There was a problem with the water supply

Staff was excellent and helpful, place is kept very clean, hot water available, free use of kitchen utensils, free coffee, drinking water. Good value for money, excellent for budget conscious travellers. Nice place overall.

Road leading to the hotel is not paved and there were water puddles. It is tricky to navigate for anyone with mobility issues. Access to the beachfront had to be thru Best Western Hotel, which was a short walk.

Ubicación perfecta. A 5 minutos de la playa. Habitación enorme, baño con mampara y camas muy cómodas. Tenía además un espacio con microondas y tostadora y para comer con todo lo necesario. Además, la habitación tenía un frigo pequeño.

Location was very nice. Not exactly on the beach, but very close to the beach.

The rooms were not clean, there was even mold discovered in one of the bathrooms - this is not acceptable at all!

WiFi network is sometimes not connected. Amenities are not attached. Wifiの接続が時々切れました。通信速度もあまりよくありません。アメニティがあればよかったと思います。

מקום נהדר בהתחשב במחיר אי אפשר להתלונן היינו 4 בחדר עם 2 מיטות, החדרים נקיים, ניקו לנו את החדר כשביקשנו עם החלפת מצעים ומגבות חדר מרווח מאוד קרוב למרכז של אלונה ביץ רק דבר קטנטן זה שהתעוררנו לשיפוצים פעמיים בבוקר אבל זה ממש היה בקטנה בהתחשב לכל מה שקיבלנו ושילמנו. תודה רבה על האירוח !

Booking.com'da aile odasının mutfağı, bulaşık makinası vs var yazıyor ancak yok tesisin genel bir mutfağı var o da pis malesef. Odada ağır bir tuvalet kokusu var, çünkü banyoda aspiratör yok, sadece küçük bir pencere var o da yetmiyor, banyoda küf var, duş ahizesi yerinde durmuyor, yenilenmesi lazım, klozet kapağı hem küçük hem çatlak Üst katta sabah 7 de başlayan inşaat çalışması var çok ses çıkıyor, sabah uyunmuyor Kahvaltı hizmeti yok plajda yiyebilirsiniz..

The hotel was very clean and the rooms were spacious, nice common area for relaxing. Coffee and water was available, which was appreciated. The location was good to access Alona beach and walk to the main town area for dinner.

The mattress were thick foam type material, so a little squishy, but not a big deal for us.

Clean and comfortable bed. It is also very quiet, away from the crowd and noise from the beach. We had a last minute booking with them as our previous booking was right next to a karaoke and it’s impossible to sleep in.

Everything is good for the price but could have been better if there is no molds in the bathroom and you could smell it in the room. Putting an exhaust fan will be helpful.

Good price and clean nice for family , friends and also for couple practical prices .

No available for breakfast or anything you want but they have free coffee and tea . But you can go walk around the area there are some good foods in different restaurant .

Location is a bit near to beach. Actually the room was good and has hot/cold shower

There was snake in the bathroom. I booked my wife and kids together with their aunts, to enjoy the celebration but it was a traumatized experienced. What if our kids found out the snake and play with it. Though they transfer us to another place to stay (inn).!Nobody really assisted them to brought all things. Close to Alona beach but calm. The family room was big and convenient for our stay as a family of 4. Very clean. Free tea and coffee available. Helpful staff. We left part of our luggage at the hotel while spending 4 nights in Cebu before coming back. Good value overall.

You access Alona beach through the best western hotel (crossing rights by presenting the hotel key). Kids couldn’t help compare with the fancy facilities and the swimming pool.. I had to explain them several time that best western was 4 times more expensive..

Super buena ubicación, estás a 2’ caminando de Alona y aún así es una zona tranquila, la ducha tiene presión y agua caliente sin problemas. El personal es agradable, las habitaciones espaciosas, las camas lo suficientemente cómoda para descansar después de todo el día sin parar, hay restaurantes cerca que están muy bien.

El camino para llegar está lleno de baches y como llueva son todo charcos y complicado pasar con la moto (que no imposible jeje)

1. Запах плесени, невозможно, пытались поменять номер, но везде такой запах 2. Кровати неширокие, мы помещались, но если люди полные, то тяжело двоим на одной кровати 3. Дорога к отелю неасфальтированная 4. Только мыло есть и туал бумага с полотенцами ничего другого нет

It’s simple and nothing to dislike.

It was really near the beach. Their place is spotless and spacious. Everything is provided at the kitchen.

Front staff should know how to greet back or smile. The road to the beach should be improved.

However, we encountered some issues only with the bed. Nonetheless, it was a good stay.

Porte de douche hs, prise électrique hs, climatisation au Max et non réglable (réparé après 1j), fuite du toit (des gouttes tombent directement sur le lit), siège des WC non fixé, robinet de la salle de bain non fixé (très compliqué pour l’ouvrir), coffre-fort inutilisable, rien pour étendre ces affaires mouillées (obligé d’étendre dans le couloir). Le personnel ne connaît pas la région (« il faut aller à Tagbilaran pour trouver une pharmacie et un médecin » : après une recherche Google, 3 pharmacie à moins de 5 min à pied et une clinique à 2 min en tricycle). Et en plus l’hôtel était en travaux et ça n’était pas indiqué.

The hotel’s location is central, making it easy to get around. The room is spacious, with an old-style charm. It does have a slight old smell, but it’s clean and well-kept. Staff are friendly and helpful. Overall, the property is old but maintained nicely.

However, the road leading to the hotel needs improvement. It’s rough, and when it rains, it floods almost knee-deep. Even a light rain can turn the road muddy with large water-filled holes, which can be quite inconvenient.

Obiekt bardzo blisko plaży, obsługa przemiła i bardzo pomocna, duże pokoje, czysto i bez żadnych oszustw.

Convenient location - a few minutes walk to Alona beach & to the main strip of bars & restaurants, the room was clean, with good air con & a hot shower and the staff were very helpful.

The wifi was very intermittent & unreliable which was abit frustrating as it would cut out frequently

The rooms were spacious and could accommodate 4 to 5 people. There was unlimited coffee and drinking water. There was a smoking area. The owner was very considerate. The location is good. Very affordable.

The person manning the reception was too strict. The other vacationers did not clean up the dining and kitchen area, leaving dirty dishes on the tables and in the sink.

The staff made us feel welcome and homey. They are very helpful especially the girl in the reception. We've been look after the entire stay. We booked a family room with two beds, its very spacious and clean. We definitely will come back in Bohol and stay here again.

It was so peaceful that you can relax after roaming around the places nearby and it was so near by the beach and restaurants ⭐️

It was just the road going in the property is narrow maybe much better if the road going to the property was cemented it will be nicer to walk there and the internet should be needed some upgrade if the property was full of guest the internet connection is useless its just like a display in the screen of your gadget.
