Noisy surroundings during the night

Location was great, vibes outside was nice. There is hot water but limited!

Extremely noisy at 6am in the morning EVERYDAY, in room 2! Sounds like some animals/pigeons in the roof, complained about it but not much was done. Can only sleep with noise cancelling earphones in, completely ruined the stay for me. :( Room was always hot, aircon was not cold at all. Only cooled down in the middle of the night. No bidet, and sink was clogged.

Une odeur dans la salle demain qui venait du restaurant d’à côté était un peu dérangeante.

Staff were kind and location was central and easy to find.

The hosts did not inform us that they do not take card. When we showed up we were surprised the bill had to be paid in cash in full.

Logement pas très propre et beaucoup de bruits (mal isolé, des coqs à côté et proche de la mosquée)

Petit hôtel très agréable avec un personnel très gentil. Belle piscine, très bien situé, à environ 15 min à pieds du port. Nous y avons séjourner 4 nuits et c'était parfait.

Es un hotel sencillo , relación calidad precio no puedes pedir más Las habitaciones están un poco viejas y la limpieza no es muy buena, pero cada día te hacen la cama y te cambian las toallas. Las camas son cómodas. El personal es muy amable

Pool was great, location was great - close enough to the main road to have access but far away enough to not hear any noise. Beach was also very close, especially the east side where we snorkeled with turtles. Staff were friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our bags there during the day after we checked out. Pool was open until 10pm. Good hot water in the showers. We could change our towels whenever and they supplied us different towels for the pool/beach.

Bathroom was quite dark without the light on. Not a very big room for longer stays but we were there for 2 nights so it didn't matter.

De moskee is zeer goed hoorbaar, en dat begint dus ‘s ochtends zeeeeer vroeg. Ook lopen er een aantal hanen rond die ook bijdragen aan een korte nachtrust.

Prima locatie. Op loopafstand restaurants en winkeltjes. We hadden via accommodatie fietsen gehuurd en dat was echt top. Terrein is heel groen en wordt heel goed onderhouden. Huisjes ook prima, alleen schoonmaak kan echt wel beter. Prima ontbijt erbij en heel vriendelijk persoon. Voor de prijs echt een aanrader!

Ubicación excelente! Alquilamos unas bicis y en 5 minutos llegabas a cualquier parte de la isla. El hotel lo lleva una familia, el padre muy atento con todo. Aire acondicionado en la habitacion, funcionaba perfectamente. Todos los días hacían la habitación.

Nella mia camera mancavano completamente i comodini e non c'era una sedia per la scrivania. In bagno il doccino del wc mancava.

El lugar está bastante descuidado, las fotos aparentan ser del lugar recién inaugurado. La habitación era muy oscura, los desagües no tragaban y había muchos mosquitos (que sería lo normal porque estamos en una isla, pero es que la habitación está al lado de un vertedero). En la habitación no había prácticamente señal de wifi.

La pression des douches et le manque d’eau chaude de temps en temps mais pas gênant car on est sur une île

Hôtel au calme des rues de Gili, mais proche de la rue principale qui permet de desservir tous les côtés de l’île. Chambres confortables, même si elles pourraient être un peu plus équipées (verres, bouteilles d’eau, frigo). Piscine et espaces communs agréable. Bon petit déjeuner.

Hele schone kamer en badkamer…airco deed t ook heel fijn.

L'emplacement est central au niveau de l'île,ce qui est très appréciable pour nous déplacer à pieds au départ de l'hôtel!Par contre, prenez bien vos boules quies pour dormir, car la mosquée est très proche, ce qui induit que nous entendons assez fort la première prière de la journée (vers 5h du matin) pendant notre sommeil. Le personnel est très souriant et avenant!

Con un occhio in piu per le pulizie delle stanze , del bagno e della biancheria si potrebbe migliorare tantissimo.

