Nhat Huy Bungalow Phu Quoc

The property and bungalow was clean, the pool was lovely to use, the staff were friendly and relaxed, and the communal kitchenette was handy for a knife and plate. Lots of massage shops and cafes to eat at. The property is up a little in a side street but easy to get a Grab from or walk a short distance to the main road.

The foam bed mattress was super hard but the owner did try to soften it with an underblanket, but this made little difference.

- Not 1 drop of warm water during entire stay - Cleaning room not existent - Recepcion opend 1 hour a day, 23 hours door was locked, nobody available - very unfriendly staff - No english speaking staff - No answer to our messages

Мы здесь останавливаемся второй раз. Очень уютный, камерный, здесь все как одна семья

Plusieurs choses... Deux serviettes sont données à l'arrivée dont une qui était sale (traces propres je pense mais traces quand même...) Piscine verte, pas nettoyée régulièrement, ça ne donne pas du tout envie de s'y baigner !! Dernière chose : Pour ma première nuit, j'ai fermé la porte de ma salle de bain pour les moustiques et la lumière. Sauf que la porte s'est bloquée, il fallait une clé que je n'avais pas bien sûr. Le lendemain matin j'en ai parlé au gérant a 7h30. A 17h, il n'avait pas réglé le problème prétextant que la personne qui devait s'en charger était occupée !!!! Je me suis douchée dans une autre chambre, sans mes affaires perso. Je me suis énervée, il a réglé le problème avant mon second retour vers 21h. Il a dévissé la poignée, simplement et rapidement... Le gérant s'est excusé je le reconnais mais j'avoue que sur le coup j'ai trouvé ça très irrespectueux !! Bref je ne recommande pas vraiment cet établissement !

Комфортный отель, не навязчивый сервис, много шезлонгов у бассейна. Тихая улица без шума (если на общей кухне не поют в караоке, но такое было только один раз)) Небольшая терраса на улице у каждого номера. Вроде чистый бассейн. Рядом рестораны и массаж, до моря близко. Ходить ночью немного страшно, но в итоге безопасно и бьез происшествий.

Не хватило сушилки для белья (2 этаж), уборка только по требованию, а не по принуждению, вода горячая с плохим напором (но здесь такое повсеместно). На второй этаж очень, очень крутая лестница. Особенно тяжело таскать по ней огромный чемодан в одиночку. Но потом привыкаешь)) На втором этаже даже получше жить - тише, и видно джунгли. Рядом с отелем свалка, но опять же - здесь такое повсеместно.

The location was pretty good, just a short walk to the road where they have shops and restaurants. Bed is very comfy and soft and room is clean enough.

Our “clean” towels were really smelly and we had to go and ask for more which did smell a lot better. Our key wouldn’t go into the slot at around 11am so we couldn’t get the ac on, lights on, hot water on or have any wifi. When I went to reception and told the owner about this he just kinda laughed in my face and told me that all the electricity was off until the evening (5/6pm) as they’re doing work over the road and that he just didn’t get round to telling us. Thought this was pretty bad as when you pay for a hotel room you pay for these amenities and while I understand the reasoning we should have been warned beforehand and possibly even refunded a bit of money for the inconvenience. The pool was going green. Didn’t realise until I was getting out and my hands/feet were green from the steps.

Отельчик небольшой, но уютный. Чистый бассейн. Есть кухоньки для приготовления еды с необходимой посудой, сами готовили завтраки. Первые два дня почему-то не было горячей воды, мы даже расстроились, но потом стало все ок. Цена-качество отличное. Рекомендуем для непритязательных путешественников. P.s. писали в отель до поездки, никакие контакты не активны, даже просили букинг помочь. Переживали за заселение.Но слава богу проблем с заселением по приезду не было.

Во-первых рядом с морем. До берега около 600 м Во-вторых рядом не дорогие магазины В-третьих находится в равном удаление от всех достопримечательностей

Very nice pool. Clean and spacious room and bathroom. I constantly saw the cleaning staff around.

The check in desk is always empty and the gentleman that checked me in wasn't so friendly and couldn't speak English. It is a bit far away from the main road but it is walkable.

Маленький отель состоит из бунгал, уютно, от основной трассы метров 300, тихо, уютно, хороший чистый бассейн. На месте есть аренда байков, конлей, холодильник, чайник, полотенца все выдают, регулярно меняют. Самое классное, нсть отдельная кухонька у каждого домика, кроме вторых этажей. Кухонька с плитой, посудой, раковиной. Я очень довольна, до центра недалеко, пляжи в доступе, кафешек море, магазинов море. Кинг конг маркет в пределах пешего доступа. Рекомендую и вернусь именно сюда

Top Begrüssung, Roller vor Ort geliehen (nur nach Zustand erkundigen), Pool und Küche vorhanden. Nachtportier sehr freundlich und viel present, auch in der Nacht.

Die Zimmer könnten mit ein wenig mehr Motivation gereinigt werden (z.B. die Betten öfter beziehen und Badreinigung). Ein neuer Anstrich im Zimmer wäre auch nicht schlecht. Das Bett war sehr am quietschen.

Familie på 6 personer i alt. Vi havde booket et dobbeltværelse for 2 personer og en familie-bungalow for 4 personer. Her var der dog kun sengepladser til 3 personer. Vi måtte få en ekstra madras på gulvet (blev endda opkrævet ekstra penge for det). Der var heller ikke nok håndklæder til alle. Ingen rengøring under opholdet. Poolen var grøn og kunne slet ikke bruges under hele vores ophold.

