The deluxe room, for 4 people should have a 1 double bed, and 2 single beds. It was myself and my husband and my son and daughter. Also four people should come with four bottles off water. Should have a tap with basin in room. Very difficult to take drinking water from bathroom tap.

My room didn’t have the long mirror on the wall and I saw that the was space for it. and the other visitors the were making noise I couldn’t sleep but I was happy that they did talk with that person. And my shower 🚿 was very small

The fact that we couldn't get cutlery and plates for our evening meal. So we had to eat off on our hands. It was an inconvenient for me to warm up the food and iron my clothes downstairs.

My booking was cancelled although when I received a call from the hotel in the morning, I did advise them that I was going to be late.

Regal inn North beach cancelled my booking without informing me. I travelled all the way from JHB with my family. I called to inform ill check in later and the receptionist advised my booking was cancelled at 4pm. Bearing in mind the policies on booking.com advises that I can check in from 3pm until midnight. My husband and I with our 3 daughters had no place to stay due to this. I was very unhappy more so because the receptionist laughed at me over the phone whilst panicking due to the booking. Considering the long weekend, it was almost impossible to find a place to stay at.

Not much consideration when the upgraded. Plug points in wrong location. Cupboard at the door making it difficult to get in the room with your bags. Shower doors flimsy. TV with nothing to watch/no dstv or anything other. Flimsy windows that hard to slide open and close.

Parking is the main downfall of the facility. the parking is way less than the capacity of the facility. throughout my stay i had to double park because all parking was full. walking up and down of the parking is also a downfall since there is no lift from the parking

Stayed in room 309. I booked a deluxe room for 3 adults, got only 2 towels. Door couldn't lock from the inside. Bedroom tiles were sticky feeling on bare feet. Showers could get a proper scrub down to avoid mildew/mould buildup. Upon check in my room wasn't ready at 3pm and was allocated 309. Very disappointing as I traveled from out of town as I attended to immediate family in hospital. Loved the parking facility and the friendly staff though.
