L accoglienza e la vicinanza di dona Lucia, in un momento di difficoltà ed enorme stress (terremoto) ha saputo gestire tutto al meglio e si è occupata con grande vicinanza di tutti i suoi ospiti La struttura è bella, la colazione ottima

Occorre attrezzarsi con auto privata o driver (ma la posizione isolata questa volta ha aiutato!)

Todo fué increíble, desde el lugar hasta el buen servicio del personal que atendía. es un lugar de mucha paz y tranquilidad en cada uno de los espacios que tiene.

No hicieron limpieza en una de las habitaciones uno de los días que estuvimos, el servicio en el restaurante apenas se está acomodando.

Beautiful property and great location with security. The hotel facilities are grear with good sized rooms, amazing pool and we were nearly the only guests so had the place close to just ourselves

Service could be improved, it took a long time to get our breakfast order and the rooms should be made up every day

Adorei a jacuzzi no quarto e as piscinas. Uma delas tem água aquecida e as outras são ótimas para relaxar. A arquitetura é de muito bom gosto, os quartos sao bonitos, com azulejos tradicionais e boa roupa de cama.

Apenas um pequeno problema, que foi a borda de madeira da jacuzzi estava frágil e afundou, me machuquei. Mas fora isso tudo perfeito.

La zona de las piscinas nos encantaron e indiscutiblemente ma atención del personal fue excelente, muy atentos a nuestras necesidades.

Muy buenas instalaciones, todo muy limpio y excelente atención. Las comidas y bebidas son muy buenas.

Tal vez faltan actividades adicionales para la estancia (juegos, deportes, etc). Aumentar la variedad de opciones en el Menú. Mucha demora en servir las comidas.

A hidden little slice of tropical heaven, not far from the city. Very quiet and secure. Nice pool area, with bar (bartender, Alejandro margaritas..!) but shopping you can walk to... Loved it.

The whole site is really nice, big green area, a lot of plants. Stuff is friendly and there is nice place to chill by the pool or get a massage. The lady was amazing. The room is spacious enough with a balony.

Its like a family house and you get a guest room. Slide doors next to the reception desk are so thin you can hear everything.

Me parece que es un lugar costoso para lo que ofrece. Si bien es cómodo y bonito, me parece que la relación costo- calidad está volada. El servicio de restaurante para la cena y desayuno es muy demorado.

Todo, cada espacio está cuidadosamente diseñado, es hermoso, cálido y elegante. Todo el personal es súper amable, centrado en brindar la mejor experiencia. La señora Lucía Pedraza es una gran anfitriona, atenta a cada necesidad de sus huéspedes.

Hermoso hotel, bien boutique. El sector exterios con salida desde el cuarto increible! El jardin y la pileta espectacular.

The property is immaculately clean, rooms spacious, the pool and spa wonderful, the grounds are kept beautifully. The staff were amazing (especially Kym :) ) no request was too hard . The food and drinks great, cant really fault this place and if Im ever back to Pereira, will be sure to stay here again.

Calidad y amabilidad en el servicio. Preocupación por el bienestar del huésped. Mantenimiento general de zonas construidas y zonas libres, piscina, jacuzzi y zonas verdes. Muy buen desayuno. En recepción Natalia y Kimberly muy amables y preocupadas por el bienestar de la familia.

No hubo nada que no nos gustara

En general todo estuvo muy bien durante los días que estuvimos en el hotel, el personal muy amable y siempre atento ayudarnos, nos consintieron con los desayunos, en la piscina y con cada cosa en la que necesitamos ayuda. La habitación estaba limpia, muy cómoda. No tuvieron ningún problema con el late check out, lo único es que deberían de tener una ducha privada para poderse bañar uno tranquilo

Solo por decir algo, que la televisión estaba en japonés, y la zona del jacuzzi de la habitación podrían asegurarse que tenga más privacidad.

Nos gustó el hotel, el desayuno es muy completo, la piscina muy buena. El entorno campestre. El trato del personal muy bueno.

La habitación que nos asignaron tiene la puerta principal que abre por rieles hacia los laterales, lo cual permite que se vea hacia afuera, por esta razón no sentimos privacidad. Le comentamos a la persona encargada, y dijo que estaban revisando cómo cambiarlo. De verdad es algo urgente.

El lugar es muy acogedor, la piscina bonita y segura. La atención de los meseros, Alejandro, Kimbwerly todos, muy serviciales y atentos. Es tranquilo y relajante, el jacussi tiene una temperatura muy agradable, también los desayunos deliciosos

Realmente el precio es un poco alto, ya que no hay mayores amenidades, el tiempo de servicio de las comidas y el desayuno, es muy lento, una falla que sea tan demorado, porque en general es muy buena la atención.

The air aconditioner stop a midnight, we say it and they took care of it

It was a peaceful setting, relatively close to the airport and major roadways, yet seemingly a world away. The staff was excellent. A great place for a romantic getaway.

Biting insects are endemic to the area, but the hotel had repellent on hand and other control devices for the room. Make sure you use them.

The old farm house is lovely. The rooms are somewhat crowded and bathrooms are small, therefore having the sink outside the bathroom works well.

The location is my main complaint, it is too close to a major road, so you hear traffic anytime you are outside of your room. It takes away from the beauty of the large garden and makes laying by the pool less pleasant. Breakfast is fine, the restaurant/menu is just ok.

Our stay at Petra Santa was an absolute highlight of our trip. Originally, we had only booked one night, but after encountering issues with a previous reservation, we reached out to extend our stay—and it turned out to be the best decision we could have made. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed by Kimberly, a truly exceptional host. Along with her sister, she went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality was unmatched—warm, accommodating, and genuinely kind. One of the standout aspects of our stay was breakfast. My husband can be quite particular about his morning meal, making special requests regarding how his toast was prepared and asking for specific fruits. Without hesitation, Kimberly and her sister graciously accommodated every request with a smile. Their attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile made all the difference. Beyond the service, Petra Santa itself is a charming and beautiful boutique hotel. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the hospitality of these two sisters made our experience truly unforgettable. If you’re looking for a place that offers comfort, exceptional service, and a personal touch, Petra Santa is it. We feel fortunate to have met Kimberly and her sister, and we highly recommend this wonderful gem to anyone visiting the area!

Everything is gorgeous to the detail. And staff is super friendly!

Food was def not 5 star hotel quality. But perhaps we had incredibly bad luck with the White Fish and the Baby Beef. Maybe it was an off day ? Could be. But it did let us down deeply. Breakfast on the other hand was yummy! Also it’s really close to the highway; so its beautiful grounds don’t have a real nature immersive experience as one would expect.

Not too much privacy, as all of the rooms have wooden doors which have small « gaps » when you close them. And all of the doors lead to main reception room where the manager sits all the day. So when we were staying in the room we could hear everyone walking or talking at the reception. And I believe people at the reception could hear as as well :) also the location is wrong on the booking and it was really challenging to find the hotel

The hotel is very nice and it is well curated, the staff is friendly and very keen to help and ensure your stay is the best possible. The pool area is relaxing and very nice. Food is tasty and there's a lot of variety.

Sometimes the view is not the expected since the hotel is not in the middle of a forest as you imagine from pictures and you can see some buildings from the gardens and facilities of the hotel, but they are not a burden.