Consiglio i bungalow sulla destra perché quelli a sinistra sono molto vicini ad un pollaio e la notte si sentono i galli

Very friendly staff, good location

Bedding and towels were old, double bed had two single bed doonas.

Die Anlage ansich ist ganz schön. Man ist von dort aus schnell auf der Einkaufsstraße. Leider können wir sonst nicht wirklich viel Positives sagen.

Absolut dreckig. Auf den Bildern sieht alles viel Moderner aus als es ist. Wir hatten das Familienzimmer. Anscheinend gibt es wohl zwei? Denn wie das auf den Bildern sag unseres nicht aus. Die Betten knallhart. Kissen absolut ekelhaft. So das wir uns nochmal extra T-Shirts auf die Kissen gelegt haben. Sowas geht gar nicht. In einem Zimmer war die Klimaanlage schon uralt. Gekühlt hat sie nicht mehr wirklich. Dafür aber sehr laut. Das Badezimmer für dieses Zimmer war absolut grausig. Kein Wasserdruck. Abziehen wurde manchmal echt zur Qual. Das andere Zimmer war der Wasserdruck OK. Dort konnte man dann auch warm duschen. Dafür war das Waschbecken komplett zerbrochen. Ich fragte noch wie das überhaupt noch halten kann. Wie gesagt auf den Bildern hier sieht es viel besser aus. Leider können wir das nicht weiterempfehlen. Und wir waren mit zwei Familien dort. Die können leider auch nichts positives sagen. Schade. Einfach mal etwas Farbe in die Hand nehmen. Würde schon einiges besser machen. Und etwas gründlicher sauber machen. Unsere Füße waren sogar nach dem Putzen in den Zimmer schwarz.

Camera molto vecchia e sporca. Acqua della doccia che non funzionava Wc non funzionava lo sciacquone Colazione con poca varietà. Le foto sulle camere non sono veritiere.

The location was perfect as it was right next to Turtle Bay, my favourite spot in Gili Air! The yard where the rooms were was beautiful with all the trees and the swimming pool (which had a very comfortable temperature). The bathroom was very big and the bed was okay. The only problem as a couple it's that it was two single beds pushed together.

One thing they must absolutely be more careful with is the cleaning. Our towels were all stained and even after I asked to change it, the new ones also had stains on it (less than the first one that looked actually dirty). There were also tiny stains on the bedsheets. And you could see clearly they never vacuumed under the bed (I always check before leaving the room to make sure nothing was lost there). Breakfast was ok if you're not fussy.

Nichts hat uns gefallen. Die Bilder auf der booking.com Seite täuschen komplett, wie es wirklich dort aussieht. Vielleicht sollten Fotos mal überprüft werden.

Alles hat uns nicht gefallen. Zimmer war katastrophal, das Bett uralt und ekelhaft, in den Pool würde ich niemals reingehen.

De accommodatie ligt aan de hoofdstraat en is een prachtige centrale plek op het eiland.

Het sanitair (douche en wc) was minder prettig, minder goed onderhouden. Het zwembad was bij aankomst niet zo schoon, een dag later was dit wel beter. Als dit beiden wat aandacht zou krijgen, zou het voor ons een prettiger verblijf zijn. Maar we hebben genoten van de mensen en het eiland!

I loved how calm and peaceful the resort was. It was the perfect place to relax, and the staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and kind. The overall atmosphere made my stay really enjoyable

The property could benefit from a few updates, but overall I had a great stay.

The pool is nice and they were giving us a big bottle of 8L of water or more which was really convinient. The breakfast is nice, but was a but difficult to communicate with the staff.

Everything was clean superficially

We stayed 3 nights here at Si Pitung which is perfectly located in the centre of Gili Air. Our room was functional and rather simple but did have all that we needed. The staff were friendly and helpful with advising about snorkelling trips and allowing us to store luggage. Our breakfast was good with a choice of drink and meal, although options were slightly limited. Overall a comfortable stay for a good value, no frills accommodation.

