Friendly staff who were very helpful with booking activities. Excellent shower and a delicious breakfast with great coffee.

The accommodation is not located on the main road, so you have to carry your luggage a bit to get there. The nearest beach is still about a 15-minute walk away.

Very nice place to stay in quiet area. Staff is very sweet and friendly. Yummy vegan food in the restaurant. We also booked the floating breakfast which was awesome!

Hacía mucho calor, el aire acondicionado no enfriaba mucho. También me faltó un armario para poder guardar las cosas y una neverita para poder tener algo de comida o bebida fría.

Atención del personal, bungalow y desayuno

Desde el principio el trato fue excepcional! Nos explicaron todos los puntos de interés de la isla de forma sencilla y accesible (donde comer, donde ver tortugas, las mejores playas, actividades...). Nos ayudaron a contratar bicicletas y diferentes excursiones que hicimos en la isla. Todo fue muy sencillo. La decoración de la habitación estaba hecha con muy buen gusto. El ambiente es tranquilo y de descanso. La limpieza de todas las instalaciones es perfecta. Y los desayunos son los mejores que hemos probado en todo el viaje, son exquisitos!! Sin lugar a dudas, un lugar al que volver. Nos sentimos como en casa.

Las habitaciones son como cabañas, y al haber huecos entran algunos bichos pero no es lo peor. Lo peor es el aire acondicionado. Lo tenia 24/7 encendido a 17° (el minimo que te permite) y a maxima potencia y aun asi pasaba mucho calor en la habitacion, estas en una isla pequeña donde hace mucho calor y si no puedes ni estar fresco en la habitacion lo acabas pasando mal. El baño era consciente de que era destapado, pero no sabia que la recepcion iba a estar al lado y que escuchan hasta cuando te estas duchando. Hay muy poca sensacion de intimidad en el hotel, la cortina que tapa la cristalera de la habitacion tampoco ayuda mucho.

화장실이 야외라 조금 놀라긴 했는데요. 나름 익숙해지더라구요. 모기가 많으니 모기장을 꼭 요청하세요!!

Desde que entramos fue como estar en casa, nos recibieron con amabilidad explicándonos con todo detalle todo lo que había en la isla. Nos ayudaron con el alquiler de las bicis y a contratar excursiones a las otras Gilis. El staff es muy atento y está pendiente de cualquier necesidad. Los apartamentos son preciosos, hechos con mucho gusto. El jardín y piscina son un sitio ideal para pasar un rato relajante después de haber visto las tortugas en la playa a la cual se llega realizando un agradable paseo. Por último y no menos importante, la cafetería y los desayunos. Son los mejores que hemos probado en mucho tiempo, pudimos degustar todos los platos y bowls y están todos increíbles 🤤! En definitiva, un lugar donde volver 😊

No está al lado de la playa, pero con una bici llegas en 5-10 minutos.

Tout était parfait nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’hôtel est très cozy et le personnel au petit soin.

Situé au nord de l’île, l’endroit est très paisible. Le personnel est au top et les petits déjeuners sont de grande qualité. Rien à redire.

Wifi qui fonctionne très peu

Coup de cœur, c'était parfait et le personnel était adorable. Le p'tit déj très copieux et très bon. On recommande vraiment. Un p'tit coin de paradis.

Very well located, 15 min walking from the harbor. Nice swimming pool, very nice room.

They had a really big problem with the AC. During the day, the AC almost didn’t work. They said that there is a problem on the island with the electricity, but only two out of four bungalows had this problem.

The place is really nice and cozy, very specially designed. The room was super clean and the sheets were soft and smelled nice. The hosts were nice, very kind and helpful. We got a welcome drink of our choice on arrival, and the breakfasts were amazing - big portions and a fruit plate in addition. They cleaned the room daily, and we got fresh towels, and extra towels for the pool and beach. The pool area was was really nice for relaxation. It was an amazing and very comfortable stay. Recommend!

There are flowers in the shower that tend to fall down so there were many leaves on the shower floor. I would wish that this would be cleaned daily too.

Por poner alguna pega supongo que la ubicación, aunque como la isla es pequeña puedes llegar caminando a cualquier sitio o incluso alquilar una bici en el propio alojamiento.

Everything was perfect.

Las cabañas estaban muy limpias y eran muy cómodas. Los desayunos increíbles, los bowl de fruta sin duda los mejores que he probado durante mi viaje en Indonesia. Pero lo que más destaco es el staff, personas locales súper simpáticas, atentas en todo momento. Seguro que volveremos, fue una estancia encantadora.

El servicio es increíble todo el staff local son super amables y simpáticos. El desayuno es muy bueno.

Por el precio elevado no es aceptable que el aire acondicionado no funcione correctamente. Por la mañana, en las horas de más calor, la habitación se vuelve inhabitable. Los bungalows son de láminas de madera y tienen agujeros, por lo que nunca llegan a climatizarse bien. Además, el alojamiento está en un callejón sin asfaltar y sin iluminación.

