Reviewed Sep 6, 2026Great location, quiet in the night, lovely staff, clean, good value for price, fridge in the room and soap/ shampoo in the bathroom
2 small complimentary bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice thing to do - especially in these temperatures and for late arrivals (I am aware of the water vending machines). Can get noisy in the morning.

Reviewed Jul 6, 2026The room has a modern, clean uncluttered aspect with paintings on the walls. The bed was good and and the bathroom clean. The room was quiet at night. The rooms for accommodation are situated above an art gallery. The fire doors on each floor of the section for accommodation are painted with a reproduction of a famous painting with a brief resume of the artist, which adds extra interest. If you are a guest then you have free entrance to the art gallery. ResArt is a short walk from bars and cafes. I would stay here again.
Nothing.
