Zweckmässig und einfach. Das Personal war insgesamt sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück war auch sehr einfach, aber alles da. Insgesamt war es sehr sauber, Badezimmer modern, gemeinsame Bereiche, wie Aufzug etwas abgenutzt.

Für mich war das Bett viel zu weich.

Nel complesso è stato un soggiorno confortevole.

Il loro parcheggio gratuito privato è davvero piccolo, bastavano un paio di macchine per non garantire il passaggio della nostra moto, per questo abbiamo dovuto optare per il loro garage privato (18€). Non ci sentivamo di parcheggiare sul suolo comunale per via di gente strana che circolava nei dintorni dell'alloggio e della stazione.

Die Lage ist perfekt um Köln zentral zu genießen und auch als Frau alleine bequem zu Fuß nachts heimzugehen. Das Personal war überaus freundlich, sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Tolles Einchecken und Ausschecken.

Location and the staff.

The room was hot without a fan. Bitcwith the windows opening was terribly noisy. The charging cabinet got very hot and we had to unplug our devices.

Muy buena ubicación a 5 min de la estación de colonia, la mayor parte se puede realizar caminando fácilmente, además el personal amable, habitaciones correctas, amplias. El desayuno muy bueno compuesto por pan, huevos, cecinas, quesos, mermeladas, ensaladas, cereal, yogurt y jugos/ café

Zimmer waren in Ordnung, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis ist sehr gut. Die Lage ist zentral in der Stadt, Bahnhof und Dom in wenigen Minuten erreichbar.

-Too hot in rooms -No lift to top floor -Toilet broke front desk guy handed me a plunger. Asked him to send someone else up to fix it, couldn’t fix and then couldn’t move us to a new room that could accommodate 3. No working toilet for 24+ hours, still not working upon check out -Wifi spotty, had to ask him to reboot router just for wifi to kick back on -Hotel under renovations no hot water during the day -Way too loud to sleep with windows open with trains arriving all night and police/ambulance sirens blasting through nearby tunnel -Bed pillows were tiny and not comfortable -Computer system seems compromised by scammers this was the only place in 2 weeks of hotels in Germany where I was sent multiple whatsapp and email scam messages, had to call to confirm if it was real or not -Book the Marriott hotel instead this place sucked

The property was close to the train station and spacious enough to not feel cramped.

The lack of ac was a negative and the furniture on the patio was in poor shape.

right by the station! I rushed out with 5 min to spare and made it to my train (but I wouldn't recommend that, it was close!!)

Great location for sightseeing. Room had a refrigerator and a small electric kettle. 2 fans in room as well. Nice shower, and room layout. Had elevator available.

Our key fob to open the door after hours did not work. I was confused with another guest at first, but it was sorted out.

Very close to main HBF, friendly staff. Very clean room and bathroom. Comfortable bed. Good value for money.

Somewhat dated, steps up to reception. Very small lift. Random people asleep on the sofa in reception and blocking entrance by sitting on steps!! No Aircon but window did open and a fan was provided in the room.

La habitación era amplia , el baño cómodo , contaba con pava electrica .

El excesivo calor que hacía en las habitaciones y que no se podía solucionarse con ventilador de pie ni aparato portatil de AA. El hotel no esta preparado para el calor del verano , no lo aconsejo para nada -

The bathroom was very modern and spotless. Close to the station. Air con much appreciated.

Dat het hotelpersoneel niet altijd even vriendelijk was, want had een hotelsleutel verloren, maar daar was niet elke medewerker aanzienlijk oké mee, terwijl je zoiets niet opzettelijk laat verliezen, maar verder is het een prima hotel

Das gesamte Ambiente war hervorragend und annehmbar. Ich habe mich so wohl gefühlt, das ich noch eine Nacht nach gebucht hatte. Es ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Und, es gab eine besetzte Rezeption, also ist ein ansprechender Mitarbeiter ständig vor Ort

駅から近い。建物は新しくないが、水回りはリノベされていて清潔。部屋も十分な広さ。朝食はシンプルだが美味しい。

電車の音がかなりうるさい。 送風機が2台用意してくれていたが、部屋の中はかなり暑い。夏の滞在はおすすめしにくい。

Gute Lage. Ausreichend Trinkwasser.

The location of this property is excellent. Very close to Hauptbahnhof and therefore extremely convenient. The room was spotless and comfortable. The staff was extremely welcoming and super friendly.

The downside to being close to the train station is that you can obviously hear the trains. If you are noise sensitive this might be a problem. Also the room did not have AC which was a shame as this years summer is extremely hot.

La posizione era molto comoda.

La stanza non aveva l’aria condizionata, era un forno. Una finestra su 2 non si apriva e l’altra era davvero difficile da tenere aperta. Il divano letto era scomodo.

Sehr Freundliches Personal 👍👍 immer sauberer Handtücher einfach nur top 👍 kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Oda tertemizdi, kahvaltı harikaydı, lokasyon olarak marketlere ve istasyona çok yakın yani aslında Köln katedraline de çok çok yakın. Çalışanlar çok ilgiliydi. Kesinlikle gidilir kalınır hatta tekrar kalınır.

The location is amazing, over the road from the cathedral and main train station. The room was very clean and was cleaned everyday before we got back to the hotel. Easy for exploring the city and a good base if you’re visiting Phantasialand

They only had 2 pillows on the bed and there was no air conditioning. We had a fan in the room which didn’t cool the room at all. Bearing in mind we did visit during a heatwave but the room was unbearably hot which made it difficult to sleep. We still had an amazing time and this was the only down side to the stay

De locatie was prima en het was schoon in de kamer. Het buffet was redelijk al waren de broodjes al voor 10 uur op.

De kamer was als een sauna, was heel klein en het personeel reageerde ongeïnteresseerd. De plek waar de auto kon staan bleek de achterplaats van het hotel te zijn. Niet erg maar het stond er vol afval en containers en de plek was toegankelijk voor buitenstaanders. En daar betaalden we dan 18 euro voor.
