Nada …Aunk como sugerencia estaría super poder llegar al alojamiento y poder disfrutar de esa terracita y hamacas k tienen en compañía de algún “ refrigerio “ en las fotos aparece como mini bar a pie de playa …pero no está operativa

Noel, the manager was the absolute best of our stay. He tried to accommodate our every need and arranged a few things for us. The location is very nice, right next to the beach.

Near to the center, beachfront and has a good sunset. You can also rent a motorbike with them. The staffs were also accommodating.

The heater in the bathroom sometimes fail.

Our stay was very uncomfortable and, most importantly, we did not feel safe. When we arrived, the caretaker appeared to be intoxicated. He behaved in a way that made us uncomfortable, repeatedly knocking on our door for random reasons while we were trying to rest. His final visit was to give us flower petals, which felt inappropriate considering we were two women staying alone. We noticed the caretaker and another man drinking throughout the afternoon and evening. Around midnight, we heard people repeatedly coming in and out of the cabin. Before checking in, we had specifically asked whether anyone was staying upstairs and were told that no one was. When I looked outside, I saw the caretaker and his son. They kept opening and closing the entrance to our cabin area multiple times. When I asked what they were doing, the son simply apologized and said they were “working on the doorknob.” I told him it was already midnight and asked if it could wait until morning because we were scared. I also told him I was considering calling the police because we did not feel safe. This happened three times during the night. There was no secondary lock on our room door, so every time we heard someone trying the doors, we feared they were attempting to enter our room. We tried calling the contact number provided by the property but received no response. We then texted the local police, who responded immediately and came to the resort. After explaining the situation, we told them we no longer felt safe staying there and wanted to leave. Because the cabin was isolated, located near the beach and far from the parking area with poor lighting and signage, we did not feel safe leaving on our own in the middle of the night. There were also other issues during our stay. The caretaker was very strict about electricity use, telling us to turn everything off even if we were only going to the beach. Although the room had two beds, we were told we could only use one unless we paid an

Nous avons effectué 3 nuits, puis nous avons étendu notre séjour 2 fois, pour finalement partir après une semaine parce qu’on a vraiment beaucoup aimé notre séjour ici. En effet, pour commencer, l’emplacement est extra. On est très proche de bons restaurants et cafés (en face par exemple un endroit pour le brunch), pas loin de San Juan en scooter (5min), et nous sommes très proches de la plage de Tubud. Il y a également accès à la mer directement depuis l’établissement. La maison que nous avons eu était top. On avait l’air conditionné qui fonctionnait très bien. On dormait bien et c’est très calme autour. La douche était fonctionnelle. Notre hôte a même un système avec des panneaux solaires portatifs, pour avoir de l’électricité en cas de coupure de courant, qui peut parfois arrivé à Siquijor, mais qui étaient plus fréquentes en raison d’un Typhon. On avait ainsi toujours accès à certaines lampes ainsi qu’un ventilateur rechargeable. On a un super espace de repos, en face de la mer avec des chaises longues, de l’eau à disposition, des hamacs et on peut même se poser sur la plage à marée basse. On a été accueilli par Noel, notre hôte, qui a été extrêmement accueillant avec nous. Il nous a organisé un scooter, le tuctuc du retour, conseillé sur des activités à faire et des choses à voir sur Siquijor ainsi que les restaurants, nous demandais souvent comment on allait, nous posait des fleurs devant notre maison (nous sommes un couple), nous a offert une noix de coco de son jardin, des bananes, et nous avons eu beaucoup de discussions très chouette avec lui. C’était un véritable plaisir de le connaître. Il est accompagné par 4 chiens hyper chouettes, sympathiques et calmes qui sont dans la propriété et qui rajoutent de la vie, ainsi que deux chats. En bref, un grand merci à Noel, nous ne pouvions pas rester une année malheureusement, on devait repartir, mais on a beaucoup beaucoup aimé !

On va juste mettre que le wifi fonctionne par intermittence, mais très très peu d’impact. Ça nous permet de déconnecter, et si vraiment c’est important et que ça fonctionne pas, on peut aller au fig café. Sinon rien d’autre à dire, on a juste adoré le séjour

Not very soundproof room to the upstairs neighbour. Aircon was intermittent but the owner gave us a fan. The owner was very helpful but at times we didn't want to talk so it felt like too much.

