La proximité et la vue sur le lac, le personnel très sympa, la propreté de l'hôtel et les restaurants à 2 minutes de l'hôtel.

Le spa pas de jacuzzi comme indiqué mais un bain à bulle dans la piscine où l'eau était froide.

Olime ülirahul, et valisime Como järve ümbruse avastamiseks just Colico ja selle hotelli. Hotell asub otse ranna ääres, saab järves ujuda, hotellil on olemas ka bassein ja spa. Kõik võimalused ideaalseks puhkuseks. Sadam ja head toidukohad jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Tuba oli hea, hommikusöök suurepärane. Tervitusjoogid. Parkimine turvaline.

There is a nice pool and the hotel areanis quite large

- We had booked two rooms but, upon check-in, were assigned an accessible room without any prior notice or explanation. For a rather large person, the shower setup without any glass partition or curtain is not particularly practical and resulted in water getting all over the bathroom. As the hotel was fully booked, we understand that changing the room may not have been possible. However, no alternative solution or compensation was offered. - Furthermore, the bathroom was not properly cleaned when we checked in. I informed Reception about this at around 4:00 pm, but was told that “all cleaning staff had already left the hotel” and that I should come back the following day. This was particularly disappointing, as there was again no attempt to offer an immediate solution or any form of compensation. As a result, I had no other option but to use the bathroom as it was, despite it not having been properly cleaned.

Der Platz direkt am See war sehr schön. Auch das Zimmer war schön und ordentlich aufgeräumt.

Das Service Personal war nicht immer freundlich und kompetent. In einem 4 Sterne Hotel erwartet man zumindest Freundlichkeit und Engagement.

We booked a Standard Room four months in advance, but the bathroom was different from what we expected from the photos. The accessible shower had no proper partition, so water went all over the bathroom floor. Unfortunately, the way our complaint was handled was also very rude and disappointing. My advice to future guests: make sure you receive the room you booked and check the room carefully before unpacking your belongings.

È la seconda volta che soggiorno al Seven, ottimi i servizi e la disponibilità del personale.

Rispetto alla volta precedente ho trovato deludente il ristorante in quanto per due volte non mi sono state servite le pietanze come le avevo ordinate.

Location is great, directly at the beachfront. Hotel is adult only. But the greater pool is public during the day which means kids are jumping around (-). Breakfast buffet was good. Except coffee. Pool was okay.

Small rooms, thin walls, loud neighbors, no window (only door which you cannot leave open at night as everything is ground floor). Too heavy cooling in the whole building. Always freezing. Coffee was xx. Gym was super basic. Also expect a bit more here.

E mi è piaciuta molto la struttura moderna la disposizione di tutto soprattutto la posizione sul lago una cosa fantastica

E c'è qualche cosa da migliorare avevo già avvisato anche alla hall perché essendo una bella struttura in 4 stelle mancano delle cose. Ci vorrebbe in camera un accappatoio che manca e poi delle ciabattine di spugna. Qualche detergente in più per il bidet che manca. Poi ci vorrebbe una piscina più riscaldata perché sono tutte e due freddissime e non si poteva fare il bagno inoltre sono anche sporche perché il macchinario che utilizzano non riesce a pulire le scalette della piscina. Poi vorrei sottolineare che il personale delle pulizie urla troppo durante le pulizie per cui chi vuole riposare non può farlo.

Leider viel Treibholz am Seeufer. Der Zugang ins Wasser war nur mit Schuhen möglich. Liegt am Ostufer und daher immer mit Wind. Die Gemeinde ist mit Aufräumen aktiv, aber es ist viel Holz.

The Pools, cabanas, Spa and the eggs at breakfast.

The rooms are way to small for 2 adults. They are not 219 square feet, more like 115.

Restaurantbesuch. Haben uns an der Hausbar 2 Getränke geholt und wollten zum Essen einen Tisch haben. Die junge Dame im Restaurant sagte und wir könnten nicht mit den hauseigenen Getränken auf der Terrasse vor dem Restaurant sitzen und die Sonne noch genießen um dann an den Tisch zu gehen im leeren Restaurant. Wir müssen 5 Meter rüber wieder zur Bar. Das fanden wir unmöglich und gingen eben dann in die nahegelegene Hafenstadt 10 Minuten schöner Spaziergang am See entlang zum lecker Essen mit Weinreise. Das war dann ein sehr schöner Abend und die Dame hatte nicht so viel Stress im Restaurant mit uns Gästen.

