The location was wonderful, we could easily walk to turtle point for snorkelling or towards the main street for shopping and food. The staff were very chatty and kind, they cooked a lovely breakfast each morning and helped arrange bikes for us to hire during our stay. We would stay here again!

The property is a little more dated than the pictures show and the bathroom especially could do with an upgrade. There was a little leak dripping from a pipe and the whole room would get quite wet from the shower.

È come sentirsi a casa! L’ambiente è molto bello e ben curato. Tutto pulitissimo, staff molto cordiale e ottima colazione. L’alloggio si trova a due passi dalla turtle beach e nel giardino ci sono due gatti troppo dolci ❤️ Ci è dispiaciuto troppo dover andare via! Consigliatissimo!

Mit Geschmack eingerichtet. Tolles Frühstück. Ruhige Lage in der Nähe von Turtle Point. Die 2 Katzen, die unsere Kinder haben geliebt. Sehr nette Personal. Danke für die Schöne Zeit!

Molt bon.allotjament. Són 4 habitacions que garanteixen una estada relaxada. Situat en una part tranquil·la de l'illa, uns 15 minuts caminant des del port i a escassos minuts de la platja. La piscina i el seu entorn estava net, cuidat i en vaig poder gaudir.

Potser l'esmorzar podria ser més variat. Penso que potser és un xic car pel que ofereix. Tot i que no és culpa de l'allotjament s'estaven fent obres a un edifici proper que generaven força molèsties. També en la proximitat, els 2 darrers dies, algú cremava escombraries i tot el fum bufava a la zona de la piscina on també produïa certa molèstia. Definitivament, si poden solventar aquests dos petits problemes és un lloc fantàstic per poder gaudir de l'illa i les seves activitats.

Při příjezdu jsme dostali welcome drink. Personál byl velice milý. Ukázal nám, co vše jde na ostrově dělat a jaká místa jsou nejlepší na pozorování západu slunce, šnorchlování atd. Pokoj byl čistý a hezky zařízený. Bazén měl příjemnou teplotu a byl čistý. Snídaně byly servírované a dostatečně bohaté. (Hlavní jídlo, talíř ovoce, káva/čaj) Vše čerstvé a chutné. Od pláže je to asi 5 minut chůze. Hotel je “cat friendly”. Kočičky jsou přítulné a hravé. Kdo má kočky rád, bude nadmíru spokojen.

Dans une petite ruelle au calme mais à 2 pas de la mer et du snorkeling pour voir notamment des tortues. Personnel sympatique et agréable. Petit déjeuner très bon (mention spécial pour les smoothies bowl). Chambre propre, agréable, avec du rangement et des linges pour la plage et une clim.

Il manque des petits rideaux pour ne pas avoir besoin de fermer les rideaux occultants la journée.

L’emplacement est bien pour la mer mais moins bien pour le transport jusqu’au port ou pour aller dans les rues principales. J’aurais également aimé qu’il y ait une douchette (car ce n’était qu’une douche parapluie) et avec le sable qui colle ce n’est pas très pratique.

We were incredibly satisfied with our stay at Malmay. The absolute highlight was the staff—their warm welcome, helpful local information, personal engagement, and truly authentic conversations made us feel right at home. On top of that, the breakfast was absolutely fantastic every single morning.

The only minor thing to note is the location. While it is technically quite close to the coast, you have to walk a little bit of a detour around to actually reach the beach. ​Overall, we had a wonderful experience and highly recommend this place!

Absolutely everything. The way the staff made it feel like Gili Air in the old days where you leave with a new family, the perfect location close to the gym and great espresso in the sunrise, a perfect pool area that always has a slice of shadow where we could be with our 9 months old, the included breakfast that is above expectations. Absolutely perfect. Can add that we stayed for 17 nights and didn’t want to leave.

The breakfast was amazing, the staff were lovely and the other guests were really nice. The room was clean cosy and very comfortable.

Le personnel est vraiment incroyable, on s’y sent comme à la maison. C’est très propre et le ménage est fait tout les jours, serviettes changé tout les 2 jours Nous devons rester qu’une seule nuit et finalement nous avons prolongé 4 nuits. Ambiance familiale et proche de la baie des tortues. L’emplacement est parfait pour nous, un quartier calme loin de tout les bars et du port. Déplacement très rapide d’un bout à l’autre de l’île en vélo

La connexion internet très faible et instable …

Leuk plekje! Niet direct aan het strand, maar leuk huisje, verwelkomd met een heerlijke, versgemaakte smoothie, lekker bed en lekker rustig.

