宿の横にドックランがあり、遊ばせられること。 キッチンやランドリーのものが揃っていて、短期から長期まで快適に過ごせる施設です。 冷蔵庫も大きくたくさんものを買っていって言っても困りません。

コーヒーメーカーはあってもカプセル式なので役に立たず、それならば普通のタイプを置いて欲しかったです。

案内された犬連れ可能のレストランに犬を連れて行ったら、犬は駄目と言われ、諦めた。 ちゃんと情報を調べて欲しい ドッグランを利用出来なかったのも残念

Friendly staff, daily shuttle to Niseko ski area.

They tried to take a picture (or scan but scanner was broken) of my bank card with all numbers and expiration date and 3 digits 😂😂😂 Craziest thing ever, easiest card leak ever, everyone who accepts has 100% their card on the deepweb now. Take care for not smart behavior like that, you don't have to agree to crazy requests like that.

Amazing service! The team were so hospitable and ensured we had the best recommendations and provided the shuttle service without any issues. We also loved that the team at SnowDog helped organise all of our ski hire and passes which was a godsend as we were coming from the UK.

The shuttle was amazing! The staff was super friendly and helpful!

We were never able to catch the Kutchan Line for some reason, it never showed up. But it has nothing to do with Snowdog. Everything was great!

The location of the stay was great, located about 10-15 mins away from Hirafu village, it was much quieter and comfortable. Ample space, equipped with kitchen stuff to cook (saved us a lot of money from dining out), laundry etc. Closely located to Annupuri ski resort (less crowds) compared to Hirafu. Staff also provided local recommendations if you're new to the area as well.

A bit far from the lifts and the staff were occasionally a bit “relaxed” about shuttling us up or back from the lifts. But overall, recommended.

The place has everything you need for short to mid length stays. Very functional flat, well equipped.

It was complicated to get the team to answer to our arrival time emails / messages. I sent several heads up to get self check-in information as we would arrive past the usual check-in time, however all messages went unanswered and I finally had to call on the day, once arrived in Japan to get an answer. I was told by the host I had not filled in the arrival information - I did, twice. And the host told me he would "do me a favor and resend me the link for me to fill in the arrival info". Later on the team apologized as there was a mix up in clients and they'd wait for us at the reception. Once we arrived, we were told to wait outside or come back in a few minutes as the reception office was too small for multiple clients to check in at the same time: really not ideal when you have been on the road for 12h with a 5months old baby! There are things to improve on check-in process. Regarding the flat itself, it's very convenient it terms of equipment but the dining table chairs and sofa are not comfy at all. The cleaning done once per week was average and our bins were not always picked up/replaced. Same for our tissue boxes, they have not been refilled for the whole stay (9days). Inside the building it smells a bit of garbage, probably due to the fact that bins are not collected often enough in apartments. Location is good if you have a car, just 10mn drive from Hirafu - but not ideal if you plan to go around by walk.

Friendly staff who replied promptly when we had queries, spacious rooms, the washing machine/dryer. It was also located a short walk to an awesome mountain.

It was a lovely apartment that was so clean, modern and cozy! Lovely views of the woods and walking distance to morning coffee and a couple restaurants.

Staff was very accommodating, made sure all rentals for skiing and buses were ready to go, flight got cancelled and staff were able to very quickly reorganise the shuttle bus from the airport, when asking for a pickup from the ski fields they would respond within seconds and be there to pick us up within about 5 minutes.

The room was very comfortable, warm, and spacious. We loved that there was a kitchen and a huge window by our bed where we can watch the snow fall. The staffs were very very friendly and we did not have any difficulty going to places because we drove. A staff brought us to our parking spot right outside our accommodation and was very friendly with us. The staffs were very helpful with our inquiries as well. We really really enjoyed our stay and would want to come back here when we visit Niseko again. We loved this accommodation and our entire experience here. Would definitely recommend this place to guests that are driving :)

Staff at reception were very friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Cleaning and facility staff are the same. Facilities in the room are very good to and modern. Location very close to one of the 4 ski resorts.

Roomy, nice kitchen. Fantastic staff, Robbie was especially great. There is a shuttle you can reserve every morning that takes you right to the ski lift.

Staff were great and checked us in early. Bunk beds were decent full length beds. Kitchen was fully equipped. Everything was good for 4 guys on a ski trip.

Quiet location, convenient to shuttle stop to get to Hirafu intersection (500 JPY but free if you have a valid lift pass, 20 mins ride). Staff couldn't be friendlier or more accommodating. Accommodation was great, space didn't make you feel cramped even for a longer (week long) stay. A couple of good restaurants nearby, a couple that do room delivery and others that do pickup service. However, if you want crowds and social interaction you need to go to Hirafu Intersection. Free staff dropoff and pickup from ski fields morning and afternoon. Would love to come back

It’s kind of difficult to get into town where all the bars, restaurants, and stores are because of where this accommodation is located, but on the bright side, they have a shuttle in which they used to drop off guests at the mountain in the morning and pick them up in the evening

We can not recommend this accom enough, it is so close to a great coffee shop, bus stops, and the slopes. The staff go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. We will definitely be back!

Clean, bright and had all the amenities we needed (i.e., toiletries, bathtub, kitchen with cutlery and cooking utensils). There was parking on site as well.

No lift so you will have to carry your luggage up to the 2nd or 3rd floors.

Very helpful staff. We used Takyubin service to and from Snow Dog Village and they took care of delivering our snowboard bags into our room when we arrived and also when we left.

We didn't. The staff is fantastic and SnowDog Village, our condo was really nice and the free shuttle to and from Niseko Village was helpful. Without a car, however, it was difficult to get to a market and restaurants. Also, there was a restaurant onsite at one time that was closed when we stayed. Very quiet and close to the slopes.

All the staffs are exceptional hospitable. They are so nice and very helpful. I will highly recommend people traveling to Niseko should choose this hotel. It’s close to Annupuri Ski Ground, it’s a very good place for different levels of skiing and snowboarding.

Ski locker is too far from the apartment.

The staff was OUTSTANDING! Very accommodating!!! They arranged lift tickets, snowboard gear rentals, dinner reservations, and transport to/from the slopes. They even facilitated a masseuse for massages in our room. A definite repeat!

Excellent customer service. New building and our suite had everything required for a great stay. All in one laundry /dryer a bonus. Absolutely recommend a car for flexibility. Taxi service not reliable during the busy season. Extremely close to niseko village and only impediment to ski in/ski out is the unfortunate, but equally reasonable, ban on road skiing. We booked a 2 bedroom, 2 bath apartment for 3 people. The apartment was spacious and also had an in-unit washer/dryer which was really convenient. The location itself was good as well. Around a 10 minute drive to Hirafu, 7 minutes to Hilton Village, and about 30 minutes to Rusutsu. However, there isn't much available in walking distance (e.g. convenience stores, restaurants, etc.). There's a ski locker next to the reception and the rental companies were able to deliver / pickup directly to Snowdog. There are a handful of parking spots available - we didn't have any issues, but we were also there from Monday - Thursday. Note that to facilitate snow clearing, the front desk told us that we may be asked to move our cars sometime between 8 - 10 AM. Our group mostly left around 9 AM for the slopes and never ran into this.

Location was a bit challenging early in the season as there were no ski shuttles operating after 5 pm - which meant it was awkward to get to restaurants.

The apartment was very nice and clean. We had a view of Mt. Hirafu which was the best. We love the place!
