I liked that it was in San Juan and close to the shops and not too far from the port. Having a big garden is an advantage that we could walk around in the evening after dinner. We had salad for dinner and it was very nice.

I missed the fact that we couldn’t swim directly in the sea since the water area is not accessible and very rocky. The breakfast is ok, nothing to rave about. The pancake is too sweet and the fruits could be presented better and not just thrown on the top. Omelette was too try. Filipino breakfast was ok.

Our room (garden view) was near the road so we can hear the vehicles passing by.

The area is clean. Our room is spacious. Multiple bath towels. Breakfast serving was quite large and filling.

During our night stay there, we planned to do Netflix and chill, however, the "smart" TV would not pick up any wifi connection and so no Netflix and Youtube for us. :( Pool access is only at 8PM - can be sxtended to 10PM Front desk availability is limited - I was used to 24hours service desk availability like other hotels No white lights, just pure amber or warm lights

Sehr gute Lage, haben ein Upgrade zum Familienzimmer bekommen. Frühstück sehr gut. Personal freundlich. Pool super, Liegen mit Schirm und im Schatten unter den Bäumen. Bewachte Anlage. Besucher können eingeladen werden zum Essen. Klimaanlage sehr leise, Betten bequem. Zimmerreinigung jeden Tag oder bei Bedarf.

Zimmer sehr hellhörig. Man hört die Nachbarn reden, husten, Fernseher. WC Brille in unserem Zimmer brach fast herunter. Frühstück sehr gut, aber mir fehlt das Obst dazu, und ein Saft. Getränk zum Frühstück nur eines wählbar, und eigener Obstteller ist ein komplettes Frühstück.

Gute Lage, Belles Veganes Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar, direkt am Meer gelegen, schöner Pool mit stabilen Sonnenschirmen und schönem Meerblick. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Seife vorhanden. Wir waren nur eine Nacht, weshalb ich nicht mehr dazu sagen kann. Meerblick ist super, wenn auch windig.

Wlan ging die ersten Stunden nicht. Duschgel wäre hilfreich.

Une petite plage qui permet l accès à la mer mais pas du tout propre car jamais nettoyé, ça ne serait pourtant pas compliqué mais pas trop dans les mœurs encore ici…dommage…

La piscine , situation géographique

La chambre donnant sur la route , bruyante , beaucoup de passage .A préciser que la « Room view on the Garden «  est située côté route .

La piscine est tres bien les chambres sont spacieuses

Jai pris 3 chambres: Chambre 1 vue sur jardin mais ils oublient de dire que ca donne sur la rue. Le bruit des scooters est insupportable. Les murs sont fins... on a ru des voisins tres bruyants... les equipements notamment dans la salle de bain laisse a desiré. Il y a une fuite. 1 des chambres vue sur piscine avec une climatisation inreglable L autre chambre vue sur mer ou on reste bloqué de l interieur! Une salle de bain avec des elements cassés... bref pour le prix on s attend a quelque chose au top.

My only qualm was that our door to the room was difficult to lock. Took a lot of effort to lock. Otherwise great experience!

Price was fair Waterfront was good for photos.

We were given a room without a phone connected to reception. The door was hard to lock. Waterfront was not good for swimming.

We had an excellent hotel stay with our friends. The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and the facilities exceeded our expectations. Everything was well-maintained, and the atmosphere made our trip even more enjoyable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We had a nice size room. AC and fridge working well.

You can hear the noise from outside the room from the tuktuk tricycle passing by to construction. The restaurant from the hotel wasn't great but there's not much around there if you want to eat elsewhere.

Die Anlage sieht von der Strasse aus wie ein Motel. Man weiss nicht genau, was man erwarten soll. Aber ist man mal in der Anlage, ist man in einem wundervoll gepflegten, grosszügigen Garten. Der Pool ist überdurchschnittlich gross und zu jederzeit gewartet. Auf Anfrage beim Lifeguard lässt dieser auch den Whirlpool an. Der Garden Familyroom für 4 Personen war überdurchschnittlich gross. Zugang zu zwei kleinen Stränden, Hängematten, super Ausblick aufs Meer. So toll.

Die Duschköpfe sollten ersetzt werden. Fast kein Druck auf dem Wasser. Das Frühstück sollte eine richtig gesunde Alternative haben. Cornflakes als "gesund" anzupreisen ist falsch. Aber das sind kleinere Punkte. Ansonsten eine wohlverdiente 9+!

Everything. Great beach for snorkeling. The pool was fantastic. Rooms were fabulous and clean. The café had great food and drinks. I would definitely stay again. Thanks for a great time.

The bar area in the restaurant closes to early if you want to have some late evening drinks by the pool. But that is not a big issue.

Wat een heerlijk ruim maar rustig resort! We hebben hier echt genoten, veel gezwommen. Restaurant was goed en aanpassingen mogelijk.

Helaas veel kwallen waardoor snorkelen hier lastig was, rondom de trap naar het 'strandje' lag wel afval.

Un établissement a taille humaine, très bien placé. La chambre côté piscine est spacieuse et bien équipée. La piscine est très grande et agréable.

The pool was fabulous and it was a good location. Staff were really nice, especially “Angel” on reception who went out of her way to help me find a good beautician in Cebu. 🥰

Some renovation works on restaurant area. It was obvious the workmen were doing everything they could to keep the noise down, but it was still annoying to hear the sound of hammers banging when I was trying to sunbathe by the pool.

