Kuddarna var inte bra, efter 30 min fanns ingen stoppning kvar där man låg. Personalen kunde varit lite mer tillmötesgående när jag försökte fråga om byn.

Reviewed Aug 17, 2026Struttura d'epoca autentica e tradizionale, in cui si respira la storia. Arredamento molto curato. Stanza impeccabile ampia e accogliente. Bellissima vista dalla terrazza. Allo stesso tempo è stata modernizzata sui servizi(es bagno sia con vasca che doccia). Personale molto gentile. Assistenza ottima. Pass per la cabinovia incluso. Piscina ad uso senza limite di orario(presente anche la sauna ma non l'abbiamo utilizzata). Consiglio inoltre il loro ristorante,piatti squisiti!
Aggiungerei delle brioche a colazione per ampliare la scelta del dolce ( ma probabilmente non disponibili in quanto il forno antistante era chiuso essendo domenica)

Das Frühstück ist sehr gut und das Restaurant im Haus ist sehr angenehm. Die Erfrischung im Pool im Garten tat nach ausgedehnten Wanderungen ebenfalls sehr gut

Very close to the bus stop, and the Spar for groceries. The pool was also really nice, with the same sweeping views, if a bit cold (but my kids didn't mind at all, they wanted to go in every evening).

The breakfast was outstanding, with a great variety of fresh and delicious options. What truly made our stay memorable, however, was the kindness and attention of the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful. A particularly lovely touch was on my birthday when I was surprised with a birthday cake at breakfast. It was such a thoughtful gesture. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Alpbach!

Reviewed Oct 7, 2025Alpbach will always be one of our favourite places to visit in Austria. This hotel was exceptional in every way. Beautifully decorated, lovely room with the most spectacular view over alpbach. The restaurant food was fantastic as well as the pizza shop next door. Hearing the cows from the balcony only added to the beautiful experience we had staying in this hotel. To me it would be the pick over all the others, for value, position.. just wonderful.

Reviewed Sep 10, 2025Fantastisk boende med underbar utsikt över den gröna dalen och de höga bergen. Vi uppskattade lugnet i byn och den genuina atmosfären. Vackra vandringsleder och möjlighet till både bastu och bad i poolen vid hotellet. Personalen var underbar och tillmötesgående. Vi vill gärna komma tillbaka.
Vi hade önskat en extra bäddmadrass i sängen så som vi har det i Sverige.

Reviewed Aug 2, 2025Located in the centre of Alpach. Very cozy traditional Tirolian “Gasthaus” with outdoor pool /finish sauna house and polite staff and delicious Tirolian cooking. I recommend the ox-cheeks in a red wine sauce with mashed potatoes…
Unfortunately, they built a third floor, which is mainly rented and built for family with kids as the receptionist explained to me. We had a nice room on the second floor, but the noise coming from the trampoline and jumping of little kids on the third floor almost drove us crazy And we had to call the reception several times so that they would tell these uneducated parents to get a hold of their children. It seems nowadays that many young parents think that they have a free pass wherever they go because they have children accompanying them. This was extremely annoying, especially in the evening and in the early morning; - which in return had a negative impact on our sleep schedule and sleep quality for the 3 nights. - the hotel requires a minimum stay of 3 nights.

Meget larm fra parkeringsplads lige under værelset. Larm fra café ved siden af hotellet. Hotellet gav besked 2 dage før at der ville være filmoptagelser de første to dage af vores ophold. Hvilket gjorde at vi ikke kunne bevæge os frit omkring på hotellet. Det startede kl 07 og varede til 19. Elevatoren virkede ikke i den periode og min svigermor er dårligt gående. Hotellet gav 10% rabat på de to dage men først efter at have insisteret.
