Franchement je vais pas faire la liste mais quand même😁.... endroit calme et agréable ,les chambres était les mieux avec son salon privatif parfait pour une famille calme. 2 chambre très bien .clim pas trop bruyante .❤️❤️❤️

Perfectly located on the island, with beautiful and spacious rooms and a large bathroom. The pool is big and very inviting, and the breakfast is amazing — lots of choice with delicious juices and fresh fruit. The staff helps with everything, from laundry to arranging a horse taxi, and you can even rent bikes directly from the property. Everything is spotless and well-equipped, with nice touches like a hammock and comfortable outdoor seating areas. Truly a wonderful place to stay!

The pool was amazing, kids loved jumping off the top deck. The staff were all really friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great, and the gadogado for lunch was fantastic. We also stayed one night at captain coconuts which is owned by the same family and is also a great place.

The only small complaints is that the room was very small for the family of 5 of us, but it would be great for a smaller group or families with younger kids. The air con was also a bit noisy at night but not too bad.

The staff were fantastic and the kids loved the pool especially the high platform to jump/dive off!

Staff molto accogliente e disponibile: il primo giorno siamo arrivati prima dell’orario di check in ma ci hanno comunque fatto accomodare e mangiare nella struttura, mentre l’ultimo giorno ci hanno preparato la colazione da portare via dato che dovevamo lasciare presto la struttura. La colazione è comunque buona e abbondante, preparata tutti i giorni sul momento in base alle scelte. C’è una bella piscina ad uso gratuito abbastanza grande per rilassarsi anche se ci sono altre persone. Le stanze sono molto grandi ed è possibile chiudere il letto con una sorta di tenda/zanzariera, che è utile visto che la porta della stanza lascia qualche spiraglio per gli insetti. Anche il bagno è molto grande, con una doccia chiusa su un lato con un box doccia. È presenta anche un boccione con acqua potabile. Nella struttura è possibile prenotare servizi come tour di snorkeling per le tre isole Gili o noleggio di bici.

Facendo la doccia è facile che si allaghi un po’ il bagno, rendendo scomodo anche arrivare al wc.

Très belle chambre avec une grande salle de bain, juste en face de la piscine. Personnel au top (vraiment au top!!) et Hôtel très reposant, comme l’île en générale. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent.

El desayuno estaba muy bueno y el personal que trabajaba súper atento. Había una parte desde que la que podías saltar a la piscina y fue divertido.

A las 4:44 am cada día suenan unos rezos de una mezquita que está en el centro de Gili Air, despertando a todo ser viviente. No es culpa del hotel y creo que se oye en toda la isla, deberían planteárselo para los turistas ya que además lo hacen a través de un altavoz

L’isolation n’est pas présente on entend tout les bruits extérieurs comme exemple le chant des coqs où alors le réveil quotidien à 5 heures pour l’appel à la prière qui dure plusieurs minutes !

Het personeel was super aardig en ontzettend flexibel. We mochten een stuk eerder inchecken en het uitchecken mocht ook later. Alles werd voor ons geregeld dus was een hele positieve ervaring

Bella piscina e personale gentilissimo

Purtroppo la struttura è abbastanza vicina alla moschea ed alle 5 di ogni mattina si sente la preghiera diffusa con gli altoparlanti dalla moschea stessa che puntualmente ti svegliano.

Spazi esterni, carina la piscina, e il servizio di colazione.

La camera piccola, piena di insetti tra cui anche formiche vicino al letto. Anche nel letto presenza di insetti o acari. Materasso che sprofondava, Pulizia scadente.

