Guter Parkplatz überdacht, Zimmer ausreichend geräumig, gut eingerichtet, kleiner Balkon, gut zu erreichen, auch wenn jemand mit der Bahn kommen sollte. Frühstück wie in Italien üblich, aber gut ausreichend. Ca. 10 Minuten zum See. Direkt am Hotel eine kleine Eisdiele, aber auch Café und Bar, viele Restaurants am See. Perfekt für unseren Urlaubsausklang für 2 Tage vor der Rückfahrt nach Deutschland.
Eigentlich nichts, hat unsere Erwartungen voll erfüllt.

Breakfast was a highlight - beautiful scrambled eggs along with a variety of delicious juices, pastries, cheeses, pastrami, breads, etc & coffee. Great location for the lake and eating out. Secure building and they also hold your luggage if you need after checkout for a while. Would definitely stay again.

Klimaanlage zu schwach, kühlt die Zimmer leider nicht. Das Aufladen eines e-Bikes über Nacht sollte besser vorher angekündigt werden, das Peraonal war hier spontan leider sehr unkooperativ.

Reviewed Aug 3, 2026Der freudliche Empfang, der Charme dieses kleinen, feinen Hotels, die Sauberkeit der Zimmer, der private gedeckte Parkplatz, die Nähe zum Zentrum. Ich kann das Hotel Villa Colico nur empfehlen.
Im gedeckten privaten Parkplatz ist kein fester Boden, es ist ein Sandboden bei dem viel Staub aufgewirbelt wird.

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Everything was excellent! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and exactly as described. The hosts were incredibly friendly, welcoming and helpful. The location is perfect – close to both the lake and the city center – and the private parking was a great bonus. We felt at home from the first moment and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Kleiner Kritikpunkt: Es waren unglaublich heiße Tage (mehr als 35 Grad). Das Badezimmer war wirklich sehr warm und auch das Schlafzimmer hat sich totz vorhandener Klimaanlage nicht soweit kühlen lassen, wie ich es gerne gehabt hätte. Jedoch muss ich dazu sagen, dass ich sehr wärmeempfindlich bin und andere Menschen es womöglich als angenehm empfunden hätten. Daher hierfür kein Abzug

I forhold til prisen for værelset, kunne sovesofaen godt have været i en meget bedr kvalitet - vi lå oven på fjedrene, hvilket var ubehageligt. Derudover fungerede deres klimaanlæg meget utilfredsstillende ! Vi havde netop bestilt dette hotel, da de reklamerede med, der var klimaanlæg. Klimaanlægget var sat til kun at virke fra 18.00 til 06.00. Det startede bare aldrig på dette tidspunkt. da der var 35 grader uden for, opholdte vi os på værelset om dagen uden klimaanlæg! Da vi kommenterede på det fik vi at vide at folk var alligevel ude om dagen så det var ikke nødvendigt at tænde det og så syntes jeg det er falsk reklame at skrive at man har klimaanlæg samtidig bliver de sure og beskyldt os for at pille ved det, så det gjorde opholdet lidt dårligt og for vores vedkommende vil vi aldrig vælge det hotel igen eller anbefale det til andre!

E’ stato possibile riservare la camera che più ci piaceva, trovata perfetta e pulita. Abbiamo chiesto un altro favore e il personale si è prodigato per accontentarci al meglio, non è da tutti . Ottimo parcheggio coperto sul retro della struttura, particolare apprezzato da noi che ci muoviamo in moto

Reviewed Jun 18, 2026Hotel liegt verkehrsgünstig in Colico, nur ein kleines Stück von der SS36 und auch ein paar Meter von der Ortsdurchfahrtsstraße SP72 entfernt. Damit war es recht ruhig, kein störender Verkehrslärm abends. Des weiteren gab es eine funktionierende Klimaanlage, was wir nach ein paar 100km bei über 30 Grad auf dem Motorrad zu schätzen wußten. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber, ansprechend eingerichtet und auch ausreichend groß, um unser Motorradgepäck abzustellen. Ein nicht einsehbarer und überdachter Stellplatz für Fahrzeuge der Gäste (egal, ob Auto oder Motorrad) rundet das Angebot sehr gut ab. Das war nun schon das zweite Mal, dass wir in diesem Hotel übernachtet haben im Rahmen einer Motorradreise. Frühstück war sehr gut, das Angebot im klassentypischen Umfang, Qualität der Speisen war für uns sehr gut. Ich hatte bei der Abreise eine Tasche mit Ladegeräten und -kabeln im Zimmer vergessen. Nach kurzem eMail-Austausch, wurde mir diese Tasche per Post nachgeschickt. Dafür nochmal Vielen Dank an das Hotel!
Wir wüßten nichts, was wir bemängeln wollten.

Reviewed May 27, 2026Wir waren zum zweiten Mal in der Villa Colico und würden sie erneut buchen. Ein kleines, privates Haus, das in einer kleinen Seitenstraße liegt. Es gab nichts zu bemängeln. Wir wurden sehr freundlich begrüßt und bedient. Hier stimmt das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der überdachte Parkbereich unmittelbar am Hotel, der durch eine Schranke gesichert ist. Das Frühstück ist gut - klein aber fein. Eier werden frisch zubereitet und es fehlt an nichts. Am See ist man in ca. 5 min zu Fuß. Also eine ideale Lage. Von der Hauptstraße, die in kurzer Entfernung verläuft, hört man nichts. Nachts bei offenem Fenster zu schlafen ist kein Thema! Danke nochmals für die Gastfreundschaft!

Reviewed May 14, 2026Staff were lovely, helpful and breakfast was good. The first place I was offered scrambled eggs. The location was fabulous.
As our metal bed was divided into two singles the based creaked badly every time I moved. Not the most comfortable bed ive beed in as it was a bit firm for me. I couldnt use the pillows as they were very hard. I had to fold the bed cover for something soft.

Reviewed May 6, 2026It met our needs we were just spending the night going from Zurich to Milan. The keeper of the inn was very nice and helpful
There was no chair to sit in room instead of a hassock a nice chair would be better use for the space