Wir hatten so eine tolle Zeit im Melmay und wären wirklich gerne noch länger geblieben. Das Frühstück (besonders die Smoothie Bowl) war super, das Team sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und durchgehend vor Ort. Es gibt gute Restaurants in der Nähe, der Strand ist direkt um die Ecke und alles ist trotzdem sehr ruhig und gelassen. Highly recommended!

L'emplacement près de la plage de turtle point, loin de l'agitation du port, le staff et surtout mention spéciale pour l'exceptionnelle gentillesse de Pan et sa disponibilité (n'hésitez pas à faire appel à lui pour des activités à très bon prix et navettes pour bali) ses petites attentions nous ont beaucoup touchées. Les adorables chats Koala et Girafe aussi tendres que drôles, eux aussi toujours prêts à nous accueillir. La piscine, la quiétude, et les bons petits- déjeuners cuisinés sur demande. L'eau, café, thé à volonté.

Manque un peu de rangement dans la chambre, il conviendrait de rajouter des voilages aux rideaux occultants (nous sommes obligés de nous plonger dans le noir pour avoir de l'intimité le jour). Quelques bruits d'enfant dans la rue derrière la salle de bain.mais ce n' est pas du fait de l'hôtel.

Super petit hôtel de 4 chambres. Propre, bon petit déjeuner, piscine agréable, très bien placé à proximité immédiate de la plage (un peu éloigné du port mais cela se fait à pied en 15-20 minutes).

L'accueil, les conseils et la sympathie du personnel. La piscine, le logement, la proximité de la plage. Nous y avons passé 3 nuits très agréables. Nous avons passé un bon séjour à Gili Air, nous recommandons la visite de cette île

A cozy little place where you feel safe as a solo traveler. Friendly staff who prepare a delicious breakfast and make sure everything is well taken care of. They can arrange bicycle rentals. A short walk to the beach. Excellent gym just around the corner.

A bit limited storage space for clothes and gear. Otherwise, a perfectly fine room/cabin

Laid back, relaxing, little oasis! Located in a side path, so you don't see a lot of people pass. Loved the polite, friendly and reflected employees, as the two house cats. One feels welcome and taken care of. The bungalows live up to an expected standard and have everything you need. The pool is an additional pluss. Thank you for this wonderful stay. I will be back.

Everything about our experience at Melmay was smooth and easy - from checking in, to breakfast and our room being cleaned, to extending our stay. The rooms are great, clean and well-maintained, and importantly (!) the air con is lovely and powerful!! The bed was probably the largest we’ve stayed in (it was majestic) and the room was wonderfully furnished with useful storage and a fridge. On-site facilities to fill our bottles with drinking water was also really, really useful. Big thanks to Agung for being such a great host and taking such good care of us, especially as our flights were cancelled and we had to figure out various changes. We just felt really safe and cared for, and would absolutely come back to Melmay in the future.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut gelegen. Es ist eine kleine aber Sympatische Anlage. Die jungen Männer die da arbeiten waren sehr freundlich aber manchmal auch etwas unterfordert.

Es gibt leider eine laute Baustelle gleich neben an. Manchmal Wifi probleme.

L'hôtel est correct, à 3 minutes à pieds de la plage. Nous avons dû prendre des douches froides car l'eau chaude est quasiment inexistante et une drôle d'odeur dans la salle de bain.. Ensuite l'extérieur est tout petit il n'y à que la piscine et deux transats. Je suis quand même déçu car nous avons pris un autre hôtel sur l'île pour moins chèr et il était beaucoup mieux, grand jardin à deux pas de la mer beaucoup plus de confort et de l'eau chaude.

The staff was super friendly and always welcomed you with a smile. The breakfast was super delicious (some fruit as a starter, then you could choose between omelet + homemade bread (no standard toast), fruit bowl or smoothie bowl and scramble eggs.

De moskee is in dit verblijf absoluut niet hoorbaar. Als je lekker rustig wil slapen zonder geluidsoverlast is dit een absolute aanrader op het eiland!

L’hôtel est bien situé mais tellement loin du port à pied avec des énormes valises sous 30 degrés. Évitez d’exploiter les chevaux ne prenez pas les cidomos. Personnel pas très attentif (n’aide pas avec les valises et nous a regardé comme des débiles quand on a demandé ce qu’il y avait comme jus au petit dej. « Bah des fruits » oui, donc quels fruits ?)

Cosy, quiet place with a few bungalows and friendly staff. Clean and comfortable, good size room, and bed, nice bathroom and shower. Great location close to the beach and the pool is perfect for cooling off.