Abbiamo fatto parte del soggiorno in camera matrimoniale e bungalow, preferibile la camera matrimoniale rispetto al bungalow Camere pulite, spaziose Personale gentile Colazione buona

Camere matrimoniali con bagni aperti, senza porta Bungalow con aria condizionata molto rumorosa Servizio laundry non consigliato: seppur apparentemente puliti, abbiamo trovato diversi insetti nei vestiti restituiti e una maglietta è andata persa

El baño más que bien, huele perfecto y las toallas limpias. Estuvimos muy muy a gusto. Nos dio pena tener que irnos porque se respiraba relax

Tolles kleines Hotel, perfekt für Familien. Haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, großer Pool mit "Sprungturm", leckeres Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal, süße Bungalows mit gemütlicher Hängematte. Wir hatten zu Viert (2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder-9 und 14) den Familienbungalow, klein aber fein:) Es war sehr ruhig und entspannt (abgesehen von der Moschee). Wir haben über die Unterkunft den privaten Schnorchelausflug gebucht mit ganz tollen, freundlichen Guides und haben viele Fische und Schildkröten gesehen. Ausflug und Unterkunft mit Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis! Danke für die schönen Tage

Man hört die Moschee, Lautstärke manchmal etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber das gehört zu Gili Air und zur Kultur.

nous sommes restés une nuit dans cet établissement, cela était très bien. L’équipe de l’hôtel était vraiment très gentils et la chambre très très spacieuse avec deux douches etc. Vraiment sympa!

Zona tranquila y piscina

Zwembad (met springplank) was een hit voor de kids! Enorm leuk. Ontbijt was prima in de ochtend, niks op aan te merken. Huisjes zijn wel aan een opknapbeurt toe, veel roest hier en daar en gewoon wat verouderd. Daarnaast hadden wij een vide boven waar een matras lag en dat was dus de tweede slaapkamer, dat was erg warm (ondanks dat de airco aan stond) en niet heel comfortabel.

All stuff in CG are amazing, very hard working we admired the gardener who is taking so much pride in his job, keeps the place looking beautiful - some 5 star hotels could learn for him. The breakfast was really nice, loved the coffee and the tiny cute cups, little things but make it all special. The outdoor space is fantastic, very relaxing environment a hammock that I used every day during our stay, so peaceful. CH is located close to the beach and to the main shopping area making it a perfect location..

The water pressure in the shower is very low, bearing in mind it's a small island it wasn't a big issue.

Er zit een keuken bij maar er is geen materiaal om bijvoorbeeld iets te snijden of op te warmen.

Petit bungalow super sympa et très bien équipé avec une piscine très agréable avec un plongeoir! Le personnel très sympathique nous a accueilli avec un jus de fruit et en plus avant l'arrivée avant l'heure d'arrivée. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour, à recommander!

Tout était bien Juste savoir que pour aller jusqu’au port il faut bien 15 mn à pieds et que le transport ( voitures à cheval) peut coûter 200k. Sinon rien à redire je recommande fortement

Le personnel était très sympathique et très accueillant ils ont été très arrangeants lorsque nous avons voulu prendre le petit-déjeuner plutôt pour partir plongée. Les petits déjeuners étaient corrects il y avait du choix à la carte et c'était bon. Nous n'avons pas déjeuné au restaurant de l'hôtel en revanche il y a un restaurant très bon à 25 m de l'hôtel nommé chez Samy.

La climatisation de notre chambre n'était pas très performante. Le logement est un peu éloigné du port et de la rue principale où vous trouverez l'essentiel des boutiques.

La piscine avec le plongeoir ont été très appréciés ! La chambre était propre, et le linge de lit aussi. L'emplacement est très pratique pour voir toute l'île, nous avons tout fait à pied. J'ai lu pas mal de commentaires sur le réveil matinal par la prière... La mosquée est assez loin, et ça n'a pas du tout été un problème pour nous ( on l'entend, mais comme partout sur l'île je pense...)

Una piccola oasi di relax. I ragazzi sono tutti gentilissimi, colazione buona e c'è la possibilità di pranzare o avere pasti caldi durante tutta la giornata. La piscina è molto bella e c'è un trampolino per fare i tuffi! La nostra camera era spaziosa e dotata si amaca/area relax esterna, siamo stati benissimo, peccato per troppo poco tempo!

