Établissement au top dans tous les domaines ! Les chambres était excellente, le restaurant était super bon, on y a manger plein de fois ! Et toute l’équipe (accueil, restauration, femme de ménage) est génial, toujours très souriantes ça fait plaisir (surtout Betsy 😁)

Friendly and accommodating staff and safe place

The room was perfect for a couple. The location is perfect you can do everything by motorbike around the island. The staff is incredible and also organised a family dinner and karaoke night wich was very fun and friendly! I also recommend to try their food which is very nice, We will be back!!

Everything about it. The beds are comfy. Free coffee. Rooms are clean and restrooms as well. The staff are amazing.

The resto can be a bit expensive but it is up to guests where they can dine so not a problem at all.

Very accommodating front desk, cleanliness, lication and the price is absolutely amazing.

Everything was great!! Loved the staff, the restaurant, the scooters and snorkels for rent, the karaoke night and the free juice when checking in :) the hostel beds were darkened and they had power sockets and free lockers!

Unfortunately, there was a brownout during our stay and because the generator was right next to our room it was incredibly loud.

Staff were very accommodating and welcoming. There us a restaurant here too. Great chill out area. Free tea and coffee in the room with a fridge. Space for luggage and lockable drawer. They rent cars and bikes. They write your name on the board to welcome you, (which I thought was a really nice touch). Few minutes walk from the beach. They arranged my collection from the pier (for a reasonable fee). Wanted a meal at the restaurant that they didn't have on the menu but they were happy to make changes to accommodate me.

Booked for 2 nights and stayed 4. Staff were lovely from our arrival and addressed us by name for the remainder of our stay. Room was clean and very comfortable with water dispenser available to refill water bottles. Lovely food in the downstairs restaurant. Highly recommend this as your base to explore Siquijor

All around amazing stay. Comfy beds, great food at the restaurant, delicious and free family dinner once a week, and just a few minutes walk away from the beach. But by far the best part of my stay was the incredibly kind and caring staff. During my time on Siquijor I got a pretty significant head injury. Multiple staff members from reception and the restaurant all helped me, stayed with me at the hospital and drove me back to the hostel, checked in on me regularly, and helped me take care of my injuries. A big big thank you to everyone at tagbalayon, I cannot recommend this accommodation enough!!

Its a nice hyped hostel and yet very quiet rooms. I enjoyed my stay and the staff working can make any bad day to a really good day for you. They organise feast every week or alternate weeks, I was lucky to enjoy one and it felt so much warm and kind. I never had such an experience anywhere.

Cena ubytovania, pravidelne menená posteľná bielizeň aj uteráky, na izbe kanvica na horúcu vodu a zdarma káva, možnosť zapožičať si skúter, family dinner s karaoke, ochotný personál, super reštaurácia súčasťou hostela, dobrá lokalita, niekto by mohol namietať keďže hostel sa nachádza pešo pomerne ďaleko od centra ale so skútrom blízko k vodopádom aj do lesa.

Veľký počet ľudí na izbe (16), postele s kovovými stenami vydávajúce strašné zvuky aj po menšom dotyku, mravce v posteli, zlyhávajúca AC, nie príliš dobrá wifi, bez teplej vody v sprchách

Lovely restaurant and great vibe! Welcoming hosts

Overall a really really great experience especially because of the service. The staff are very welcoming and approachable throughout our whole stay. They are very attentive with requests. The room that we had was one of the newly built ones at the back of the building and was really clean, has a great aircon, strong water pressure and great wifi connection. We also had our room cleaned 3 days in and came back to a neat and great smelling room. Their restaurant also offers good food and coffee (we highly recommend their fries 10/10). They also offer transportation (tuktuk) to and/or from the port which is a huge help.

It exceeded my expectations! The staff were friendly, the house is cozy and near the highway. I love the comfy bed and clean room. The balcony with set of furniture was fantastically designed.

ウェルカムボード＆ウェルカムドリンクがあった事。 部屋はキレイに掃除がしてあり、ベッドも寝心地よかったです。 下にレストランが併設されているので、お腹がすいたらレストランへ行き 休みたくなったら部屋に行きとても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。 レストランもメニューが豊富でしかもリーズナブルなのに美味しい!!! スタッフの方も親切で文句なしです。 シキホールに来るときは、またここに泊まりたいし友人にもおススメしておきます。

Well first of all, I like that it’s near to the tourist spots we visited. Second, the room we were assigned to is clean and spacious. I’m very particular with comfort rooms and this one didn’t disappoint. Also, the second floor’s terrace is nice. It’s like a resting place with sofas and hammock. We hangout there for a little while and played chess. We enjoyed our stay actually.

There’s only one thing that we’ve noticed. Our room is hot. There’s an aircon and electric fan but it’s still hot inside. We had to sleep with no comforters at all and just relied with the electric fan.

Wir hatten einen rundum wundervollen Aufenthalt im Tagbalayon und können diese Unterkunft von Herzen empfehlen! Schon bei unserer Ankunft wurden wir mit einem kalten Handtuch und einem erfrischenden Willkommensgetränk empfangen. Anschließend erhielten wir eine kurze Einführung in die Unterkunft sowie eine Google-Maps-Liste mit den besten Sehenswürdigkeiten, Restaurants und Aktivitäten auf Siquijor – ein toller Service, der uns den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Besonders berührt hat uns die persönliche Welcome-Tafel neben der Rezeption, auf der sogar unsere Namen standen. Dadurch haben wir uns vom ersten Moment an unglaublich willkommen gefühlt. Anschließend wurden wir zu unserem Bungalow gefahren und waren sofort begeistert. Der Bungalow ist sehr geräumig, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und unglaublich gemütlich. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die separate Dusche – in Südostasien definitiv keine Selbstverständlichkeit – sowie die zwei Waschbecken, die den Aufenthalt noch komfortabler machen. Unser Bungalow wurde täglich sorgfältig gereinigt und liebevoll hergerichtet. Diesen Service haben wir sehr geschätzt. Außerdem bietet das Tagbalayon einen praktischen Wäscheservice sowie die Möglichkeit, direkt vor Ort Roller zu mieten, um die Insel flexibel zu erkunden. Auch kulinarisch hat uns das Tagbalayon vollkommen überzeugt. Im hauseigenen Restaurant haben wir ausnahmslos hervorragend gegessen. Besonders das Frühstück war jeden Morgen ein Highlight – die Granola Bowl und die Blueberry Bowl können wir wärmstens empfehlen. Man spürt in jedem Detail, mit wie viel Herzblut diese Unterkunft geführt wird. Wir haben uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts unglaublich wohlgefühlt und waren tatsächlich traurig, diesen besonderen Wohlfühlort wieder verlassen zu müssen. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft und die wunderschöne Zeit auf Siquijor. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen!

L’établissement est juste parfait, bien situé, possibilité de louer un scooter sur place, très bon restaurant et très qualitatif avec un rapport qualité - prix excellent je recommande vivement !!

La climatisation était un peu bruyante dans la chambre et les draps provoquaient de l’électricité statique.

The staff are so friendly and accommodating here! They immediately send you recommendations and their contact information on Whatsapp. They also organize transfers, trikes, and activities for you. The social events are great, and are different every night. Not really a party hostel, but a social hostel, which is very nice! Also, the food at the restaurant is great!