Hotel n'est pas Adult Only présence tous les jours de 10h à 18h de personnes venant de l'extérieur avec enfants de tout âge et animaux de compagnie, ce n'est pas un hôtel calme, snack et restauration aucun effort pour les plats proposés c'est fade et sans gout et cher, les deux piscines sont froide malgré la canicule, à ce tarif elles pourrai être chauffées, terrasse de toutes les types de chambres aucune séparation avec ces voisins c'est en openspace du coup pas d'intimité, literie dur, séjour très cher pour ce type d'hôtel en chambre Deluxe si vous chercher un hôtel calme c'est pas du tout celui là.

Das Seven Park Club Restaurant hat wirklich schlechtes Essen für die teuren Preise.

Ligging hotel, de zwembaden, spa en gym en alles heel schoon en verzorgd. Indien gewenst dagelijks de kamers schoon en bed opgemaakt. Bij de hotelkamer ook leuke buiten zitjes. Zeer uitgebreid ontbijt waar het aan niets ontbreekt. Zwembaden zijn super relaxed met bedjes en cabana’s als je niet z’n meerzwemmer bent. De locatie zit aan het Como meer dus hou je er wel van dan zit je ook top. Centrum van Colico is heel dicht bij slechts 5 min lopen en ook alle verhuur faciliteiten op mintuten lopen. Het personeel geen uitgezonderd zijn vriendelijk en heel service gericht.

Dit gaat over de bijbehorende beachclub. Drank assortiment bij de beachclub meer dan prima en worden ook regelmatig opgenomen en gebracht bij de bedjes bij het zwembad. Alleen het eten wat je er kunt bestellen moet echt naar en hoger niveau. De uitvoering van Caeser salade was ronduit droevig. Met een beetje echte kookkunst en wen beetje liefde is het een win win voor klant en uitbater. Let op! Ik heb het niet over jullie restaurant gedeelte want daar kan ik niet over oordelen omdat ik daar zelf niet heb gegeten.

Il ristorante associato vantava una ristorazione gurmet e devo dire che nei piatti c’era ma il servizio dei camerieri non era assolutamente all’altezza.

Lokalizacja, piękne otoczenie, bardzo dobre śniadania, wyjątkowa czystość oraz niezwykle uprzejmy i pomocny personel. Ogromnym atutem była również możliwość pobytu z psem – czuliśmy się z nim naprawdę mile widziani. Hotel jest zadbany, komfortowy i idealny do wypoczynku.

Nie mamy żadnych zastrzeżeń. Wszystko spełniło nasze oczekiwania.

Locatie en plek is schitterend

Het pretendeert een 4 sterren adult only complex te zijn. Maar niet hotelgasten, inclusief kinderen, kunnen tegen betaling gebruik maken van de faciliteiten. Dit past niet bij een dergelijke ambiance. Daarnaast zijn honden toegestaan, ook in de ontbijtzaal. Dat is onhygiënisch. Ze poepen en piesen in de tuin, waar ik met mijn blote voeten loop. De poep wordt niet altijd opgeruimd. Ook dit past niet. Het komt voor dat gevraagd wordt om je auto te verplaatsen omdat de overdekte plekken worden gereserveerd voor mensen met een sportauto die 1 nacht blijven. Ik verbleef 2 weken tegen een bedrag van ca 4500 euro. Het kan toch niet zo zijn dat je een gast die 2 weken verblijft vraagt te verkassen voor iemand die 1 nacht verblijft. Na protest komen we blijven staan. Voor de rest is het top.

Fantastic location, very quiet and calm, ideal for who is looking for relax and disconnect. The hotel is simply an oasis of peace with all the comfy services for a short or long stay! The adult only category guarantees high standards of tranquility. The room with patio is a plus recommended. The staff is very friendly and helpful, from the check in till the check out. Good free parking options available. Large Breakfast with multiple options salted and sweet, lot of fruits and fresh products from bakery and good attention to healthy food. The Pet friendly option is so nice and all the dogs were very educated and welcomed.

No negative comments, just two recommendations: a deeper cleaning of the washroom and alternative options of vegetable milk based items in the breakfast for future. Fantastic stay anyway!!

La climatisation de la chambre ne peut apparemment pas être réglée de manière individuelle. Une réceptionniste parle un anglais assez approximatif

Reserve parking was not adhered to . Even though your number plates were there people parked in them . Including the disabled bay . Pool was open to the public and was very dirty with scum and oil . It didn’t sell itself as a up market hotel. Such a disappointment.

