We kregen een ruime, mooie kamer, die traditioneel ingericht was. De locatie was erg goed en het er heerste een rustige sfeer in het hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

De badkamers waren gedeeld en buiten je eigen kamer. Verder was de receptie twee verdiepingen hoger dan onze kamers. Geen enorme problemen.

Very convenient stay. Friendly personell and easy access. While (in my case) the bathroom was shared, it was in perfect condition. Room had a standalone airconditioning that helped. Ok value for money.

The substance of the building and interior is noticeably already quite old. They made the best of it. It‘s still clean. The room climate is not as good as in modern hotels with fully integrated air conditioning, but still ok.

L'emplacement est idéal au coeur de Bologne ! Une des hotes parlait français et j'avoue que c'était un vrai plus pour comprendre le fonctionnement de la zone ZTL et les accès au parking. Il faut savoir que pour accéder en voiture à l'hôtel, il faut entrer en zone restreinte ZTL et donc demander à l'hôtel de déclarer notre plaque d'immatriculation à l'avance. Ca a marcher. Par contre la carte que l'hôtel nous a donné devait normalement nous permettre de nous garer sans payer de stationnement, mais ca nous a vallu une contravention. 1h30 dans un commissariat pour faire sauter la contravention! La regle ZTL n'est pas évidente ! Merci à la responsable de l'hôtel pour son aide. Je conseillerai aux voyageurs de laisser la voiture en parking souterrains surveillés en dehors de la zone. Pas vraiment plus cher que de payer le pass à l'hôtel mais beaucoup plus simple !

L'hôtel affiche une climatisation qui ne marchait pas bien, nous ne pouvions pas la régler et elle etait très bruyante. Nous etions dans une chambre à 5, ce qui était pratique mais la literie n'était pas terrible, il n'y avait pas de volet, la porte de la chambre fermait à peine et le couloir restait allumé toute la nuit ! Ca resdemblait plus à un grand appartement qu'à un hôtel. On entendait tout ce qui se passait dans le couloir et les chambres voisines. L'emplacement est génial mais il faudrait investir pour rénover les chambres et les isoler. Proposer des places de parking serait clairement un plus.

Lo céntrico que está , y por la mañana te podías hacer un café de sobre, y pusieron en la recepción fruta y bollería para coger..eso sí, sin mesas te lo tomabas de pie.

Aunque tenía aire acondicionado hacia calor la habitación era de 4 personas y el aire no daba a basto porque er una estancia grande. En Booking no deja claro que el baño sea compartido y lo era. Había 3 baños con ducha para uso compartido, es cierto que estaban limpios durante todo el día . Se anuncia como hotel pero en realidad es un albergue.

The location is superb, right in the city center. The environment is also very nice.This price is amazing, and it's suitable for visiting at any time of year except summer.

It's not really suitable for summer; there's no air conditioning, just a single fan. In summer, the temperature is cool only where the fan blows, but it gets extremely hot outside of that area, even in the early morning. Plus, the fan is incredibly noisy.

Accueil chaleureux et professionnel. Bel établissement à quelques minutes à pied des principaux sites historiques de la ville. Point de départ idéal pour partir à la découverte de Bologne. Chambre très spacieuse et confortable avec belle vue.

Afara erau 38 de grade, aveam un aer condiționat în camera, doar ca nu ni s-a dat telecomanda pentru a îl putea folosi. Am dormit execrabil, mă bucur ca a fost doar o singura noapte.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Es ist alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Bus vor der Haustür. Die Rezeption befindet sich im 4. Stock. Aufzug ist vorhanden. Die Zimmer im 2.Stock sind sehr groß, mit schönen Parkett- oder Tonfliesen Böden. Es gab ein großes, feines Doppelbett und noch 2 Einzelbetten. Ideal für eine Familie mit Kinder. Die 2 Gemeinschaftsbäder im Gang glänzten vor Sauberkeit.

Leider gab es nur eine mobile Klimaanlage, die man nachts nicht einschalten konnte, weil sie ziemlich laut brummte. Als Ersatz diente ein Ventilator, der seinen Dienst nur teilweise erbrachte. Am Ende unseres Aufenthalts (4 Nächte) verlangte die Rezeptionistin noch zusätzlich 50€ für außerordentliche Spesen ( Kurtaxe ? ), die in der Beschreibung der Unterkunft nicht explizit angeführt waren.

