There was an LCD screen over the road that was so bright it felt like daytime all night. And it would flick to a new screen which made it really hard to sleep. Was expensive but consistent with other places in the area

la chambre pas très lumineuse dans bâtiment annexe, le long de la route et chaleur à l' intérieur, 1 chaise balcon pour 2, parking attribué le 1er et 2eme jour et ensuite places annulées barrées obligeant au parking zone bleue à gérer....

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026Es war sehr gemütlich und im Landhaus Stil. Perfekt für uns! Das Personal war jederzeit freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit. Das Essen war sehr gut und das Bett sehr gemütlich.
Es gab keine richtige Rezeption, jeder war für alles zuständig. Das Zimmer war etwas klein und ohne Bilder. Die Wände waren etwas kahl.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026La posizione centrale e il luogo curato. Caratteristica la struttura e molto bella sicuramente, la camera grande e funzionale.
Durante la colazione la ragazza sembrava decisamente infastidita, forse per il bambino? Non so ma il servizio è stato scadente non ci siamo sentiti accolti. Infatti, dopo aver pagato non ci hanno neanche fornito la Alpbach Card che ogni struttura deve fornire. Una volta che ho chiamato per farlo notare sono anche stata trattata con sufficienza, e quando ho chiesto di mandarmela mi ha detto che potevo solo andare a prenderla, quando ho scoperto poi che c’è modo di scaricarla online.

Śniadania dobre, ale poza jajkiem na twardo wszystko na zimno, więc jeśli ktoś lubi rano zjeść coś ciepłego to maleńki minus. Natomiast jedzenie, które serwowano było świeże i smaczne i wybór niemały.

Direkt die Bushaltestelle für den Ortsbus vor der Tür. Meine „private“ Alexa im Zimmer. Das grosse Badezimmer mit einer Duschkabine. Sehr freundliches Personal.

Pokoje dostaliśmy w budynku przy samej restauracji, więc do bardzo późnych godzin nocnych było głośno. Przy tak wysokich temperaturach, które teraz panowały, spanie w pokoju na poddaszu (nasi znajomi), lub my piętro niżej bez wentylatorów, klimatyzacji to niestety aż nieludzkie.

Reviewed Jun 1, 2026Gasthaus Jakober liegt sehr zentral in Alpbach mit wunderbarem Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Die Lage ist Ideal für Wanderungen oder MTB Touren. Die Haltestelle für den kostenlosen Nahverkehrsbus ist fast direkt vor dem Gasthaus. Parkplätze für Gäste sind direkt am Haus vorhanden. Das Zimmer war großzügig ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Herd, Kaffeemaschine, TV und einer Alexa!!!). Das Frühstücksbuffet war einfach super und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Das Restaurant im Hause war erste Klasse und das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis ist wirklich in Ordnung.
Beim besten Willen fällt mir dazu nichts ein

Bewegungsmelder in den Gängen haben nicht funktioniert, im Bad sollten einige Dinge, wie Duschstange, Seifenspender nachgezogen werden. Das ist eine positive Kritik, da sonst alles gepasst hat.

Reviewed Mar 18, 2026Very good location. If you are skiing, the location is ideal. The bus stop is around the corner, from there you can reach the slopes in 5 minutes. The breakfast is very good. The room is very clean, especially the bathroom. I don't remember ever seeing such a clean shower.
Shower gel was limited. I left a note for the maids on the last day, but they either didn't see it or ignored it.

Номер просторий, добре обладнаний, з багатьма зручностями та власною ванною кімнатою. З вікна відкривається чудовий вид на гори, а навколо було дуже багато снігу — справжня зимова казка. Поруч розташовані лижні траси та магазин, що дуже зручно. Ми залишилися максимально задоволені відпочинком. Оцінка — 12 з 10

The bar is very popular and is always a hot spot for a drink after skiing. The room was comfortable and very nice. The staff was friendly and helpful, I would definitely recommend Gasthaus Jakober and I will be staying there again.

The room was cozy, very clean, and equipped with Alexa, a nice modern touch in a traditional setting. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was simple but had everything I like and was enjoyable.
Breakfast options were limited, but still sufficient for a short stay.