What I liked the most about the accomodation was the fact it overlooks the sea, the amazing sunsets watched from the hammocks, the relaxed atmosphere, the gorgeous dogs and cats roaming around, snorkelling directly from the resort to see lots of fishes and turtles. The resort owner, Noel also went out of his way to make sure I had the most relaxing stay. He was extremely friendly, always checking if I was ok or needed anything. He assisted with organising a tuk tuk and driver to take me around the island and to the ferry port

The only thing that might improve the stay would be a small refrigerator and kettle in the rooms, but it wasn't a big deal as there is a nice cafe directly opposite the resort and another a few hundred metres down the road.

-right on the beach, lots of loungers and hammocks to relax in on the shore, while the units don’t face the water they are steps away -five minute walk on the road or beach to the tubod marine sanctuary, you can also swim there from the resort if you can brave the sea lice -room is massive -owners are very sweet and kind and want you to have the best time -walking distance to local and western restaurants -great deal for the price -spotless, owners take immaculate care of the property, shared bathrooms always clean and unoccupied -friendly dogs, cats, and chickens

-fan room can be warm if you’re not directly in front of the fan, but I’m not complaining for this price

Lieu magnifique, calme et reposant. Chambre très cosy, 2 ventilateurs, on ne souffre pas de la chaleur. L’hôte est adorable et toujours là s’il y a besoin. Proche de san Juan, à quelques minutes en scooter (que vous pourrez louer directement ici)

Le seul petit point négatif serait le fait que l’on ne captait pas très bien le wifi depuis notre chambre. Mais ca fait partie de la déconnexion que l’on a besoin en vacances !

Le propriétaire exige pleins de règlements! Côme si on était des enfants … pas le droit d’avoir des sandales dans la chambres , débrancher même les recharge cellulaire au cas où ça prendrait feu , ne pas faire de bruit , fermer les lumières , on ne peut même pas ajuster la température de l’eau de la douche car il a bloqué le dispositif, il éteint l’air climatisé dès que vous êtes sorti de votre chambre , rincer ses choses dehors pour ne pas bloquer le drain mais l’eau de la douche est brune et pleines de sables … c’était désagréable! Je croyais que la chambre donnait sur une belle plage mais non et la plage est rocailleuse

The air conditioning was not working all the time, the sink toilet was leaking and clogged. The bed is too soft, and the person in charge is always checking.

Chambre très propre, simple mais avec tout le nécessaire. Bon emplacement, très joli cadre avec accès à la mer et possibilité de voir des tortues en snorkelling. Le propriétaire était vraiment adorable et donne son maximum pour faire passer un excellent séjour à ses hôtes.

Isolation sommaire entre les chambres. Les bruits de pas des voisins du dessus s’entendent beaucoup.

Мы отдохнули душой и телом здесь. Комнаты и душевая чистые, красивый дворик на улице, и самое главное все это прямо на берегу моря. Здесь случился наш самый красивый закат в жизни. Во дворе милые собачки бегают, курочки. Есть горячая вода в душе. Хозяин отеля очень дружелюбный, гостеприимный и веселый. Никогда не забудем это место. Навсегда в нашем ♥️

Es un sitio precioso, lo tienen muy cuidado. Las habitaciones son grandes y el baño también. Se en atardeceres muy bonitos. Es una zona muy tranquila. El personal es muy amable y simpático, te ayuda con todo lo que necesites. Justo en frente hay un sitio muy guay para desayunar.

Alquilamos dos motos. Una de ellas estaba bien, la otra me tuve que volver en mitad del camino porque el manillar se quedaba atascado, me la cambió por otra pero tenía el freno y el velocímetro rotos.

- le propriétaire s'est permis des remarques déplacées sur mon poids, soulignant que j'avais l'air plus 'mince' sur ma photo WhatsApp, alors que je demandais simplement où prendre un petit-déjeuner ( ça fait toujours plaisir..XD ) Un comportement insultant et totalement inapproprié -Nous avons dû annuler notre location de scooter car les véhicules sont dans un état lamentable et dangereux : freins qui ne fonctionnent pas, présence de toiles d’araignées sur le moteur et les rétroviseurs, rouille omniprésente, casques abîmés et pas d'essence dans le réservoir. Le propriétaire a clairement affirmé que si nous avions un accident à cause d'un défaut technique du scooter, ce serait de notre faute et non la sienne. Face à notre refus de louer pour notre sécurité, il s'est énervé, nous reprochant de lui avoir fait perdre son temps (je pense surtout son argent). Si vous souhaitez louez je vous conseille autre part

Tout était parfait. Noel est le meilleur hôte que nous avons eu. Il est tellement gentil, intéressant et soucieux de notre bien être. Il nous a offert des tisanes pour nos maux de gorges et d’autres petites attentions que nous avons fortement appréciées. Nous reviendrons séjourner chez lui et nous vous le recommandons fortement. De plus, le lieu est vraiment calme et apaisant: les transats, la petite balançoire sur la plage, le jardin très bien entretenu. Les chambres sont très propres et les lits très confortables.

