Hotel Müller Köln

Basic, maar prima ontbijt. De locatie is goed. Ondanks dat je achter het Haupt Bahnhof zit is het een heel rustig hotel, het is er 's nachts absoluut stil.

Het bed, en dan met name de kussens, liet wel te wensen over. Kom je met de auto, neem dan zeker je eigen kussen mee. Verder is de kamer compleet, maar wel heel krap, zelfs met een enkel bed.

Detestei a luz da casa de banho. Colocaram um sensor e a luz está sempre a apagar, a menos que estejamos a mexer-nos, o que nem sempre acontece. O maior problema é quando estamos a tomar banho, o sensor não funciona e tomamos banho às escuras. A solução foi tomar banho com a porta do quarto aberta para entrar a luz do quarto. Achei péssimo As almofadas são demasiado macias.

Het hotel ligt op een goede locatie en alles was schoon. De informatie over het inchecken kreeg ik netjes op tijd. Wel miste ik wat informatie over het uitchecken, bijvoorbeeld waar ik de sleutel kon achterlaten; dat heb ik zelf moeten uitzoeken. Ook vond ik het jammer dat er niet op mijn berichten werd gereageerd. Een vriendelijke reactie had ik erg gewaardeerd. Verder heb ik een prettig verblijf gehad en zou ik het hotel vanwege de goede locatie zeker overwegen voor een volgend bezoek.

Prima locatie, op loopafstand van Köln HBf. Ik kwam laat in de avond aan; receptie is al vanaf 15.00 uur dicht. Gelukkig kreeg ik goede info om toch binnen te komen, al vind ik dat altijd toch spannend

Er was geen lift; ik had de kamer op de bovenste verdieping; het slepen met een zware koffer is dan wel een opgave...! Ik heb alleen 's ochtends in een flits iemand van het personeel gezien bij teruggeven van de sleutel.

Das Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht für eine Übernachtung. Kein Schnickschnack, aber nichts fehlte. Sehr gut waren die Nähe zum Bahnhof und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Besonders gut gefallen hat mir, dass man mir mein verlorenes Gepäckstück nachgeschickt hat – vielen Dank dafür.

Een sympathieke ontvangst door een ronduit vriendelijke man (eigenaar?) En op de dag van vertrek ook een uiterst vriendelijke dame met betrekking tot het uitchecken. De kamer is tamelijk klein, maar dat wist ik van te voren en volstond prima. De faciliteiten volstonden voor ons ook, Kortom ik twijfel dan ook tussen een 8 (goed) en een 9 (zeer goed). Locatie (dicht bij centrum, Dom en musea en ook parkeermogelijkheden) is zeer goed.

Niets viel mij (ons) tegen. Sterker nog; bij een eventueel volgend bezoek wil ik graag weer gebruik maken van dit hotel.

Super freundliches und flexibles Personal, aber das Zimmer war sehr sehr klein, und alles schon sehr alt und etwas runtergekommen. Sauber war es, und die Lage ist natürlich top. Preis/Leistung war für mich dennoch insgesamt nicht konkurrenzfähig.

The hotel is in an excellent location. Although it is only a few minutes’ walk from the train station, it is very quiet. We had a small balcony so could enjoy the fresh air and look out on the garden.

The only problem was the bathroom sensor light. You couldn’t override it so whenever you went in or near the bathroom it, and the extractor fan, came on. Also, when in the shower, it didn’t detect movement so went off.

Отель в пятиминутной пешей доступности от вокзала. Стойка регистрации в воскресенье работала до 15.00, а мы приехали поздно вечером. На мой электронный адрес предварительно был отправлен четырехзначный код. На входе я ввела этот код (справа от двери) и в емкость вывалился ключ (один -- и от входной двери, и от комнаты). Мы были в восторге, потому что наша комната оказалась на самом верху и она была единственной на этаже. Все не блестяще новое, но чистое и приятное. Без особых изысков и богатого блеска, а уютно и как-то по-домашнему: деревянные стулья, часть стен обита деревом. Кондиционера в номере нет, есть вентилятор. Спать было одно удовольствие на удобных матрацах. Кровати довольно высокие (возможно, для кого-то это имеет значение). Мне такие нравятся. В полуподвале уютнейший ресторанчик. О еде ничего не могу сказать, мы там не завтракали, но нас угостили кофе. Предполагаю, что это был владелец отеля или менеджер. Было очень здорово.

35 C sıcaklıkta odalarda bir tane bile buzdolabı olmaması ve klimanın yetersiz çalışması bizleri çok zor durumda bıraktı. Dolapta su olmamasına rağmen odaya bıraktıkları su sıcaktan kaynamış bir vaziyette bizden bu suyun parasını bile aldılar.

Breakfast good, room comfortable. Liked having a balcony overlooking the garden. Location perfect.

Sehr zentral gelegen, wenige Meter bis zum Dom/Hbf und Musical Dome. Unkomplizierter Check In über Schlüsselbox. Personal habe ich, bis auf den Abreisetag, keines gesehen. Der Herr beim Check Out war aber sehr freundlich. Er kam gerade zufällig vorbei, als ich Richtung Rezeption wollte und hat mir ganz unkompliziert den Schlüssel abgenommen und ich konnte somit ohne Umwege gleich weiter.

