Sazagua Hotel Boutique

Nos gustó mucho los 5 dias que pasamos en Sazaguá Hotel, la equipe foi muy atenciosa y querida y la forma que está distribuída las piezas de la posada nos hizo sentir en casa. Adoramos el restaurante con sus excelentes comidas y desayuno maravilloso. El momento del desayuno es que mas mi gustaba por estar muy cerca de los pájaros. Muy lindo este lugar.

El água de la piscina podría ser más calientica. No pude usar, pues estava muy fria para mi.

El servicio del Personal. Muy buenos los desayunos. Buen tamaño de la Habitación.

Everything!! The grounds were beautiful, the restaurant was amazing, the room was beautiful, the service was outstanding, the massage massages and spa treatments were stunning.

החדרים לא מספיק מבודדים מרעש וניתן לשמוע רעשים מחדרים סמוכים. ארוחת הבוקר לא בסגנון בופה וזה קצת מגביל אותך. לנו היה חסר קפוצ׳ינו בארוחה.

We felt so welcomed. Our needs were anticipated before we knew we had them. Nothing was a problem. The staff move effortlessly to meet everyone's needs. It was a marvel. Our room was amazing, the fits and drinks were sublime. The space was incredible. I'm sad we didn't have longer and I look forward to coming back

El Hotel Sazagua es un lugar espectacular y único, rodeado de tranquilidad y naturaleza. Desde el momento de la llegada, la atención de todo el personal fue impecable: siempre amables, atentos y dispuestos a ayudar. La comida es deliciosa, con una excelente calidad y presentación. Además, las instalaciones son muy agradables y permiten realmente descansar y desconectarse. Sin duda, fue una estancia muy especial y me alojaría nuevamente. ¡Totalmente recomendado!

The property is super earthy with lots of nature

My hot tub did not work and that was the only reason I booked and they charged me much more than the website accounted for

El hotel es muy bonito en su instalación física como de sus jardines, llenos de pajaritos. Desde nuestra llegada, fuimos muy bien atendidos por el personal y durante nuestra estadía, estaban pendientes de cualquier necesidad. Es un sitio muy interesante para el descanso, en un ambiente campestre, pero cerca de la ciudad.

Estuvimos en una habitación del primer piso, cerca de la recepción. Había ruido incomodo, de conversación, que se puede mitigar con puertas sólidas, no entamboradas.

Desde el momento que llegamos el personal nos recibió con una calidez increíble como familia. La Ubicacion es magica rodeada de naturaleza y se respira aire puro. Las habitaciones son un sueño hecho realidad cama king size. Desayuno espectacular con menú de opciones. Agradecimiento especial a todo el personal por su excelente atención. Volveremos pronto .

We loved our bungalow room and all the space we had. The food was generally good and breakfast watching the birds in the garden was a lovely way to start the day.

The traffic noise from a very busy road at the back of the property. The property is a little tired - that adds to its charm- but this is not a luxury experience

Das Haus im modernen Kolonialstil mit viel Holz, hochwertig möblierten Zimmer (sehr bequemes Bett, großes helles Bad) und der große Garten mit den vielen tropischen Pflanzen, Pool und jeder Menge Vögeln bieten ein sehr schönes, gehobenes Ambiente, ohne dabei aber "abgehoben" zu wirken. Das Personal ist Kolumbien-üblich sehr freundlich, sogar die Kellner sprechen englisch (habe ich in Kolumbien tatsächlich noch nie erlebt) und die Küche ist vorzüglich. Wir waren zum Jahreswechsel dort und auf dem Bett erwarteten uns u.a. eine Año Viejo-Puppe, gelbe Unterwäsche, eine Schale mit 12 Trauben, eine kleine Falsche Sekt und ein Gläschen mit Linsen, die allesamt zu den hier landestypischen Silvesterbräuchen zählen. Außerdem ein Gläschen mit diversen Körnern und Kernen, um morgens beim Frühstück die Vögel im Garten füttern zu können. Alles wirklich tolle kleine Aufmerksamkeit des Hotels.