Zeer vriendelijke caretaker, behulpzaam. Prachtige ligging aan zee, fijn beachfront met hangmatten en comfortabele stoelen. Schoon en netjes, ruimte om de was op te hangen. Voldoende restaurants in de buurt. We konden scooters huren bij de accommodatie.

A quiet and tranquil family- owned resort, located on a small private beach, great for relaxation and exploring the island. Charming cottages surrounded by a garden. Snorkeling opportunities at the beach to observe sea turtles. Friendly and accommodating owners. Exceptionally clean room and bathroom, linen, towels.

Wonderful place where you instantly feel like home. The owner is always willing to help and making sure you don't need anything. The room was spacious and cosy with efficient fans. You also get access to the private beach which is perfect to watch the sunset. Easy access to the reef for snorkeling and turtle watching. Would come again without hesitation.

Nous avons passer une excellent séjour, tout était parfait. La localisation du resort est parfaite : au bord de la mer et en pleine tranquillité. Les chambres sont très confortables et agréable. Mille merci à Noël de nous avoir si bien reçu, quel endroit merveilleux !!

바다가 바로 앞에 있는 조용한 숙소입니다. 파도소리와 별을 함께 즐길 수 있어요. 규모가 크지 않아 숙박객이 적다는 게 저에겐 큰 장점이었습니다. 제가 갔을 땐 입수금지 기간이라 비록 바다는 즐기지 못했지만 보는것만으로 충분했습니다. 저는 에어컨 때문에 1층을 했는데 다음엔 2층에 머물어도 될거같아요. 창문 열면 시원할듯 해서요. 저는 개인 화장실이 있었지만 공용화장실도 둘러봤는데 깨끗하더군요. 무엇보다 사장님이 무척 친절하셨어요. 제가 덜렁대서 이거저거 놓치거나 두고 다녔는데 꼼꼼히 둘러보며 찾아주셔서 감사했습니다. 유쾌하고 적극적인 분입니다. 감사했습니다!

시설이 현대적이진 않습니다. 약간 클래식한 느낌? 그러나 충분히 깨끗하고 머물만 해요.

我是一位60多岁的老人，不小心把日期写错了，及时发信息并且打电话与房东和服务人员联系，说明情况，请求往后面顺延3天，并且在他家订了三个晚上的房间，沟通上的不顺利，我误解了，然后又在他家预订了两天的房间，房费涨了很多，而且我住的两天里根本没有其他房客，而且从我信用卡里扣走的钱比预订的费用高，我比入住时间提前了一个小时到，所有房间都空着的情况下，仍然在院子里等待了一个小时。我订的一张大床房，他安排给我3人床位的房间，我提出质疑，房东说不影响我睡觉。而且房东还一个劲地打听我的个人隐私，我花费了6100比索入住了两个晚上，对有这样的经历非常愤怒。

Pas de petit déjeuner

Prachtige accommodatie, meteen aan het strand ,mooi zitje en schitterende zonsondergangen, kamer ruim genoeg, wij hadden eigen badkamer of ze dat allemaal hebben weet ik niet, er waren ook losse douche's en toiletten, deze waren allemaal heel netjes en schoon.Fijne gastheer en gastvrouw, vriendelijk en behulpzaam, je kunt er een scooter huren met helm, heeft er maar een paar,dus maten zijn beperkt. De buurman " Fig " ( is nieuw )heeft een resort met prachtig zwembad en goed restaurant voor het ontbijt. Ook in de omgeving genoeg restaurants. Ook belangrijk, prachtig snorkelgebied!

Lovely peaceful place with a beautiful garden and views out to the sea. I loved swinging in the hammock watching the sunset over the ocean. It’s a bit further out from the busy part of San Juan which I liked but it’s only a short tuk tuk or scooter ride. There are restaurants and a beach within walking distance. Noel the owner was very lovely and helpful. Unfortunately I got sick while I was there and he was very kind, checking in on me, bringing water and giving me medicine. As I was travelling alone I was so grateful for his help! The rooms are basic but clean, have working air con and hot showers.