Die Ausstattung ist nicht die neueste, zu wenig Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad, Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Außerdem gab es keine Klimaanlage, aber immerhin einen Ventilator. Mein Zimmer lag leider im leicht erhöhten Erdgeschoss, sodass ich als alleinreisende Frau nachts die Fenster lieber geschlossen halten wollte/musste. Tagsüber oder am Abend lüften hat leider bei den Temperaturen so gut wie nichts gebracht und währenddessen konnte auch jeder, der vorbei lief direkt ins Zimmer schauen.

The room is good & clean but what we dont like is the door in the toilet/bath room coz its very hard to open. Anyway, our UBER missed the hotel because the construction equipment was blocking the signage. Thats all we can say in your property, but apart from that cleanliness was our priority👍🏼

Nos toco segundo piso por escalera, pero nos consultaron sobre otra opción. No me gustó la calidad de las sábanas, eran asperas y como de tela de toalla. Tampoco me gustaron las almohadas.

La ubicación está muy bien, al lado de la estación central y de la catedral. A nosotros nos dieron una habitación con terraza y estaba muy bien.

Hotel très bien situé à proximité de la gare et du métro. Calme et possédant un balcon sur cour/jardin. Bouilloire thé et café à disposition.

L'éclairage de la salle d'eau commandé par une détection de mouvements s'éteint lorsque la personne se trouve sous la douche. Il faut donc sortir de la douche à chaque fois que la lumière s'éteint pour déclencher le radar. La TV n'est pas connectée à la wifi donc pas de possibilité de regarder des programmes autres que ceux diffusés par les chaines allemandes.

It would have been much better for us if we had been given a bottom sheet and not required to sleep on the course mattress protector. Haven’t seen the lack of a bottom sheet before.

Its central location is a great advantage. It's also a quiet hotel. We were very pleased that they took our luggage into their care until 3 PM.

Our room was on Floor 4 with no lift. I have a temporary mobility problem. No one at reception after 3pm to ask for room change. No one replied to my personal message to hotel for assistance. Finally the next morning staff kindly changed us to floor 1. The rooms were very average for the cost. Not good value. Safe wouldn’t unlock when we arrived. No staff to assist. Therefore our valuables weren’t secure on the first night. No air conditioning.

Overall splendid location and very clean and comfortable. Had all the amenities needed for a short trip and would return again in the future.

The only concern (which we reported to staff) was the sensor in the toilet for the lights. They were turning off to quickly leaving us in the dark when in the toilet/bathroom.

Das Preis ist Leistungverhältnis ist eine absolute Katastrophe. Ab 15Uhr ist kein Personal mehr vor Ort. Ich hatte bei heißen Wetter das DG Zimmer, man einen Ventilator bereit gestellt, dieser war allerdings defekt und im WC Bereich war es zwar sauber, aber es roch sehr streng nach Ammoniak Reiniger. Das ganze zu einem hohen dreistelligen Betrag, ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Ich werde das Hotel Müller nicht weiter empfehlen!

The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the train station and the main tourist attractions, which made getting around extremely convenient. Overall, the location is a major advantage, but there is room for improvement in terms of comfort and the check-in/access process.

The stay considerably less comfortable, especially during a period of extremely hot weather. Having a place to keep water and drinks cold would have made a significant difference. Another drawback is that the building does not have an elevator. We stayed on the third floor, which made carrying luggage up and down the stairs quite inconvenient. The door access system is simple, but we experienced some difficulties using it. In addition, another person was initially unable to obtain the room key, which caused some inconvenience.

De locatie op zich is goed, vlak bij het station en Altstad.

Na 15.09 uur is de receptie niet bemand en de sleutel afgifte gaat per Code op een sleutelkastje buiten, gast voor mij stond al een uur te bellen voor hulp omdat de code niet correct was die per Mail wordt verzonden, gebeurt dat vaker? Kamers redelijk schoon maar de afgebeelde kamer op Booking met airco bestaat dus niet. Mijn kamer aan de straatkant had wel ramen maar die kunnen niet geheel open omdat iedereen naar binnen kan klimmen. Op zich stil straatje maar veel loop verkeer tot diep in de nacht. Om 06.00 uur asn de overkant veel rumoer en geschuif met containers, is dat één keer per week? Badkamer "schoon" maar een likje verf zou niet misstaan. Schone douche dito WC en genoeg handdoeken. Simpele kamer maar het was ook een simpele prijs.

Close to the station, good facilities and excellent breakfast. Booked at last second as the hotel I'd already booked was terrible and I bailed after a night, this place was a life saver, better in every way and cheaper.despite being at street level it was quiet.

Die tolle Lage, Bahnhof, Kölner Dom, Musical in weniger als 5 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Hotelzimmer und Bad waren sehr sauber.

Das Frühstück. Wir waren um 9 Uhr unten und es war fast nichts mehr da. Die Servicekraft hatte sofort angeboten noch Rührei und Brötchen aufzubacken und den Aufschnitt/Käse aufzufüllen, aber wir haben uns dann mit Müsli und Nutella und Konfitüre zufrieden gegeben, weil wir verabredet waren. Den 2. Tag haben wir dann außerhalb gefrühstückt.
