Reviewed Aug 9, 2026Wonderful stay! Perfect location with a beautiful view. Communication with the property was very friendly and easy, and the staff were extremely kind and helpful. We also requested to have breakfast served a little earlier, and they kindly accommodated our request. The room was spacious and comfortable, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, a lovely experience. We would definitely recommend this property!

Reviewed Jul 5, 2026Все было очень круто! Спасибо большое за апргрейд номера - вместо одного семейного нам дали два отдельных (нас было 4 человека) - это очень удобно! Номера с красивым видом - выходишь на балкон и видишь Альпы - просто чудесно! Отличная парковка. Завтрак тоже был вполне хорошим с красивым видом на горы! Очень любезный персонал, особенно Мадлен (могу перепутать имя). Нам распечатали на всех специальную карточку, по которой мы бесплатно смогли воспользоваться фуникулером (он кстати совсем рядом), чтобы подняться в горы! Мы были проездом по дороге в Швейцарию и Италию, но это самое запоминающееся место среди наших ночевок с прекрасным сочетанием цена-качество! Спасибо большое и надеемся когда-то вернуться! Сам Альпбах - красивая и очень атмосферная деревня!

Reviewed May 24, 2026El personal súper amable. El alojamiento es muy tranquilo y en un entorno precioso. Camas muy cómodas, desayuno rico. Sin duda es un lugar para descansar y disfrutar ya que está entre impresionantes montañas, se pueden hacer bonitas rutas en bici o caminando.

Reviewed May 18, 2026Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Sehr freundlich und wir haben noch ein Upgrade bekommen, da wir 3 Erwachsene und ein Kleinkind waren. Wir haben ein 4 Bettzimmer gebucht für 1 Nacht und haben aber dafür 1 Appartmentwohnung mit Rundum Balkon und einen Traumhaften Ausblick auf die Berge bekommen. Vielen Dank noch einmal dafür. Wir werden bestimmt nich einmal kommen. Liebe Grüße von Fam. Felsmann

Reviewed Jan 19, 2026The location was great, staff was great and the summer stay also included the lift pass, so we could explore the alpes for free. They have many activities at the top of the lift; we enjoyed Lauser Sauser, huge outdoor activity playground and lunch with a beautiful view. Alpebach town was absolutely stunning, charming and authentic. We recommend the Post Alm restaurant - book on advance on the terrace.
There was no direct hill view from the apartment

Reviewed Oct 10, 2025L'hôtel est idéalement situé dans le centre du village, mais en limite des alpages. La vue depuis la chambre avec balcon était extrêmement agréable. Le parking est gratuit.
Il n'y avait personne pour nous accueillir, mais un panneau (pas très clair) à notre nom avec différentes clés de chambre. Nous avions demandé deux lits séparés, mais la chambre qui nous avait été attribuée ne comportait qu'un grand lit. Nous avons appelé un des numéros de téléphone indiqués, sans succès dans l'instant. Cependant, un peu plus tard, la direction nous a aimablement rappelés, et nous avons pu également rencontrer une autre personne plus tard, qui nous a proposé de changer pour une autre chambre à deux lits.

Reviewed Aug 24, 2025We booked a room at this hotel, and unfortunately, upon check-in we found the room noticeably dirty, with a cracked ceiling that showed serious fractures, appearing to be at risk of collapsing. When we respectfully requested a room change to ensure the safety of ourselves and our children, the host refused our request and gave unjustified excuses. Since the safety of my family is a top priority that cannot be compromised, we decided to leave the hotel on the same day and will be requesting a refund. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend staying at this hotel at all, as guest safety should be a fundamental concern for the management and the owner—which was clearly not the case here.