Leider war unser Zimmer sehr dunkel, sodass man selbst tagsüber das Licht anschalten musste. Außerdem hätten wir uns ein kleinen Schreibtisch o.ä. gewünscht, auf dem man mal den Laptop auspacken kann. Durch die Silvesternacht wurde irgendwo auf einem Grundstück gegenüber bis morgens sehr laut gefeiert. Dafür kann natürlich das Hotel nichts, Lärmschutzverglasung hätte das aber sicher etwas erträglicher gemacht. Aber das waren tatsächlich die einzigen klitzekleinen Wermutstropfen unseres sehr schönen Aufenthalts.

Very strange coffee policy. Even though there is a coffee machine in the room, your limit is two capsules total for two people even though you stay 3 nights. There was no signage about the policy, that you had to BUY more capsules. So if you stay one night you get two capsules. If you stay 7 nights you still only get 2 capsules. Illogical and makes the hotel look cheap. What a shame for such a small thing.

We stayed in room 8. Not a good choice. This room shouldn’t be offered because it’s not up to the level of the hotel. It’s very loud and humid. The second night the neighbours organised a party that went until 6am. From room 8 it was like being there. Impossible to sleep. I complained with the staff. Answer: “ we are sorry, there is nothing we can do”. Yes, there things you can do, like putting double glass on windows, talking with neighbours about a code of conduct, etc. Disappointing, it should have been a great experience.

La privacidad y tamaño de la habitación. Cama cómoda

El jacuzzi privado no calentaba bien el agua, demasiado tibia para usarlo en la noche, en conclusion no lo usamos. No dispone de citófono para llamar a recepción a pedir algo. El televisor grande pero antiguo, no nos funcionó para poner videos, o música. Tarifa elevada para lo que ofrece comparado con otros hoteles de su rango.

The sauna in the spa wasn't working

Nuestra estancia no podría haber sido más agradable! El entorno es precioso, nuestra habitación de ensueño, nos organizaron la excursión al Valle de Cócora y a la Hacienda de Café y fueron increíbles! Toda la atención del staff un 10! Volveremos seguro!

The property is surrounded by lush tress and plants giving it a tropical feel and attracting many native birds. It is quiet and serene. The spa treatments were amazing, the breakfast was very good and generous. The bed was very comfortable. Water pressure in shower was good. Staff helpful. Unlimited filtered water refill after you buy the first one from the mini bar.

My spa room (11) had a bit of a smell, not sure whether it was mould or not, no evidence of it. I did clean the air con unit when I arrived as it was very dirty, (perhaps the filter needs cleaning?) otherwise, the room was very clean. The prices for their cocktails were significantly higher than the previous hotel we stayed at in Pereira.

Great place!

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Our room was comfortable and cozy. Finally, the food was incredible - we ate at the hotel every night for dinner (and we are not the kind of people who normally eat at hotels - we prefer to explore local cuisine) and enjoyed almost every dish we had the pleasure of trying. Their blackened chicken dish is my friend’s favorite chicken dish he’s ever had in his life. Do yourself a favor and stay at Sazagua!

Superb room - the coolest we’ve been in, and we do travel!

Gorgeous property tucked off the main road. Lush and tropical with many birds and other animals to enjoy watching. We had a lodge with it's own jacuzzi. Breakfast greeted us every day with fresh fruit and french pressed coffee. The staff were so warm and accomodating. I booked several excursions through the hotel and they handled every detail. It was a wonderful place to stay and I would stay here again.

A bit far from town and sometimes hard to get an Uber. The hotel was able to arrange taxis for me but that was more expensive than uber. One night we arrived after 9 pm and had not eaten. Although there was still one table having dinner in the dining area, I was told there was no food left and the kitchen was closed.