Świeżo wyciskamy sok z arbuza na powitanie, Obfite śniadania (w cenie rezerwacji) i bardzo smaczne posiłki w snack bar, Telewizor w pokoju z którego i tak się nie korzysta 😉 Ręczniki, ręczniki plażowe, Kosmetyki, Bufet kawowy, Codzienne sprzątanie pokoju, Super basen i zadbany ogród. A przede wszystkim bardzo miły, sympatyczny i pomocny personel to wszystko złożyło się na moją ocenę. Najlepszy nocleg podczas pobytu w Indonezji, a spaliśmy w 4 miejscach o podobnym standardzie i cenie (nie biorąc pod uwagę hoteli o wysokim standardzie). Polecam

Można byłoby szukać i do czegoś się przyczepić ale po co ? Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni.

Villas bien agencés (une dizaine à peine) autour d’une chouette piscine dans le coin calme de Gili air (à l’opposé du port) Personnel hyper gentil et arrangeant Bon Warung tout juste à côté (qui propose des cours de cuisine) et des petites boutiques sympas en plus (pas trop juste ce qu’il faut). Le tout à 5 mins à pieds de la plage

El personal es muy amable y atento en todo momento. Los bungalows son preciosos, al lado de la piscina. Ofrecen todo tipo de servicios, como alquiler de bicis. ¡Muy recomendable!

La cama no era del todo cómoda y el aire acondicionado hacía mucho ruido.

A localização. Quarto bem limpo. O facto de disponibilizarem água num garrafão grande , permitindo refill constante. Para além de muito mais ecológico, muito mais prático. O facto de disponibilizarem toalhas de praia. A roupa da cama, toalhas etc cheirava muito bem. Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários que também trataram da nossa trip de snorkeling privada sem termos que nos preocupar com nada. Pequeno almoço sempre com bons sumos naturais. Ótima relação qualidade preço.

A piscina tem poucas espreguiçadeiras para o espaços envolvente disponível. Não há secador no quarto. Ouve-se muito o que se passa na rua (as carroças e pessoas a passar)

We really enjoyed this property! The staff are great and the breakfast was perfect for us. There are restaurants a short way from the property among shops etc. It's not in the hustle and bustle of the main area, but it's not a far walk if you would like to get there. The accommodation was clean and comfortable. The pool was a lot of fun as they have a platform (maybe 3m or so) above the deep end which you jump off. Great fun for the kids.

For the four of us, one of the 'bungalows' had a loft which was a little tight, but an experience nonetheless. Other than the aforementioned, highly recommended.

J"ai absolument tout aimé: suite a un retard d'avion qui nous a fait arrivé à 2h du matin ,nous avons été tres bien accueilli. Le staff etait vraiment tres sympas, les bungalows sont proores et nettoyés quotidiennement , le jardin et la piscine sont tres bien entretenus. Nous nous y sommes sentis tres tres bien avec aicune envie de partir. Le petit dejeuner aussi est tres bien. Nous avons fortement apprécié le choix et le bol de fruits frais.Bravo!

Really enjoyed our stay at Captain Goodtimes. Very comfortable bungalows set in beautiful tropical setting, fantastic staff and lovely pool area created a very relaxing atmosphere which we really enjoyed.

Would have been good to have more clothes storage space but aside from that everything was great.

Le personnel est très accueillant et a l’écoute. Les chambres sont très bien un peu petite si vous venez avec des enfants en bas âges. Mais sinon tout été très bien ! Je recommande à 100%

The pool was a major hit for the kids, the ability to jump from the second floor made the kids stay! The pool was fabulous, never an issue getting a sunlounger when wanted. The big floaty pillows were so comfortable. The staff were completely lovely, always with a smile & so helpful getti g thr laundry done, hiring bikes etc. Large enough room & excellent bathroom. Really appreciated the filtered water tank, so much better than bottled water. Breakfast was a great change from your normal, I had the granola on repeat, perfect way to start the day. Very happy with the location, easy & central giving quick trips to the north west & east.

Only downer was the mattress, not comfortable unfortunately. However the pros totally outweighed the cons so no regrets with our choice at all.