Room are spacious, they have a garden with hammocks and sea views. They also rent motorbikes at a fair price. The location is a bit away from San Juan town, but it is perfect if you want to disconnect and relax. There are good restaurants nearby at walking distance and the staff is pretty nice and helpful.

Just be mindful if you choose the room with shared bathroom, the toilets are a bit far from the room so you will need to go down the stairs and walk a bit. Also they don't have air conditioning, but it was ok for me, I didn't feel it too hot despite being upstairs.

Great location and a quiet place. The garden is very pleasant with many cute and friendly dogs, chickens, roosters and chicklets. I even saw a cat. It’s pleasant to spend time on the veranda at the shore. The owner is quite friendly too.

To the owner, please prepare a plasticated list of rules of the house so that you don’t need to come to the room to tell the rules many times as soon as the guest checked in.

Staff gentilissimo, possibilità di noleggiare il motorino X girare l’isola, ti danno un sacco di consigli e ci hanno anche chiamato il taxi tuk tuk per il ritorno al porto. Vista meravigliosa per il tramonto, come la foto qui su Booking, anzi meglio!!!

Die Unterkunft war geräumig, mit Klimaanlage und einem sauberen Bad (guter Wasserdruck).

Das Resort sieht etwas lieblos verlassen aus und bestellt aus 2 Bungalows mit jeweils zwei Zimmern (EG und OG). Der 3. Und 4. Bungalow wird vom Personal benutzt und die eine Veranda ist sehr zugestellt. Von außen betrachtet sah es für uns nicht einladend aus und der Strand war nur felsig, sodass man hier nur schwer ins Wasser kam. Obwohl es viel geregnet hatte, wollte der Vermieter uns keine Regenschirme verleihen. Er hätte diese in der Vergangenheit nicht wieder zurück bekommen.. also stiefelten wir erstmal ohne los… Der gemietete Roller war total rostig (sogar die Frau an der Tankstelle begutachtete kopfschüttelnd den Roller) und spiegelte das Bild des Resorts wieder. Leider kann ich nur vier Fotos hinzufügen..

The place is close to all main establishments but still tucked far enough from the road to enjoy real peace and quiet. The sunset views are amazing and you practically get the beach to yourself. Its the perfect balance of convenience and relaxation!

Bel endroit, petit bout de plage côté sunset Joli jardin bien entretenu, terrasse agréable sur la mer. Tres calme, loin de la route,.on entend les vagues et le vent seulement, pas de musique Tous les restos nécessaires a proximité, yc a pieds Lumières et ventilateurs sur batterie dans le chambre en cas de coupure de courant On peut se baigner et faire du snorkelling, meme si un peu rocheux et on voit plein de tortues !! Tout ca bien sympathique pour le prix

Lits tres mous, climatisation tres bruyante, on n'a pas bien dormi. Bungalow assez vieillot a l'intérieur, c'est moins bien entretenu que le jardin bizarrement Eau chaude ne marchait pas (mais pas gênant il faisait tres chaud) Aucun équipements pour profiter de la mer : pas de serviettes, matériel de snorkelling, douche extérieure.. dommage c'est peu de chose et ça améliorerait beaucoup Pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire, meme partagés. Dommage pour les bières au sunset et pour le petit déjeuner alors qu'on serait tellement bien au bord de la mer plutôt que d'aller le prendre au bord de la route Mais surtout c'est plus un logement chez l'habitant qu'un hotel. Nous avons passé toute une semaine a 2 guests seulement au milieu de 3 mecs qui habitent la et entretiennent mais sont manifestement sous occupés et passent leurs journées a trainer sur le terrain, manger, faire la sieste, boire des bières juste a cote de nous. Ils sont gentils mais on s'est sentis sans cesse observés, on avait pressque l'impression de gener et l'ambiance était assez bizarre a vrai dire. Le dernier jour ils etaient absents, on sest sentis bien mieux. Nous étions la en basse saison, cest peut-être différent en haute saison s'ils sont plus occupés

It’s a lovely place run by a very welcoming and helpful Noel and the crew. The beach resort is just by the sea with a beautiful sunset view.

No WiFi and network connection in the room. You need to seat outside to access the WiFi. It was frustrating!!!

Everything was alright, the room was clean the beach was good and tidy.