It was beautiful and the staff was great

We booked a 2 bed room which they didn't have the first night so we had to move rooms for our second night. The safe didn't work and the door was hard to close/ didn't close properly, the furniture was nice but falling apart. The staff was great though, they brought us a second mattress, it was small but worked fine. Regardless it was all amazing

Séjour catastrophique. La première chambre était d'une propreté inacceptable : poussière omniprésente, moisissures dans la salle de bain et odeurs d'égout persistantes. Le mobilier tombait en lambeaux, la lunette des toilettes n'était même pas adaptée et la porte-fenêtre fermait mal. De plus, les chambres "familiales" donnent sur une route extrêmement bruyante en travaux, rendant le sommeil impossible. ​Après avoir signalé la poussière, l'équipe de ménage s'est contentée de nettoyer uniquement les zones désignées, laissant le reste en l'état. Face à notre demande de changer de chambre ou de partir, la direction a d'abord refusé tout départ. Ils nous ont finalement installés dans une chambre "cachée" derrière une palissade, accessible uniquement en traversant les poubelles, la buanderie et les produits d'entretien. Cette chambre, manifestement non destinée à la clientèle et absente de leur site, était infestée : nous avons tué trois énormes cafards pendant la nuit et trouvé des déjections partout. ​Il nous a fallu une journée entière de négociations épuisantes et l'intervention du service client de Booking pour obtenir enfin le remboursement de la deuxième nuit et quitter ce taudis. Un établissement qui loue des chambres non déclarées et infestées de nuisibles ne devrait pas être autorisé à recevoir du public.

Petit hôtel très agréable au bord de la mer au calme. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous avons passé 3 nuits.

La habitación es enorme, el recinto es muy bonito con una piscina impecable. El personal muy atento te ayuda en todo lo posible. El desayuno es bueno y tiene variedad. La cafetería de al lado es deliciosa también abierta todo el día. Ver el atardecer desde la piscina y relajarse es lo mejor. La playa de tubot al lado es ideal para hacer snorkel (acuérdate que en luna nueva no sé permite el baño). Para ir a San Juan es como 20' andando o 5' en tuck tuck (es fácil coger uno)

La limpieza no fue la ideal, en concreto en el baño. Se puede apreciar que es algo viejo, pero el espejo estaba hecho un desastre. Quizá un poco apartado del meollo, pero a mí me gustó, es más tranquilo.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, the ocean view was amazing, swimming pool directly on the ocean, good breakfast, good air-condition, good warm strong shower, clean, motorbike available to rent, and toktok services to the port with reasonable price.

The bed mattress is very bad and indeed needs to be changed, that's why 1 point less, even the bed is really important point to be considered. Few time internet interruption, but it was working good anyway

Helpful and friendly staff

I like the staff , very helpful and the room as well very spacious.

Property has a direct opening to the beach and is very pretty. Staff is very helpful. Angelie helped me with all my queries and they even arranged for tuk tuk for whale shark watching and driver took care of the whole process. Amazing service!

Rooms are on a smaller size. It is a little difficult to adjust if you have heavy luggage.

Vi gillade allt med detta ställe men litet tips till personalen i restaurangen vid poolen, de skulle behöva lära sig lite mer om merförsäljning, god mat och dryck men sen händer inget mer. Personalen vid caféet visade en helt annan service, perfekt! 😊

originally booked and paid for a family room, but upon seeing me as a single person they decided upon themselves without asking me to move me to a very tiny single room out in the back and i had to climb stairs. so we complained and they refunded partial payment and moved me to a family room the next day which was bigger and better. hotel is a bit far from town so need to catch a tricycle to the nearest town.

Das Zimmer war schön groß. Die Poolanlage für die kleine natürlich perfekt. Die Anlage hat sehr viel Potenzial, man müsste es halt nutzen.

Das Badezimmer war furchtbar. Dreckig, es wurde so gut wie nie geputzt. Wenn überhaupt dann nur sehr oberflächlich. Die Duschebrause war so eklig, das ich sie selbst putzen musste. Das Essen im Restaurant, sehr fragwürdig. Außenanlage ist mit Müll überseht. Alles schimmelt da.

Das Frühstück war ausreichend und gut. Es kann im Restaurant in der Nähe vom Pool oder im Kaffee an der Hauptstraße gefrühstückt werden. Das Abendessen im Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen (vor allem Thai Chicken Curry! :]). Die Portionen sind sehr groß und der Preis ist super. Über die Unterkunft haben wir uns problemlos einen Roller mieten können um die Insel zu erkunden. Der Pool war super und eine willkommene Abwechslung. Die Unterkunft verfügt über einen tollen Aussichtspunkt für schöne Sonnenuntergänge.

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnten für unseren Geschmack etwas heller hergerichtet sein. An unserem letzten Morgen hatten wir aufgrund Zeitdrucks unser Frühstück am Vorabend für 07:00 Uhr vorbestellt. Leider haben wir trotz Vorbestellung unser Frühstück erst 20 Minuten später erhalten und konnten dieses nicht mehr richtig genießen, was sehr schade war, da bereits um 07:30 Uhr unser Taxi kam.
