Reviewed Sep 19, 2026Rien à redire, c’était clean, le personnel était absolument tout le temps dispo pour tout, et très gentils. On a pris la loop avec eux, beaucoup moins cher que la plupart, et ce fut un moment magnifique. Ne vous posez pas de questions, on est très très bien ici, surtout pour le prix. Merci pour tout 🙏🙏🙏

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026The place was fine for a couple of nights. The beds were comfortable and the room was spacious enough. The breakfast was just ok but the staff was kind and helpful enough. Was ok for two nights to recover from the loop
We booked to relax a little in the pool which was closed because it was only half full. The facilities were average but again it was easy and comfortable for a one or two night stay

Ragazzo alla reception estremamente gentile, disponibile e cordiale: nonostante fossimo arrivati molto tardi la sera, con cucina ormai chiusa, ci ha offerto di cenare con una parte della sua cena. Abbiamo affittato uno scooter (x Ha Giang Loop) velocemente e senza alcun problema. Mezzo, inoltre, di buonissima qualità. Colazione buona.
La posizione, certamente vicina alla stazione degli autobus ma decisamente lontana dal centro. Per passare la notte prima della partenza del loop, ciò però non crea alcun tipo di problema.

Reviewed Apr 29, 2026This place exceeded my expectations by far. The rooms are super spacious and spotless, much better than in many hotels. The staff were very friendly, always smiling and always ready to help with everything. I was travelling with a child, so the possibility to order food at any time of the day was very convenient. It was always prepared fresh and with love. Breakfast was simple but also fresh and filling. All that for such a budget price, there is really nothing I could complain about. You can even book massage right on site. Will definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Apr 26, 2026Một nơi xa lạ nhưng khi mình đến có cảm giác thât tuyêt vời như đi xa về lại nhà , NV rât thân thiện ,tư vấn rõ ràng ,chân tình , phòng ngủ sach sẽ , và mình đã book tour du lich Hà Giang ở đây và cảm thấy rât rât tuyêt vời về tất cả , nhờ như vây mà minh cảm thấy chuyến đi du lich Hà Giang của mình thât ý nghĩa ,thât trọn ven ...ở ks có bao bữa ăn sáng nhẹ nhàng nhưng đủ để cảm thây tuyêt vời vì trong phần bữa ắn sáng có kèm thêm ly cafe sữa nóng thơm ngon ,đâm đà đã làm cho cảm giac thât tuyêt vời để khởi đầu cho 1 ngày mơi tronv chuyên du lich trải nghiệm vòng quanh Hà Giang

Reviewed Apr 19, 2026We stayed there for a one night before doing a Ha Giang Loop... The stuff is very nice and helpful. Room was comfortable, it had AC, good big bed. In bathroom was also fine. The price is very attractive so it is great option to stay there for one night.
There were flying bugs inside, especially in a bathroom.

Reviewed Apr 17, 2026L'hôtel est facile d’accès, le bus nous avez déposé pas loin. Le dortoir est bien fait, il y a de l’espace et les capsule permettent une bonne intimité. Nous avons fait 3 jours et 2 nuits avec des easy rider. Nous étions seulement 4 ! Mais nous avons croisé beaucoup de très gros groupe et le jour où on est partie un groupe de 9 partait. Les informations était claire par message, même si durant la loop nous ne savions jamais vraiment ce que nous allions faire (mais ça marche souvent comme ça au Vietnam). Nous avons eu un casque bien sur et il y avait des protections supplémentaires au besoin. Nous avons eu une nuit gratuite après la loop. Il y a un grand espace piscine un peu plus loin.
La Wi-Fi ne marche pas bien dans le dortoir, et il n'y en a plus du tout dans la salle de bain. En revanche elle marche super bien à la piscine. Dommage que l'eau soit pas très propre. Pas de poubelle dans le dortoir donc celle des toilettes est vite pleine. Tous les casiers n'ont pas de clef, ce n’est pas très rassurant quand on part plusieurs jours.

The toilet and shower could be cleaner as it smelled of urine. Also the hostel will give you free beer for a “great review”. I don't like that as it encourages to give only good reviews. Rather say “leave a review and get a beer”

Reviewed Mar 31, 2026Cet hostel était l’un des meilleurs que j’ai fais en Asie. De par la propreté des lieux et par dessus tout la gentillesse des hôtes. Nous sommes arrivées tard a l’hostel, alors le réceptionniste nous a commandé à manger le soir de notre arrivé ! Le rapport qualité - prix. Et enfin nous avons fait la Ha giang loop avec l’hostel Rabbit, nous le recommandons à 100%, petit groupe, drivers sécurisant et visite de lieux moins touristiques !

Er hangt een nare rioollucht in de badkamer, schijnt volgens mij in heel Ha Giang zo te zijn.