Everything was fine until they switched our room without asking us. We specifically booked and paid for a fan room since it matched our budget, but they gave our room to other guests who weren’t happy with theirs. Then, without telling us, they moved us to another room and made us pay extra.

Beautiful garden with palm trees in front of the sea. for relax and enjoy one of the best sunset ever. The houses are very well lactated between the beaches and the village and the waterfalls (Lazi). The owner Noel is very helpful person for everything you need.

Ok the sea in front of the property is not the best and the only thing that we miss is a refrigerator for cold water and beers

The resort is located in a super peaceful place and has its own exclusive beachfront which gives a stunning view for sunsets and sunrises. Lovely people and exceptional service. The resort truly becomes your home away from home after just one night as the staff makes the experience out of this world. I will definitely return again and again. Looking for many more stays here and will be recommending the Isla de Paz for everyone who seeks an escape from the hustle of noisy city life. Till my next stay will miss the place like never before.

Would have liked a small refrigerator and electric kettle. A/C worked well, but a ceiling fan would have made it perfect.

The property is just off the beach and in a great location. It was great value for money and we really enjoyed our stay. The owners and their family were so welcoming and friendly.

Great location not far from most attractions. Plenty of restaurants walking distance and countless more a short tric ride. I saw turtles every time I snorkeled and the beach is home to hundreds of hermit crabs. I could sit and watch the little shells run around the beach all day and night.

The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave.

Needs a community refrigerator

The staff are really nice. They went above and beyond. I had to ask for a free shower after check out since I did a last day tour and my flight is at night. I didnt want to waste the day and they were kind enough to keep my luggage and allowed me to shower before leaving. Thank you!

I had a really large bed but the blanket is too thin and I only got 1 pillow. I wish they couldve provided more.

Cheryl (and her lovely pets) was a wonderful host. She assisted us with the pick up and drop off at the port, shared recommendations on what to explore, showed my friends how to drive a bike and overall was always there when we needed her. The rooms were basic but comfortable. The area overlooking the beach was stunning and cold beers available to order. I couldn’t believe how great the experience was compared to the low price we paid.

It's amazing location! The beach is just outside of our room. The staff were helpful, friendly and kind. We loved the hammocks, bar, the dogs, locals, the sunset, the beach and many more! The room was ok. Spacious and liveable. We enjoyed our one night stay with many memories to bring back to our home. Did many adventures and happy moments.

Nothing. Everything was ok for the price we paid. One of the best places to stay and experience the local life of the island.

Loved staying here! The accommodation was great, spacious, clean rooms. Staff were all very lovely. Private beach and area where you can relax (even in the rain!!) Well maintained gardens. A couple of things to improve it would be: Mirror in the room (only tiny one in bathroom), kettle in room (inconvenient to keep going down to the beach area to get hot water). Only negative was noise from upstairs people. Would highly recommend accommodation!!

Everyone was super nice and helpful, really felt like a big family. The facilites are great. The private beach and the snorkling are amazing! Amazing sunsets!

Isla de Paz is a quiet, private, cluster of simple but comfortable cottages on a stunning beachfront. The grounds are beautifully kept and the staff are so lovely, even accommodating four of us staying in the one cottage. It is located in San Juan, Siquijor Island, a short motorbike ride to bars, restaurants and local eateries. Siquijor is not very walkable, so it is best to hire a motorbike/scooter—the owners and staff can help you learn to drive in the long driveway if it is your first time! It is a perfect and tranquil escape from the busier parts of the Philippines. Many sweet dogs and cats also live on the property and are lovely company. We would stay again!

While one cabin is a perfect size for two people, it is not really suitable for many more than that. It is also best to ask the staff to change your sanitary bin (as you understandably cannot flush toilet paper and the bin will smell) and ask for some new towels, as the rooms aren’t cleaned daily.

The fact property don’t get clean during stay and you only get one set of towels. Obviously not a huge issue but when staying as short break.

No doubt, it’s clean and accessible going to the center of San Juan.

However, the owner/manager is too strict, to the point that he’s always checking and interrupting our stay. Everything is an issue to him. We booked for a home service massage, and he’s more than worried about the comforter that it will get stained rather than our comfort. We paid for their service and our stay, so it’s their responsibility to have it clean and it should not be our problem. Also, shoes should be left outside the room, again, there are more concerned about maintaining cleanliness rather than comfort of the guests.. We heart a lot of bad reviews from other people around about the owner, so I don’t recommend you staying in this place.
