The room was quite cold at night. Also, there was no soundproofing between rooms, so neighbours were audible. I missed the baked beans and mushrooms with the full English breakfast.

We especially enjoyed the lovely bathroom, cosy setup, peaceful atmosphere and the lovely service. Overall, it was a wonderful stay and we would definitely recommend it.

The chairs were dirty. Out side and the ones inside they needed some wiping. The place was next to the road. Since am a light sleeper the trucks passing by were a problem for me.

The duvet on the bed was very old and disintegrated, pillows old and dust on the head board. The small fridge is standing on the floor and you have to bend all the way down to use it. The shower gel was finished and only 1 milk when we wanted to make coffee in the morning

Reviewed May 4, 2026The room was comfortable, we had a great time, all we wanted was to spend time together as friends. The place is nice, clean and is located next to the CBD.
The shower tap has a RED sign (Sticker) for HOT water on the wrong site, my sister didn't realise that and she ended up taking a COLD shower!!!! I think they need to work on their breakfast, it wasn't nice we asked for medium eggs instead we got well cooked eggs for breakfast.

The staff is not proactive, not always available to assist, especially at the breakfast area, we had to look for the waiter, you find the tables dirty not being prepared, breakfast is also not so great.

Please, please can you consider including smaller pillars to sleep with. The one's you have are huge and not conducive to a good night's sleep! I had to make a pillow with a towel.

Bathroom lights which didn’t turn off but faded to off over approximately 30 minutes, water pressure in shower was virtually zero, shower floor crumbling, no towel rails.

We rented the suite and expect more than the fridge on the ground in front of the bed. Too little light to do makeup.
