Cleaning really need to be stepped up

The homely environment; the friendly and always helpful owner; superb value for money. Fridge is larger than most 4 star or 5 star hotels. A kitchenette, including an induction oven (hotpot).

We stayed for just one night. We had some trouble in readily accessing hot water (at night) in the shower. However, hot water was easily available during day time.

Great value for money, the 1 bed apartment is bigger in person than the photos

There were lots of insects and pool was totally different from pictures...also my daughter and my nephew got hurt in swimming pool...some tiles were broken inside the pool....needs lots of renovation... won't recommend...staff was good...

Там ничего кроме отеля практически ничего нету. Персонал хороший и вежливый, локация близко к аэропорту. Цена низкая, но чистота не вау. Если вам нужна удобная локация к аэропорту и низкая цена вам сюда👍🏻

Ik vond alles geweldig in dit hotel! Het personeel is erg aardig en super vriendelijk! Schoonmaak van de kamers is ook uitstekend. De mannen van receptie helpen je graag met alle jou vragen! Zelfs komt iemand naar hotel om in je telefoon lokale simkaart te instaleren.Lokatie is ook prima,vlakbij een kleine lokale supermarkt en ook veel eetgelegenheden. Ik vond restaurant Tuna erg leuk en lekker en ook niet duur!

Personnel très gentil et serviable, trouve des solutions. Machines à laver et produit de lessive disponibles gratuitement au rez-de-chaussée. Emplacements super, au calme et à proximité de rues pleines de restaurants très bons. Possible d'aller à pied à la plage. L'appartement est spacieux, nous étions 4 adultes et 4 enfants, mais semble plutôt prévu pour maximum 6 personnes.

L'équipement n'est pas conforme à la description. La description stipulait 4 lits (3 lits doubles et 1 canapé lit). En réalité il n'y a que 3 lits doubles. Le canapé n'est pas transformable. Mais le personnel nous a trouvé un grand matelas 2 personnes que nous avons mis par terre pour 2 enfants, c'était très bien. Les lits sont très durs. La cuisine n'est pas équipée, nous avions 1 fourchette, 1 couteau, 2 cuillères, 2-3 verres et tasses, quelques assiettes , une poêle, une casserole. Mais il y a une bouilloire :) Il n'y 'a que 6 chaises à table. La piscine n'est pas aussi belle que sur la photo, l'eau est un peu verte. Nous avons plutôt été nous baigner sur les magnifiques plages de l'île.

まずはアーリーチェックインが無料でした。 昼過ぎに部屋に入れました。スタッフも優しい人たちでした。部屋も清潔で窓が大きく明るかったです。お値段以上です。 プールの水もきれいでした。

山の上の方にあるので、歩きだときついかもです。バイクの人は問題ありません。

La piscine pas entretenu et avec tous les chien au tour. Pas de petit déjeuné dommage heureusement 150 m plus bas il y avais un hôtel qui m en préparait,et beaucoup de bruit la nuit entre les coq et les chien

Отель находится к конце улицы, рядом с лесом. Тихо и спокойно. В отеле есть лифт. В номере чисто, есть небольшой балкон, чайник, большой холодильник. В туалете окно со шторкой, может быть не привычно. Хороший интернет. Мне не хватило свободного пространства в номере.

Naša izba bola dostatočne veľká, kuchyňa, obývačka a dve kúpeľne s WC. Lokalita je horšia...velmi úzka ulička a je potrebná motorka na presun na plaže. Pešo by to bolo únavné. Je potrebná údržba celého hotela, ale pomer cena kvalita je v poriadku. Upratovali vždy ked sme o to požiadali.

Bazén nepôsobil velmi čisto.. okolie bazéna okupovali psy a vykonávali tam aj svoje potreby.

The room was spacious. The staff were quick to help. All kitchen utensils which we needed were already in the room. Excellent Wi-Fi.

The location was not quite convenient: pretty far from the main road and a lot of bikes and cars along the narrow path leading to the hotel.

Si vous prenez une douche, vous mouiller tout partout, toilettes, évier, pas très pratique. La piscine aurait pu être mieux entretenue.

