بس تتوقف على مسافة بعيدة من الحرم بالذات لكبار السن يكون صعب عليهم.. والغرفة كانت باردة رغم اقفالي للتكييف وربما السبب أن الغرفة كانت في طابق عالي.. عدا ذلك تقييمي 10/10

Everything is convenient near to Haram only 10 riyal from hotel to Haram

There is no Restaurant inside the hotel, but opposite of Hotel there are 4-5 restaurants

The hotel and big reception.location is ok.they provide shuttle.but we didnt used that.lobby is very big.check in and out is smooth.nearby shops.barber shop etc.

The service we stayed 4 night but they didnt come for room making.and not providing water and coffee items untill we asked.washroom water is not passing properly.no shower gel.and hand wash provided day by day.we need to ask for all the things.beds are very old it makes sound when u turn or even shake.1 painting fell on my head while sleeping no any injuries so i didnt report that..towel are not changed.bedshests not changed..this is my honest review foe this hotel..next time will choose other Insha Allah.

Please remove the carpets from the rooms and the hallways. They are old and untidy. Parking for the guest should be free of charge The bus service is not that great as they drop you on the half way to haram so there was no point of taking it when you have to use the taxi for it.

Grwat value for money 10 to 15 minute walk from haram Overall experience was pleasant. Has its own small shopping centre, food spots and barber shops around the hotel. Alot cheaper than being in the haram/clock tower In my opinion the money saved that would have been spent on living near the clock tower could be used to extend your stay in makkah
