Reviewed Sep 15, 2026写真通りの綺麗さで、スタッフさん達もとても暖かく常に優しく接してくれました。立地も大通りから路地を奥まで入っていった所にあり、夜は怖いかなと思っていましたが、そこが逆に静かさを生み出しておりリラックスしてリゾートを堪能することができました。朝食もビュッフェ形式で、ほんと丁度いい種類の多さでお腹いっぱい食べれました。スタッフさんにお願いするとフォーやオムレツも作ってくれます。 喫煙者同士で泊まったので、部屋の前のバルコニーでタバコを吸えるというのもとても良かった点のひとつです。部屋も独立しているので、他の方のタバコの煙なども気にならないと思います！ このお値段でこのクオリティはホントに満足すぎました。とても良いフーコック旅行ができました。ありがとうございます。
部屋のどこからか分からないけど、イモムシ？幼虫みたいな小さい虫がカーテンや床などに何匹かいて、最初はビックリしました。特に被害などは無かったですが、それが無かったら満点でした。

Reviewed Sep 14, 2026We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Everything was very clean and well maintained, and the large swimming pool was a big plus. We especially liked that the pool was open until late in the evening. The hotel terrace was also a lovely place to sit, relax and enjoy the evenings. The only downside was that the beach was quite far from the hotel, but we used Grab to get to different beaches, which was easy and convenient. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Reviewed Sep 10, 2026Loved there pool! Pool loungers in the shade or sun, depending on your preference. Breakfast upstairs, overlooking the pool, was great. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Comfortable bed, good air conditioner and wonderful shower. Far enough from the traffic to be quiet and not too far to walk to the beach.

Место утопает в зелени и спокойствии.Наш семейный полулюкс был просторным,чистым и комфортабельным. Уборка проводилась каждый день. Полотенца для бассейна выдавались на ресепшене. Завтраки были отличными с 7.00-9.30. всегда можно выбрать,что поесть. Красивый и чистый бассейн. Нас угостили кокосами,орехами и местной халвой. При отъезде подарили подарок- очень приятно:) Было жаль покидать наш уютный домик. Мы очень благодарны хозяевам за наш отличный отпуск здесь:)
Шум от стройки по утрам,но это временно. Этот отель расширяется и скоро здесь будет больше уютных домиков :))

Reviewed Jul 2, 2026Beautiful large clean pool. Lovely helpful staff. The grounds are beautifully kept. Good breakfast. I felt so comfortable I stayed another 2 nights. 7 minutes walk to restaurants, however I found many closed or empty. Definitely feels like the low season. I loved this resort, but Phu Quoc on the whole I would not recommend visiting.

Reviewed Jun 11, 2026在富國島的五個晚上都是住在這裡。到北部或是南部各約 40mim 車程。不用整理行李換飯店，也很便利。 每天的早餐都可以吃很飽，菜色也有變化。
早餐的熱菜部分，似乎是 7AM 開始用餐時一次性供應，若晚點去用餐，部分菜色有可能會被吃完，當天似乎不會再補充。 不過，有現煮的越南河粉以及煎蛋炒蛋無限供應，很棒。

Reviewed May 31, 2026가성비 최고의 숙소였습니다. 접근성이 조금 떨어지긴했지만, 그랩으로 움직이니 별 불편함이 없었어요. 직원들 항상 웃는낮으로 대해주어서 혹시나 하고 2박만 예약하고 갔다가 나머지 2일 더 예약하려 했더니 머물던 룸이 이미예악이 되었다고 해서 방을 옮겨 2일을 더 보냈어요. 주변이 조용해서 좋았구요.

Reviewed May 12, 2026Райское местечко, в котором мы провели 11 ночей (бронировали 2 разных номера и перемещались). С одной стороны, раз не смогли взять один номер на этот период, то брони идут активно. Часто видели новых заезжающих. С другой стороны всегда было ощущение, что мы живем на своей вилле с бассейном😍 всегда было тихо, уютно и очень комфортно. Персонал просто чудо! Такие приветливые все, всегда готовы помочь, очень улыбчивые. Номер у нас был на первом этаже, просторно, комфортно, хорошие матрасы и подушки, все чисто. Всегда пополняли воду и средства гигиены. Хороший мини-холодильник. Свой балкон, где приятно сидеть вечером. Все номера вокруг бассейна, лежаки всегда были, полотенца выдают на ресепшен. Завтраки хорошие, с красивым видом. Выбор не обширный, но все вкусно и хватало. Омлеты/яичницы приготовят при тебе на выбор, есть фо-бо. Хороший кофе, всегда были фрукты. До улицы с кафе, магазинами, спа идти минут 5. Зато в отеле тишина и только звуки природы) Брали несколько раз на ресепшн байк в аренду, всего 150 тыс в день, шлемы есть, все объяснили. Также сдавали вещи в стирку, целый пакет постирали за 100 тыс.
Находится в удалении, поэтому вечером приходится идти по темным улочкам, где валяется мусор. Пожелание - сделать завтраки дольше! До 9 утра очень рано, когда приезжаешь и привыкаешь к разнице во времени. Уборка посредственная. Туалетная бумага - поменяйте ее пожалуйста, она не отрывается)) Окна из номера выходили на территорию леса, там постоянно 2 мужика утром что-то вбивали и шумели, это портило впечатление.