Very nice english speaking, always smiling guy on reception,we had free pick up from airport, aircondition was working well, you can have cleaning every day, laundry service at the hotel,cute puppy on the front of hotel

I thing we got bad room, maybe not all of them are same.We didn’t like smell of mold in room, shower was moldy,nobody clean it properly. Kitchen was nice but lot of equipment was missing, so be ready to buy some. Our fridge was freezing food, my husband fixed it, hard bed, pool area dirty and not comfy for using and tiny street you go through very day to get to hotel, wide for one car but running both ways for walking peole, motorcycles and cars.

It was very cheap.

I hate to leave a bad review but I would also hate for another person to stay in the hotel from looking at the pictures and other reviews⁸ and think they are accurate. I found the hotel grubby, the bed extremely hard, services like towels were poor and there was no way we would have used the pool. It was messy all around it and the dogs lounged by it. The reception staff were always watching videos on their phone meanwhile there are leaves and dirty footprints around the lobby.

Мы супружеская пара из Алматы , нам понравилось местоположение. Тишина и покой. Персонал отзывчивый по нашей просьбе поменяли нам номер с видом на бассейн. В номере всегда было чисто. Уборка по желанию. Есть лифт и на крыше можно любоваться видами на море и закаты. Рекомендую.

Przyjemny hotel, bardzo miła obsługa. Wygodne twarde łóżka. Mimo że lotnisko jest blisko to w ogóle nie słychać startujących samolotów. 500m do wielu restauracji i knajpek, 800m do plaży. Przy hotelu ładny mały basen, ale morze jest tak łagodne z ciepłą wodą, że ani razu nie skorzystaliśmy z basenu. Z lotniska warto wziąć graba(wietnamski Uber) do hotelu, koszt 50-80 tys dongów, dużo taniej niż proponują taksówki na lotnisku. W hotelu za nocleg można płacić kartą, bez dodatkowej opłaty, co nie jest normą w Wietnamie.

Отель понравился очень, жаль не смогли продлить т.к всё забронировано заранее. Это наше упущение.отель находится рядом со всеми удобствами, пляж , Кинг Конг, рестораны, в общем остались бы там подольше

Personnel compréhensif

Chambre dont la propreté laisse clairement à désirer et très humide. La piscine n'a pas l''air entretenue. Nous avons préféré partir et la personne de l'accueil nous a gentiment annulé notre réservation, sans frais.

Bardzo brudna łazienka, na dzień dobry spluczka w WC nie działała, naprawili, ale to trwało i zostawili syf. A z sufitu kapała woda, akurat nad sedesem. Droga do hotelu jest pod górkę, nieoświetlona Basen to pomyłka, przy nim dwa rozwalajace sie lezaki

Unser Zimmer war wircklich schön mit kleiner Küche und groß. Alle freundlich hier und zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit. Preis Leistung ist unschlagbar.

Ein kleiner Mangel ist mir aufgefallen und das ist die Sauberkeit vom Poo,l da könnte etwas mehr darauf geachtet werden, ansonsten alles super keine anderen Mängel.

Super close to a nice beach, clean room with modern tv and bathroom. Really nice staff.

The 2 bedroom suits was very spacious

It would be nice to have a generator when the electricity goes. Also good to have mosquito protection on the windows. So we could leave the windows opened throughout the day.

The host was very helpful and also hired our motorbikes for a very good price. The location is off the main road and has very good restaurants which are two minutes away from the hotel. would have stayed longer but the hotel was full. I recommend going to the phu house bar which does great food and the staff are great. I wouldn't recommend the passion pub as I got ripped off there.

Pool was closed for maintenance. They did not mention this whilst checking in. Then as we were entering the elevator there was a sign saying pool closed for maintenance.

Agree with everything other 5 star reviews have said and can't praise this place enough. For me it was perfect.

Before highlighting anything I need to say that the staff at this hotel deserves all the best in their lives! They are amazing! So polite, so nice & they are extremely helpful. We stayed there around 20 days, so this hotel felt like home 🏡 Perfect location & amazing value for the money! I will definitely be back here & I will recommend it to all my friends and family. Wifi is great, we were on the last floor in the 2 bedroom apartment - it’s truly amazing! I love this hotel, I love the staff & I hope we will meet again 🤍

Bed was a bit hard. I personally didn’t mind, but for my friend that was a problem.
