The breakfast options were disappointing, specifically the lack of coffee. Additionally, the food served on Sunday (Poori Masala) was extremely salty, making it inedible. Unfortunately, this caused me some stomach discomfort and left me feeling unwell for the rest of the day.

Reviewed May 14, 2026Rooms are clean and tidy, but there are no chairs available at room. AC was in working condition but it took nearly 3 hous to get the required chilling. No restaurant at hotel premises, Occupant needs to go out to nearby restaurant to have snacks or tea or coffee. Hotel provided tea powder and coffee powder sachets but not milk powder. We requested for an hour extension on the day of check out, but not considered. Very strict on their policy. Only advantage is near to Palakkad Railway station. There is no room services. Hotel arrange complimentary breakfast from outside sources and food quality is not good.
Very stringent approach by hotel staff in reception. No cordial approach.

Die Tischdecken im Frühstücksraum waren sehr fleckig. Ansonsten ist es ein modernes sauberes Hotel.
