Reviewed May 12, 2026We appreciated the location of the hotel, not far from the nearest Metro and South Railway station. The breakfast, that was included in our stay, was excellent. We are frequent guests at this property, so its a familiar place to us. Car parking is available.

My first Room No 208 which has a dead wall outside the window, so feels claustrophobic, but the room was changed immediately when a request was made by me.

Reviewed Feb 12, 2026The breakfast was adequate and wholesome with a decent spread of both vegetarian and non -vegetarian. location was perfect and very central. you are middle of everywhere in Ernakulam. check in was smooth and front staff was very accommodative and very friendly and cared for your special requirements. cannot remember what i can complain about. all good from our side. maybe the stay was too short to see anything wrong with the hotel and facilities.

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026Over all ambience, good staff,good buffet lay out , good service , spick and span.Reception desk was very courteous especially young girl Richa.She even came out of her desk enclosure and helped keeping the luggage in van.At the age of 75 all that I can say God bless her and the hotel.Enjoyed the Cake shop at entrance.
1.Dont want to hurt anyone but two gentlemen in checked shirts in Cake shop were nonchalant,least bothered kind and took long to take order /serve.This is not expected.They must live up to reputation of hotel.Small things make difference. 2.Early morning tea leaves bags took much longer to come,in fact boy clean forgot and had to be reminded.Had asked for extra bags.

There was no one at the foyer to greet or help with the bags upon arrival. The same happened at the departure also, even though I had specifically asked for help.

Reviewed Jan 12, 2026Staff were very obliging. The room was clean, and I was surprised at how, after checkout, they brought back everything we had left in the room, even items we no longer needed. A clothing item that we'd misplaced was also returned with our luggage—very impressive gesture from the staff who checked the room after we left.
More varieties of food for breakfast would have been nice. More or less similar food on both days.