Cabañas amplias e independientes. Piscina pequeño pero cómoda. Muy buen desayuno. Amabilidad de los trabajadores, te tratan de maravilla. Servicio de alquiler de bicicletas, lavado de ropa…

No conocíamos la isla y, a posteriori, hubiéramos elegido un hotel más cercano a la playa. El camino no está asfaltado y es oscuro. Unos 15 minutos andando de los sitios de interés. Tuvimos un problema de hormigas/termitas en el baño, como fue el último día no nos influyó demasiado y se ofrecieron sin problema a dejarnos toallas limpias. Para el precio alto, echamos en falta que ofrecieran servicio de bicicletas gratuitas.

It was a serene spot amidst the hustle and bustle of the island. The staff was super nice and willing to help with everything you might need. Good breakfast and nice pool.

It’s a 15 minute walk from the harbour which makes for a hot and sweaty walk to the property if you don’t want to take the horses.

J’ai trouvé le logement cher au final comparé à d’autres similaires sur l’île. Faites attention aux extra qui doivent être payés en liquide, ils nous l’ont prévenu à notre départ. (ça aurait été plus sympa de l’avertir) Pas de rangement dans la chambre pas pratique. Aucune aide pour trouver le logement. (pas de pancarte)

Les bungalow sont confortables, la literie est bonne et la décoration jolie ! Les coussins disposés sur la terrasse en fond un coin très agréable pour se détendre. Les extérieurs sont aussi très agréables et verdoyants. Le personnel est à l’écoute, très sympa et sait s’adapter, merci à eux car c’est le vrai point fort de l’établissement 🙂 Le ménage est fait avec soin chaque jour. Le petit déjeuner est très correct.

Le bungalow n’étant pas bien isolé, il me paraît indispensable de mettre des filets au dessus des lits pour éviter les piqûres de moustique la nuit ! La suite de mon commentaire n’est pas lié à l’établissement mais je préfère le préciser pour les voyageurs : l’appel à la prière via les hauts parleurs commence très tôt, aux alentours de 4h du matin et on l’entend beaucoup depuis l’hôtel. Nous avons été réveillés toutes les nuits malgré la mise à disposition de bouchons d’oreilles. Il y a également BEAUCOUP de coqs aux alentours qui chantent à partir de 5h du matin. Les nuits ne sont donc pas de tout repos sur Gili Air 😅

Beautiful place, so peaceful and clean!

This was one of our favorite stays in Indonesia! A little tropical heaven. Staff is GREAT, so friendly and always available. The room was super cozy and the bathroom beautiful. It was very clean and besides the fact that it was a bungalow with an open air bathroom there were no insects at all cause they pay a lot of attention to it (I had some nightmare stays in other properties ;)). They also have a mosquito net if you want but honestly I have not seen a single mosquito. Food was great, I had the best breakfast bowls of my whole holiday here. The kitchen is open all day so you can eat here also later in the day. The pool is also very nice to chill. I was sad to be here only for 2 nights.

I would just put a better hairdryer in the room :)

L’hôtel est très moderne et au goût du jour. Nous avons apprécié l’intimité : seulement 4 chambres dans l’hôtel, c’est exactement ce que l’on cherche sur ces îles. Le petit déjeuner était très bien servi, et les équipes aux petits soins pour nous. Un merci particulier à Angga et Oky, qui nous ont accueilli à bras ouverts à Gili Air, deux garçons chaleureux !!!

Le personnel le style des chambres et le calme. Les hôtes sont très accueillants (bon conseils pour les restos), l’endroit est très paisible et le petit déjeuner très bon.

Il est difficile d’avoir un peu d’intimité avec des cloisons si fines.

We absolutely loved this place - it’s a little paradise! The bungalows are very clean and look absolutely beautiful - the outdoor bathroom is stunning! The garden and the pool are also amazing. The staff is super friendly and helpful! Breakfast was the best that we had during our trip. 100% recommend!

Tout était parfait. Un grand merci à tout le personnel. Nous avions réservé cet hôtel en dernière minute pour prolonger notre séjour d’une nuit sur Gili et nous n’avons pas regretté. Nous y retournerons très certainement.

Sehr schöne, kleine und gemütliche Anlage mit wenigen Bungalows. Sehr ruhige Atmosphäre. Die Bungalows hatten alles was man braucht, waren geräumig und ebenfalls gemütlich! Ein schönes Outdoor Bad ist ebenfalls vorhanden. Das Hotelpersonal ist super nett und hilfsbereit!

Hier hat sich jemand etwas überlegt beim Anlegen dieses Compounds, genauso wie beim Einrichten der einzelnen Bungalows. Alles hat ein Konzept und ist mit ganz viel Liebe und Geschmack gestaltet. Auch die Frühstückskarte beinhaltet viele verschiedene gesunde Alternativen, nicht wie bei anderen Unterkünften, einfach nur ein French Toast oder ein Omelette. Man hört die Moschee nachts nicht. Das Personal er super nett

Den Strand erreicht man nur mit dem Fahrrad. Der Pool ist Mini

Der Service des Personals war sehr gut. Das Frühstück war hervorragend. Schön, dass man rund um die Uhr den Wasserspender nutzen konnte. Die Unterkunft ist ästhetisch eingerichtet. Der Pool war, trotz der kleinen Größe, eine schöne Möglichkeit sich abzukühlen.