Room was great. Staff were very helpful. Location wonderful! We rented a private boat taxi one day (highly recommend) and did a trail ride one day it was super and even took the horses into the lake. We had rented car so we explored towns by car as well- were able to find paid parking garages and explored the towns by foot. Renting a car is cheaper than taking a taxi from the airport. We enjoyed the food and cocktails at the hotel but also ate out on the promenade which is a short walk along the lake - highly recommend. The pools are great and right in front of the property you can swim in the lake.

The hotel is advertised as "adults only". So even though the pools are really great - even have waitress service and a lifeguard -the large pool had small children and many teenagers. They were not annoying - but when a hotel says "adults only"- you don't expect the pool to have kids. When I mentioned it at the front desk, they said that the town requires them to allow children. This is fine - no problem - but should be mentioned in the hotel material. So the hotel is "adults only" but the main pool is not. (There is a smaller pool to the side which is for guests only and I did not see kids there). I still highly recommend - great value for the price.

Das Brot beim Frühstück könnte besser sein. Ansonsten ist das Frühstück aber sehr gut.

Sehr sauber, tolle Poolanlage, direkter Zugang zum See (öffentlicher Strand), Essen im hauseigenen Restaurant war sehr lecker, Frühstück auch wunderbar, teilweise überdachter und mit Schranken gesicherter Parkplatz, Terasse bei jedem Zimmer dabei. Kleines, ruhiges Örtchen.

Adults Only Hotel stimmt nur teilweise. Grundsätzlich scheinen keine Kinder im Hotel zu übernachten, ein Teil der Poolanlage ist aber öffentlich zugänglich und somit sind auch Kinder am Hotelgelände. Hat uns jetzt nicht gestört, aber manche vielleicht schon.

Alles perfekt, wir haben immer einen Platz am Pool (im abgegrenzten Bereich für Hotelgäste) bekommen. Der Pool ist etwas kleiner, als der öffentliche, reicht aber. Die Bar ist direkt angrenzend. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig und lecker.

Colazione adeguata, menzione speciale per la preparazione delle omlette eseguite a regola d'arte. Piscina abbastanza grande della quale non siamo riusciti ad utilizzarla per nostri impegni, interessante la possibilità di poter fare il bagno in qualsiasi momento del giorno e della notte. Camere vista lago con un bellissimo giardino manutentato a dovere. Pulizia generale adeguata.

Posti auto, il primo che arriva meglio alloggia non prenotabili se non con euro 20,00 di sovraprezzo.

Kot vedno so se tudi tu našli Francozi in Skandinavci, ki so že na bazenu mislili da so sami in da je vse njihovo. Hodili so tudi čez terase drugih gostov. Zaposleni so bili obveščeni pa pravijo da ne morejo nič. Res nespoštljivo do ostalih gostov. Lahko naredite !! Zavrnite jim gostoljublje in jih odstranite iz hotela. Res tako težko ?

Úžasné ubytovanie, poloha hotela priamo pri jazere, rozmiestnenie izieb s terasou so súkromím, nič nám nechýbalo, boli výborné raňajky, oceňujem bazén len pre hotelových hostí, ten druhý určený pre všetkých mal zelené okraje od rias (to by sa nemalo stať). Udržiavaný, čistý, nádherný areál, skvelý na oddych vo dvojici, určite budem odporúčať a radi sa vrátime. Ďakujeme za skvelé chvíle strávené vo vašom rezorte. Oceňujem aj pozornosť pre manžela k narodeninám 😉

Zelená voda na okrajoch bazéna. Pri ponuke room service od 11PM do 6AM nebolo uvedené číslo, kde je možné jedlo do izby objednať. Na izbe 125 dosledujte upevnenie obrazu nad posteľou, v noci z ničoho nič spadol, upevnenie je nedostatočné. Zvážte sieťky proti hmyzu na okno na terasu, sú komáre a muchy.... Sú to maličkosti, ktoré sa dajú odstrániť...

Locatie - wat verwijderd van massatoerisme. Kleinschalig. Ontbijt was zeer verzorgd (dagelijks olijven- en vijgenbrood bv) en eitjes die a la minute klaargemaakt worden. Bar aan het meer met handige take-out. Bij superior kamers met lakeview een handige patio met zithoek en ligbedjes.

Adults only hotel, maar opgelet! Ze hebben een tweede pool die naast de kamers met lakeview gelegen is, toegankelijk voor dagtoeristen en lokalen, dus ook kinderen. Vooral in de weekends rekening mee houden. Verder is het wat drummen als je de overdekte parking wenst, daar zijn maar een 8-tal plaatsen. Geen badjassen in de kamer.