Il bungalow era bellissimo: 2 piani, zanzariere sui letti, aria condizionata, bollitore, frigo, asciugamani e sarong. Fuori piccolo patio con amaca e dondolo. Bagno spazioso e con acqua potabile nel boccione. Piscina grande e bar molto carino. Buona colazione. Frangipani ovunque! Non è centrale e bisogna camminare 15/20 minuti per arrivare al porto. Ci è spiaciuto stare solo 1 notte

La propreté des chambres laissent a desirer. L établissement merite un coup de propre. Literies moyennes Les chambres familles ne sont pas grandes et nos enfants ont dormis dans une mezzanine sur des matelas posés a meme le sol donc peu confortable. Si enfant a bas âge, ca peut aller mais si adolescent comme nous, il aurait fallu prevoir 2 chambres simple, cela aurait ete beaucoup plus confortable....

Lovely gardens and pool. Staff were friendly and helpful arranging bikes for us to use and snorkel tour. Breakfast and food was great. Yummy fresh juices, pancakes and Lombok coffee. Loved the watermelon margarita. Relaxed, family friendly vibe. Overall, really enjoyed our time on Gili Air.

Room was a bit tired and in need of an upgrade. The roof leaked in heavy rain (dry season) which we managed with towels etc.

Bra bungalows och trevligt poolområde. Det gick att välja från flera alternativ på frukosten och den var bra. Boendet kunde hjälpa till med cykeluthyrning och bokning av snorklingstur.

Wi-Fi funkade bra vid poolområdet men sämre i bungalowen.

Bellissimo bungalow, molto pulito. Bagno chiuso e molto grande. La struttura è in una buona posizione, si sente il muezzin anche se la moschea non è vicinissima ma l'isola è piccola e comunque non ci ha disturbati. Lo staff è molto accogliente, sempre disponibile a soddisfare ogni necessità con tempestività e gentilezza. È bello essere accolti sempre con un sorriso. Buona e varia la colazione. Bella piscina. Ci hanno procurato le biciclette a noleggio facendocele trovare già al mattino successivo al nostro arrivo. Hanno fatto per noi i biglietti per il traghetto ad un prezzo conveniente. C'è un ottimo servizio di lavanderia, che si paga a peso, di cui abbiamo usufruito.

Die Gestaltung der Anlage war super süß gemacht. Wir hatten ein Standard Bungalow und haben uns super wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter waren super freundlich und das Frühstücksangebot war ebenfalls super.

Leider waren die Matratzen super unbequem

Amazing place to stay with your family! Friendly staff Here you can also rent a bicycle which makes it even more easy to travel around the island. We also booked the private snorkel tour, which was customized for our 1,5year old. Would defiantly stay again!

Ein großer Pool mit Möglichkeit zum liegen und zum springen. Großes Zimmer, netter Service, Fahrräder zum ausleihen und eine super Lage um alles zu erkunden. Gute Auswahl beim Frühstück und eine Happy Hour für Getränke. Sehr familienfreundlich, daher auch etwas mehr los am Pool.

Der Pool war etwas milchig und sehr warm. Die Zimmer könnten eine Renovierung vertragen. Der Roomservice könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein, da benutze Tassen nicht weggeräumt wurden.

2 nuits qui se sont transformées en 4 nuits. Idéalement situé au centre de l'île pour avoir accès aux différentes plages c'est top ! Avec plusieurs restaurants de qualité et cheap à proximité. Location de vélo, laundry, etc à disposition. Bungalow confortable. Pas eu de souci d'humidité etc. Je pense que cela dépend du bungalow. Et nous avons également testé la chambre Deluxe, encore plus confortable !!

Que el aire acondicionado de la habitación hacía bastante ruido y no se podía ni apagar ni cambiar la temperatura, y hemos descansado regular.

Everything. The staff are brilliant, the food is lovely at the place and they can sort you out with bikes to go around the island. The pool is very nice even with a decent sized jump into the pool. Rooms were very clean.
