Reviewed May 18, 2026Thank you to the manager Vivek for ensuring that I was able to check in even hours after their counter was supposed to be closed. Thank you for helping me with the weird cab driver who came up to the room on the pretext of ensuring that the place isnt shady.

Never expect a five star hotel facilities.the exceptional thing is the Manager come owner of hotel who is very friendly and will provide all needed information and help. I booked the hotel for my parents and Vivek (owner) dropped them to bus stand and they felt comfortable during the stay.

Reviewed Aug 27, 2024I booked a room for my parents who were traveling to Kottayam for a medical visit. The manager, Mr. Vivek, was incredibly helpful from the moment I made the booking. He arranged food for my parents, even after a delay in their arrival due to traffic, and personally received them at the bus stop late in the evening. His hospitality and attentiveness went above and beyond, making the stay stress-free for my parents. Highly recommend

Reviewed Aug 12, 2024Had booked this place randomly as I had a hospital visit and was done on a very short nice. Was initially skeptical as I am not familiar with the hotels in India. Especially traveling with a 11 year old daughter who freaks out at the mention of butterflies, mosquitoes or any insect, she found the place just as per her choice. Truly amazed by the hospitality. Down to earth, easy to communicate and always ready to help is what I would define the team in Karippals. Thank you for making the stay pleasant and easy. Would definitely recommend.

Aesthetically decorated walls in the corridor was very inviting. The room service was very good and we had a very nice and courteous host.