Beautiful vintage hotel with Formica furniture. Loved the authenticity of the building, even the elevator took you back to another time. The views were great as well! We stayed two nights (two separate reservations) while passing through Bologna and both times were welcomed warmly. The first night we were allowed to check in early as the room was ready, but although the room was lovely there was no aircon which was quite hot for the August heat. The second night we were upgraded to another room with aircon and private bathroom at no extra charge which was a lovely touch given the heatwave! The staff were really friendly and spoke many languages. The bathrooms were also very clean. Really recommend this place and will be coming back on my next trip to Bologna. Grazie Mille !!

L'hôtel est parfaitement situé pour visiter le centre de Bologne. Le logement mériterait un petit relooking. Pourtant on y trouve le nécessaire pour passer une nuit.

La climatisation mériterait un petit entretien : bruyante et peu efficace

La localisation est parfaite. Le personnel est charmant et la dame de l’accueil parle plusieurs langues impeccablement. La climatisation est utile. Les chambres sont immenses. On se croirait dans un appartement ! L’hôtel s’occupe d’obtenir le « permis » pour circuler en zone restreinte. Il suffit de demander ! A noter, les salles de bain sont à partager. Pas de petit dej, mais des fruits à dispo ainsi que thé et café. Vraiment un super séjour.

En AC i rummet som knappt fungerade. Var olidligt varmt i juli. Det går inte att köra med bil in till hotellet utan tillstånd som man kunde ordna i receptionen. Det hade varit bra att få information om innan.

Great location, classic Italian atmosphere, tidy and super clean. The room was air conditioned and comfortable as it were super hot days >36 degrees outside.

Prime location in a characteristic building. Large room and cute atmosphere. Felt as if I was staying at my nonna’s house, very cosy.

We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Its location in the heart of the old town is perfect for exploring the city on foot. Just around the corner is a long street full of boutiques, cafés, and restaurants, while local markets are also within easy walking distance. The parking area is conveniently located just around the other corner, making arrival and departure very easy. I would highly recommend this hotel for both a one-night stay and a longer visit. It offers an excellent location and great convenience for anyone wanting to experience the charm of the old town.

The only small suggestion I would make concerns the entrance. It is easy to miss because it consists of large wooden doors, and you need to ring the bell to be let inside. If you are expecting a typical hotel entrance with glass doors and a visible reception desk, you might walk right past it. It would be helpful if the hotel mentioned this in the welcome message sent to guests before arrival. Also, the reception is located on the fourth floor, so it is useful to know this in advance.

C'era un problema con il condizionatore che non funzionava, al suo posto ci è stato messo un ventilatore ma dato che durante il nostro soggiorno c'erano 35 gradi si moriva di caldo. Capisco che possano esserci problemi con i condizionatori ma secondo me bisogna avvisare per tempo i clienti in maniera tale che possano valutare anche possibili situazioni alternative, non si può pagare una camera con condizionatore al pari di una senza

The host said it could get loud at night, but that didn’t seem to be much of a problem. It was a little warm in the room, even with AC, but great location and very accommodating and friendly hosts. Felt very safe.

Es war die ganze Nacht viel Verkehr, die Fenster vermochten nicht gegen den Lärm abzuschirmen. Nur für gute Schläfer zu empfehlen.

Eravamo già stati e ci ha fatto piacere tornare. La posizione è centralissima e ha vicino un parcheggio. Noi non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. La nostra camera era addirittura da 4 letti e veramente grande. Condividevamo il bagno (grandissimo) con un'altra camera credo di 4 persone. Nella nostra camera c'era internamente anche un lavandino con saponi e specchio. C'era l'aria condizionata. All'ingresso è presente una macchinetta con caffè, tè, a monete. Ci sono state lasciate le chiavi per muoverci in autonomia perchè non c'è qualcuno 24 ore. Pulito e dotato di tutto quello che può servire una notte in hotel.

In estate lo sconsiglio perché, almeno nella nostra camera, non c'era l' aria condizionata: avevamo un ventilatore e per fortuna l' unica notte che siamo rimaste non era troppo caldo e con le finestre aperte la temperatura era accettabile.

Det var ett stort inte mysigt med temperatur på 40 grader, alltså som varm ugn och luften stod, alldeles stilla. Till detta så fanns det AC, ingen klimatanläggning. Där fanns en liten fläkt som knappt gick runt. Det var olidlig natt.

Host was incredibly kind, room was very clean and spacious. The bathroom was neat, and there were plenty of amenities for everyone.

The room was quite hot. Even though this was during a heat wave with temperatures up to 45°C, the AC didn't work that great. The person who sleeps under the AC definitely has the best spot!

Att det inte var ordentligt lås till rummet utan en nyckel kändes inte säkert, toaletten var varm och luktade inte så trevligt och AC fungerade sådär, svalnade inte upp ordentligt i rummet, hade behövt få de var väldigt varmt