Dit is een van de betere accomodaties waar ik mocht verblijven tijdens een reis door Indonesië. Ontzettend schone fijne kamer, hele goede airco en ruime badkamer. Er is een lekker zwembadje om af te koelen en het personeel maakt simpele, maar lekkere ontbijtjes klaar. Ze helpen ook met het regelen van bijv. snorkel tours en het huren van fietsen. Het verblijf ligt iets rustiger gelegen en op ongeveer 20 minuten lopen van de haven. Als je een fiets huurt ben je overal met 5 minuten. Ik heb een heerlijk relaxt verblijf gehad. Ik kan het niet genoeg aanbevelen!

We didn’t like that before we came to the place they recommended us taking a horse carriage. I heard other guests say they didn’t like that either. I understand that this is a “traditional” form of transport, but the horses are waiting in the heat half of the day and are actually very small. So please next time maybe recommend walking or renting an electric scooter which is more animal-friendly.

Excelente alojamiento cerca de las playas del este de Gili Air, servicio de alquiler de bicicletas y desayuno rico. Personal atento y muy amable!

El baño un poco antiguo, la ducha sobretodo , pero limpio

Die Unterkunft liegt im Osten der Insel, welches in unseren Augen der schönere Teil ist. Man ist gleich beim Sonnenauf- und untergang. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich. Es gibt Refill Water sowie Kaffee und Tee zu jeder Tageszeit. In der näheren Umgebung befindet sich eine gute Pizzeria sowie Pachamama, zwei in unseren Augen sehr gute Lokale.

Des Frühstück könnte abwechslungsreicher sein.

Echt super goede prijs kwaliteit verhouding! Kamers waren schoon, goed bed, rustige plek, fijn zwembad en vriendelijke medewerkers, vooral Jopi zorgde dat we ons meteen thuis voelde. Wij zouden het zeker aanraden!

ランドリーサービスから返ってきた服が完全には乾燥してなかった。 1つ服が無かったが、スタッフが一生懸命探してくれた結果戻ってきました。

The staff were friendly. Room nice and clean. Not far from the beach. Staff got us some bikes for transport and suggestion for restaurants and booking return transport to Lombock.

We stayed 5 nights and breakfast menu only had 3 options so maybe we would have liked a few more options.

Sehr freundliches Personal, schön gestaltet mit viel Liebe zum Detail. Nah am Strand, haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und würden sofort wieder kommen.

Frühstück könnte etwas größer sein, vor allem der Obstteller war sehr klein.

La ubicación es impecable..a nada de la turtle beach y la zona este que en mi opinión es la más linda. Super tranquilo y cómodo. La atención excelente,siempre atentos a lo que necesitáramos. Queremos dar una mención especial a Yoopi quien fue muy amable y nos hacía los mejores zumos de naranja y piña. El desayuno muy rico y variado también ,preparado en el momento y todo fresco. Esperamos volver pronto y lo recomendamos mucho!!!

Dans l’ensemble, ça va : la chambre est spacieuse et le personnel reste très sympathique, comme toujours à Bali. L’emplacement est pas mal, à moins de cinq minutes à pied des beaux spots de Snorkeling.

Nous trouvons que le rapport qualité/prix n’est pas du tout adéquat. L’hôtel est beaucoup trop cher pour les prestations proposées. • Il n’y a aucune intimité dans la chambre : pas de voilage ni de rideaux légers, donc soit vous laissez tout ouvert et tout le monde voit à l’intérieur, soit vous tirez les rideaux opaques et il fait complètement noir. • La douche est mal conçue : de l’eau partout après chaque utilisation, le sol devient vite glissant et sale. • Le petit déjeuner est passable et très limité, avec uniquement du thé ou du café soluble comme boisson chaude. Pour comparaison, au même prix nous avons dormi dans un hôtel à Gili Trawangan avec un standing bien supérieur. (Pearl of Trawangan)

We love all about Melmay. We felt very comfortable during our stay there. Staff are very polite and kind all the time. Most important room is very clean and nicely decorated, You are not directly on the beach which is actually good because it’s quite all the time but with beach is only some minutes by bike or walk. Also is very good distance to restaurants.

Great location on the northern side of the island - handy for both sunrise and sunset beaches. Staff were helpful. Great to have the water cooler for topping up our bottles.

There was no fridge, safe, or hairdryer in the room which is the first time I’ve come across this in Bali, especially in this price range for rooms. These amenities would be very useful and perhaps could be provided in the future.