Очень неудобно добираться до отеля. На узких улицах очень много Байков. Опасно для пешеходов. На территории очень мало зелени и места тоже.

Номер большой, работает кондиционер. Добрые хозяева и приятный персонал.

Не хватало полок для душа.

Очень уютно и удобно. Хозяин Ленни, очень замечательный человек. Все было очень хорошо. Бассейн чистый. Расположение в стороне от центральных улиц.

Great place to stay in Phu Quoc!!

Courteous staff. Quiet environment.

The ladies at the front desk were lovely. We got stuck an extra day in Phu Quoc and wanted a place near the airport with a pool for the kids to swim. It was affordable and nice. They were also very helpful to get our laundry done in the same day. My only complaint was that the pool was very green with algae so we were worried about the kids swimming in it (which was a bit disappointing since that’s why we chose that location).

Clean the pool so that the water isn’t green.

Cheerful and happy host. Good sized room with good A/C , fridge and kettle. Very clean and well maintained. Laundry service and cheap scooters for hire. Clean pool. 5 min walk to main road for a choice of restaurants & shops

Bathroom ceiling had tile missing. Flip flops in room were wet. Noisy neighbours. Pool was not great as there was lots of mosquitos. Room for 4 people was tiny. Rd up to accomodation very uneven with dogs around. Lots of massage spas and restaurants 7 mins away plus bus stop.

Everything was fine. Quiet area. Coffee shops and restaurants nearby. Room are clean and staff very friendly 😊

I had a great stay at Nhat Huy Bungalow on Phu Quoc. The place is cozy and compact, with a nice swimming pool in the center. My room was on the second floor—clean and comfortable, with a terrace overlooking the pool. The workspace was convenient, and the wooden chair was solid and comfortable for working. Overall, a pleasant and relaxing stay!

The only downside was the narrow staircase, but it wasn’t a big issue.

Peacefull stay, near the free bus stops, nice swimming pool, close to the beach, they provide scooter rental, there is a kitchen with kitchenware that you can use, the room has a mini bar, if you're the type who exercise while traveling note that each room has a balcony that you can use for that. We loved it, in total, we spent 15 days here. And it seems that everyone who stayed there like it too.

It's a bit tricky to use the oven, ask them to show you. The wardrobe had some mold, so we didn't use it, the room hasn't any mold - it was very clean. I'm very allergic so if the room had mold, I would feel it. So don't bother about it.

It's a nice cosy quiet and clean place with a beautiful pool not too far from the main street with bars and cafes. The owners don't speak much English but use online translation and are really nice who often go out of their way to help.

We lived in the room 102. And unfortunately, there was a problem with the tap in the bathroom, and because of the water leaking, it was impossible to sleep at night. because it was noisy in the bathroom

Well maintained establishment with beautifully furnished rooms. The bed was very comfortable with clean bedding. The room and bathroom were very clean. Sparkling clean swimming pool. A really beautiful setting. A nice sitting area overlooking the beautiful courtyard & swimming pool.

The staircase to our room was very steep and uncomfortable to climb. Not ideal for older people or young children. But other than that, all else was immaculate. Only the two upstairs rooms are affected by this, all the other rooms are in ground level.

The location was perfect we were on a side road away from the main road bars and restaurants. The free electric buses where so useful you could visit most of the attractions by these buses.

The aircon worked well and down the hill was two lovely restaurants.

The bed was hard, the pool was dirty and couldn’t be used. Please be aware this property is up a very dark lane.

My 3rd stay,v.but my lasl.my room 105 was next to 104. Noisy ruseld Russians who never shut up,they think they own the joint.papar thin walls were unbearable.i needed 4 sleeping pills to sleep a nd ear plugs.they have no considerate for anyone ut themselved.management should have done something.i booked a nd psid for 8 nights,left after3,burn the money.paid $5 more fore a luxury reyort.see review.it was a nightmare,go to Ukraine Rusians.

Nice hotel situated not far from a beach near with friendly staff and comfy rooms. The pool itself is very nice too and a decent size for a morning swim. A little shop down the hill too

The walls at this place are thin and right next to the pool. Stay at this place if you're a heavy sleeper or don't mind being woken at 7am. Culturally local guests tend to get up very early to swim in the pool before heading to the beach. Meaning you may get woken up to people talking and kids playing like I did, which I wasn't hugely happy with. With respect to the cultural differences it wasn't great being woken up to people shouting and children screaming.

The pool was fairly clean. The location is not too far from the next public beach (although it’s also 15 min walking distance). You can rent a motorbike right there which is cool but not special for this hotel. The staff was really friendly. The hotel doesn’t cost a fortune and you have a well maintained pool within the money.

The room was pretty small, for Homeoffice it was a bad decision. The bathroom looked like it wasn’t cleaned at all for a couple of weeks. In the shower drain there was dirt, the walls were dirty, the toilet smelly. There was a pile of soil in the bathroom. The bathroom has no window that can be closed so there were also insects coming in. Another small thing was that the electricity is supposed to work once you out the key in a box on the wall. It only worked after 5 tries each time we came home and put the key in. We reported this but we were essentially told to just try again.

It had nice outside seating in front of each bungalow.

The place looks somewhat neglected. Some rooms had mold on the walll. In fact there was nobody at the reception when we came home in the evening and when we tried to check our. The cleaning lady had to break in through a back door to get my passport! Also had giant spider and coach roach in room and nobody was around to help get rid of them.

It was for 2 nights and my stay was okay. It was comfortable enough. I booked it because the price was good for a private room and the location is perfect if you are looking for a place near the airport. i also liked that they gave me another 2 bottle of water the next day.
