El lugar es muy lindo y el personal muy amable dispuesto a ayudarte.

Las almohadas son muy malas, el ventilador es muy viejo y suena terrible y el turco y sauna son para quienes se hagan masajes, puedes usarlos, pero si eres muy rebuenas y encuentras un espacio desocupado.

Que lugar tan hermoso, tranquilo, con tanta seguridad El personal muy profecional y la comida esquisita, y lo mejor de todo es muy accessible para personas en Sillas de ruedas, Que Dios Los bendiga y muchas gracias por toda la Atencion 🙏🫶

Algunos comensales o usuarios de pasadía son poco considerados con el tono de voz y sus comentarios y lenguaje. Difícil será controlar esto.

It is not family friendly. The spa cannot be used as they have external clientele who books it so not easy access. It is a very expensive place. Not worth the stay compared to to other hotels in the area

La atención personalizada. Las instalaciones y pocas habitaciones para un buen relax junto con el SPA y la tranquilidad del lugar.

Que no podias usar el SPA a no ser que tuvieras cita de algún paquete de masaje o tratamiento corporal. También que habia algo de moho en las paredes del baño y algunas esquinas y que el borde de la madera de las ventanas en los baños estaba deteriorado y con moho.

El servicio de los desayunos y comidas muuuuy lento. Tocaba esperar más de una hora! Creo que no me volvería a alojar en este hotel!

Las instalaciones estaban bien.

El servicio malísimo, para el desayuno se demoraban 1 hora en servirlo, nos quejamos y no hubo forma que fuera más rápido. El cuarto tenía cucarachas. El spa, el masaje estuvo bien, el jacuzzi que debía estar caliente estaba frío porque no lo prendieron a tiempo.

Un lugar excepcional en un barrio muy calmado. Sensación de seguridad y de tranquilidad. Despertamos con el canto de las aves. Hotel lleno de romanticismo, limpio y agradable servicio. Restaurante muy recomendable.

La comodidad de la cama, la amplitud del cuarto, los pequeños detalles que ellos tienen con los huéspedes, que aunque son pequeños, para uno es todo. Deliciosa la piscina, el jacuzzi, delicioso el masaje, deliciosa la comida. Los empleados muy atentos y amables, muy buena atención. El hotel precioso.

Lo único que no nos gustó es que a la entrada como tal al condominio donde está ubicado el hotel, o sea en la parte de la portería del condominio no hay señalización que indique que por una puerta ingresan las personas que viven en las casas de ese condominio, y por la otra puerta los visitantes, porque si bien por la avenida, o sea bien afuera hay un letrero del hotel VISUS y por ahí es que uno se desvía, lo cierto es que ya en la portería como tal del condominio no se sabe qué hay qué hacer, así que hicimos cola para entrar por donde entran los residentes, y perdimos ese tiempo, porque nos tocó pasarnos a la de los visitantes luego de haber hecho cola en la de residentes, y entonces nos tocó quedar de últimos por la equivocación, así que perdimos como 10 minutos por falta de claridad.

La habitación olía a barniz. La ubicación era fatal. Las instalaciones deficientes; llovió y se cayó una canal en una zona transitable. El bar cierra muy temprano. Se queda sin suministro de agua. El desayuno no es buffet, es a la carta y tarda una infinidad. No hay secador de pelo ni amenities de baño. El transfer del aeropuerto no se entera de nada. Un fracaso total

Everything was great … except that the room I booked via Expedia was not given to me … they said anything booked via Expedia is not given priority … really pissed me off … please remedy … I booked a top room with balcony and was given a lower floor room with no balcony … very upset !

Breakfast was very good, beautifully presented and plenty of choice. Brilliant customer service, taxis, sightseeing trips all arranged and advice given of the best places to visit. Everyone was very welcoming and happy to make our stay as pleasant possible.

There was no hot water for multiple days. The spa was very poor. Outside massage with construction equipment running - stressful. Service took a long time in the only restaurant. I won’t go back.

Everything is PERFECT

It was our anniversary and it was better than expected. From the moment you arrive it is a wow factor. The service was at 150% at all times from everyone. The Food was amazing and the juices where freshly made as you order them. The rooms are perfect and it even had a special area outside your room. Do I recommend it???? It is the only place I would stay from now on when in Pereira. The Best!!!!!!

Everything was being fixed we constantly had to ask for the water to be turned on in the room then for them to turn on the hot water then to use the pool and none of the water features were working. For the price it was incredibly disappointing.

Almost EVERYTHING ! This is a LOVELY PROPERTY and if the management would just focus on a couple of particulars, it would be ABSOLUTELY AWESOME!

The PLUMBING is horrible. I stayed in one suite where there was NO HOT WATER flowing face bowl sink only cold water, but it was perfect in the shower. The second suite had ABSOLUTELY NO WATER flowing from the Hot Water side at all in the face bowl sink, but it was perfect in the shower AGAIN ! This is a perfectly fine situation if you are a person that washes your face and brushes your teeth in the shower, I guess . . . . . But I do not. I wash my face and brush my teeth using the FACE BOWL sink ! The VISUS is a MARVELOUS PROPERTY but they just have to correct these few details and they will be THE BEST IN PEREIRA. It really is an amazing property with AMAZING STAFF AND FOOD !!

We went to the spa and it was amazing. They have an infinity pool on one level and a jacuzzi, sauna and turkish bath on the lower level. We had the spa program called Restore spa. It had the sauna, turkish bath , jacuzzi as well as the whole body massage, exfoliation, facial hydration. There’s also dinner and the food was superb.
