Excellent location

It says five stars. But. Really doubt it. Who is giving these ratings !???

Location. Closer to Boat jetty from where we can explore many islands around. There is siva temple nearby. Park is at a walkable distance. Marine drive is about 1.5 km. Breakfast both in variety and taste was excellent

The building and facilities looks old. Even carpet or flooring look dulll. Staff service at customer service desk is slow. They need to be faster. But their service response was faster. Bar hardly had almost lady visitors making it boring. They couldn't serve simple item like crispy corn

Booked for 3 persons did not get comfortable bed for 3 persons

The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable and location is somewhat decent if you are planning to visit Fort Kochi Beach.

The reception staff attempted to charge us twice for the rooms. What made this particularly disappointing was that the manager was present while this was happening and did not appear to intervene. Based on the reaction of the customer ahead of us, it also gave the impression that this may not have been an isolated incident.

Property and its Rooms are well maintained. No complaints.

AC did not work for some time after we checked-in and there was frequent powercuts for a while.

liked the location ...its in the mg road...easily accessible to all prime location..good place to stay during the city visit than spending whole day in the hotel...room size is good for 2 people...it is good as 4 star hotel...and it has all the good facilities of a 4 star hotel...

Even the booking .com gives 5 star...it is not a 5 star hotel...it is 4 star hotel...dont expect 5 star and go...

Superb location. Always from the city buzz. Yet walkable

Stayed at a room that had noice till 1am

Travancore Court presented good value for money. The facilities were good, and the staff were friendly. My family liked the breakfast buffet in the morning, especially the traditional cuisine.

The pool area was under construction while we were there but I am sure once finished, the place will look nice.

place is very nice. However, it needs better cleanliness and maintenance throughout the entire property.

Massive room and exceptionally clean. Bathroom fully stocked with amenities - large fully functional shower. Hotel staff very friendly and attentive. Contained a bar, spa, pool and gym which were all helpful,

The pool had no lighting, making use in the evening inappropriate. Also the spa seemed to close early with no notice given.

Not clean very dusty smell.. And under bed not cleaned

Location good

The hotel looks like an old style, Day time outside room no light very dark and they put all laundry towels. Not so pleasant. The walkway carpet is very old and stain. The room's wooden floor is already broken. One of the lady staff is fair and wears a modern uniform. she's not friendly. I was waiting to ask her question. She keeps talking on the phone even though she knows I'm waiting.. Lucky one the lady with Sarre was very helpful and helped me when I asked her direction of the place.

I liked the food a lot, especially the pasta it was amazing. I also loved that there was a tv in the room with lots of channels, to keep us entertained for the day. Also, I really liked the fact that there was in room dining too.

The Corridor’s floor carpets looks old

Had a pleasant stay. The check-in process was fast and the staff were very courteous and helpful.

The restaurant serves only buffet, and if you want to enjoy an al la carte menu you have to go to the resto bar which is loud and has only limited dishes on the menu.