Reviewed May 4, 2026Personnel très très gentil, accueillant et à l’écoute. Le resort est incroyable et le rapport qualité prix excellent. Gros plus pour la piscine qui est vraiment grande et très propre. Très bon petit dej, le seul que nous avons mangé lors de notre séjour au Vietnam car on y trouvait de tout, comparé aux autres endroits et établissements où ils servaient que des petits dej locaux.

The staff are helpful and friendly, one of their staff helped me to break my luggage locks with his tools eventhough his working time was over, because my luggage lock's key was missing so I can't open my luggage :)
Many mosquitoes in my room but the staff provided me the mosquitoes spray so it was still okay.

Reviewed May 1, 2026Excellent service! Staff members were incredibly nice and helpful! This property gives you a homey village-y feeling although it’s only 2 min ride to the main road. Lady from the property asked if you wanted melons, cute puppies and kitties roaming around. Recommend hiring a bike from them, you’ll get the freedom to explore Phu Quoc. Brekky is included! Very good value for money, highly recommend!

Reviewed Apr 21, 2026Конечно, как во всем Фукоке, оценка 9,4 - завышена) Но отель оставляет о себе хорошее впечатление. Всегда на территории много персонала, который убирает и ухаживает за территорией. Здесь есть завтраки, есть из чего выбрать. Администраторы невероятно милые и заботливые. Бассейн чистый. У нас был номер на втором этаже, просторный для двоих, даже какой-то пустоватый, минимум мебели. Чисто, аккуратно. Есть даже сетки на окнах (что редкость для Вьетнама), но комары все равно были. Убирали ежедневно или можно попросить поменять полотенца всегда.
До моря очень далеко и такой пляж, грязный, куда вытекают стоки, так что эту часть острова я бы не рекомендовала для купания. Очень мало лежаков у бассейна, не хватает. Если Ваш номер будет на первом этаже, то будете жить с закрытыми занавесками всегда, так как отдыхающие у бассейна будут видеть вас. Ночью возвращаться пешком - так себе, закоулки и собачки.

Overall, I chose this hotel because I wanted to be close to downtown while still enjoying some peace away from the busy city. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t live up to that expectation. The room had a strong urine smell, especially on the floors in both the bedroom and bathroom. I reported it to the staff, but instead of properly addressing the issue, they simply sprayed perfume, which didn’t solve the problem.

Reviewed Apr 9, 2026Tento hotel jsme využili jako krátkou mezistanici mezi naším předchozím ubytováním a odletem a personál nám vyšel skvěle vstříc, když nám umožnil dřívější check-in. Velkým plusem je zdejší bazén – ačkoliv je v něm chlor samozřejmě cítit, nebylo to tak agresivní jako v jiných hotelech, které jsme navštívili, což bylo velmi příjemné. Jelikož jsme zde strávili pouze několik hodin, nemůžeme hodnotit všechny služby, nicméně i za tu krátkou dobu jsme si všimli stejného nešvaru jako v předchozím ubytování: způsob vytírání podlahy jedním společným hadrem pro více pokojů bez průběžného máchání. Je to škoda, protože to zbytečně kazí jinak dobrý dojem z čistoty.

Плохая уборка номеров, а также большое количество живности в номере. Завтраки слабоваты для мусульман. Из мясных продуктов предлагаются только сосиски из свинины. Выбор завтрака скудный, рис жареный, лапша, можно взять яйца. Маленькая тарелка с фруктами. Булочки и панкейки с джемами. Вообщем в плане завтрака сильно не разгуляешься. На ресепшене максимум часов до 10 вечера можно подловить администратора. Позднее уже никого нет. Когда к нам в комнату заползли ящерицы, вызвать никого не получилось.