Leider sind die Hütten sehr hellhörig und dicht beieinander. Somit hört man bis spät in die Nacht alles (wirklich alles) von den Nachbarn, was leider zulasten des Schlafs geht. Das ist natürlich davon abhängig, wer neben einem wohnt. Laute Telefonate und Streaming über das Smartphone bis spät in die Nacht tragen allerdings nicht zur Erholung bei. Die Lage in der Mitte der Insel hat leider einen großen Nachteil. Insbesondere Abends und Morgens werden überall in der Gegend Feuer angezündet. Der Rauch wird von der Klimaanlage angezogen und dringt generell durch die relativ offenen Hütten. Entsprechend riecht alles Nach Rauch und man bekommt Kopfschmerzen davon. Wenn man sich die Feuer dann einmal anschaut, stellt man fest, dass hier Abfälle und Plastikmüll verbrannt werden. Da hilft das ganze "healthy food" auf der Insel nicht, wenn man das einatmen muss.

Destacar lo primero de todo la amabilidad del staff. Las villas son tal y como aparecen en las fotos. El staff es como una pequeña familia. Da gusto estar ahí con ellos. Pudimos conversar e incluso jugar al pin pon mientras tomábamos una cerveza. Los desayunos ESPECTACULARES!!! Además, las recomendaciones que nos dieron fueron muy buenas para ir a los sitios locales a comer. Acertaron en todo!! Daba gusto también pegarse un baño por la noche en la piscina. Sin duda es un hotel que reservaríamos otra vez sin duda! Ojalá podamos volver en algún momento!

Aspecto que destacaría es que no había espacio para colocar la ropa en la habitación.

Ha sido una de las mejores experiencias de viaje que he tenido. Todo estuvo increíble, pero lo mejor, el personal!! Chicos tan sonrientes, simpáticos y amables. Incluso puedes jugar un poco de ping-pong con ellos🙂. Un especial terimakasih a Angga!

El ambientes es muy tranquilo, la piscina estaba increíble y las cabañas eran muy cómodas. Desayuno fabuloso. Nos gustó el poder disponer de agua fresca, toalla para la playa y equipo de snorkel.

El día del check Out teníamos el ferry muy temprano por lo que perdíamos el desayuno ese día. Lo teníamos asumido hasta que muy amablemente nos dieron la opción de elegir nuestro desayuno y lo dejarían por la mañana en la nevera para que lo cogiésemos. Al día siguiente no había nada preparado y nos quedamos sin comer.

Tutto molto bello, dallo staff gentilissimo e cordiale sempre sorridente, alla stanza suggestiva con un mix tra moderno e tradizionale, bagno all’aperto bellissimo.

Muy cómodo , limpio, personal súper amable , el desayuno delicioso, la ubicación muy buena, en el norte de la isla , muy tranquilo pero a 2 minutos caminando hay bares y restaurantes. Cerca de playas más tranquilas y con menos gente.

Le personnel est aux petits soins et très gentil. La piscine est propre, le petit déjeuner est correct. La salle de bain est incroyable, avec une belle baignoire, et la chambre est très propre.

Le petit déjeuner commence assez tard, vers 8h15. Il n’y a pas de rideaux occultants ni de volets pour bloquer la lumière du matin, donc si vous êtes sensible à la luminosité, vous risquez d’être réveillé dès 6h.

La Siesta is in a great central spot on the island - it’s just a short bike ride to anything! The breakfast, which is included, was great. The staff were super friendly and helpful, including when we brought home the wrong rented bicycle one night! The nice cool pool was also amazing, as Gili Air gets quite hot and good air conditioning is relatively rare. Cute bungalows and a lovely outside terrace on each. The staff are a particular standout here. They’re so kind and knowledgeable, including with information about snorkelling, providing a great range of drinks at the hotel, and with food and spa recommendations.

There are AC units in each bungalow, but ours struggled to keep the room cool. The staff were really helpful to keep the room as cool as possible, but some may find it’s still a bit too warm.

Café da manhã era bom. Equipe tentou ser prestativa.

Secador de cabelo muito ruim, muito fraco. Ar condicionado não estava funcionando direito, não gelava, providenciaram um ventilador pra gente. Não tem frigobar. A piscina não condiz com o que parece nas fotos, ela é bem pequena. Café da manhã é bom, porém podia iniciar um pouco mais cedo.

On recommande vraiment cet endroit. Nous avons passé deux nuits et ce fut super. Le personnel est au petit soin, l’endroit est très joli, propre et calme. Angga nous a accueilli chaleureusement et nous a recommandé pleins d’endroits qui étaient tous supers.