Room wasn’t the most clean and neither was the pool.

L'emplacement du logement est très bien. Le logement en lui même est aussi très bien. La piscine est agréable et le petit déjeuner correct.

I feel bad writing this because the staff are very friendly and the location is great, but the lack of cleanliness is impossible to ignore. This is definitely not a 3-star standard; I’ve stayed in local guesthouses that were much cleaner. The hygiene was a real issue: I had "extra protein" for breakfast (ants in the food), the pool surface was covered in dead insects, and the sunbeds were infested with ants. Inside the room, it wasn't better—cockroaches and lots of bugs getting in. The bathroom was dirty, the toilet seat was broken, and the mattress was very uncomfortable. They really need to improve their maintenance and pest control. As it is now, I wouldn't recommend it despite the friendly service.

The owner is really nice, great location near to the port

This little village consisting of a group of nice bungalows is perfectly placed in the middle of this island - you can also rent a bike, and with that it's literally a five-minute ride in any direction to get to the ocean.

Personalet var søde, vi fik lov til kun at betale for den nat vi havde sovet her.

Det er meget forfaldent og ikke den luksus pool der ligner på billedet. Poolen er beskidt, solsenge var så klamme jeg ik ville ligge på dem. Vi sov her 1 nat og måtte skifte hotel resten af ferien. Værelset var også beskidt, klamme lagner. Bruseren var dårlig, jeg kunne er ikke skylde min shampoo ud. Dyr på værelset. Myg var umulige at holde ude. Vi fik ikke rene håndklæder. I alt bare utilfreds.

The breakfast was amazing! My room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and had a relaxing atmosphere, which I really liked! I loved my stay here :)

床單、棉被、枕頭都很舒服、乾淨，沒有奇怪的味道。每天打掃房間。腳踏車一天IDR45000，有問題可隨時更換。庭院和房間整理得不錯，算蠻乾淨的。游泳池乾淨，游泳池不大，約150cm深。早餐有一些選擇可以更換，我吃的是吐司夾雙蛋，還有一小碗的水果、一杯熱茶，很美味。給staff留言聯絡相關修繕，會快速過來處理。

1）馬桶太老舊，很可怕 。 2）房間沒有WIFI。

Es un lugar maravilloso y la gente que trabaja allí es increíble

Lo único bueno es el aire acondicionado de la habitación, que por lo menos la mantenía fría.

La limpieza brilla por su ausencia. El baño no tiene ni ventilación. El lava manos estaba atascado y acumulaba agua. En el otro lava manos no había ni tubería, agua que usabas salía por debajo directamente. La ducha sucia y no tragaba, atascada quedaba el agua. La sala de estar sucia y asfixiante. Las habitaciones olían a humedad y la ropa de cama no era la adecuada. El trato del personal, pésimo. Al llegar nos hicieron el check in mientras estaban haciendo un directo o grabando por TikTok. Decidimos alquilar motos y no nos dejaron cargarlas en el hotel porque no se las habíamos alquilado a ellos, la respuesta del dueño fue agresiva y totalmente fuera de lugar. Sin duda no se lo recomiendo a nadie. Si encontráis otra opción pagadla sin duda, seguro hay sitios mejores.

The hosts are very nice, available for any request and question. The breakfast is delicious, and the location is central, close to everything within walking distance.

The room is not soundproof at all, so you can hear everything that moves and talks from the adjacent rooms (and then you are lucky to have quiet guests nearby). In addition, there are chickens roaming around in the yard, which is nice but also very noisy. The water pressure in the shower is very low, which is a bit disappointing when you come back from the beach (but there is hot water, which is important). Overall, good value for money

Easy to get around from the hotel complex. Facilities were clean and the shower was really good. Big, comfortable bed and effective air conditioning.

Poor noise insulation, made for a bad nights sleep with passing traffic, people and cockerels screeching from the early hours of the morning.

I had such an amazing stay at Si Pitung Village. The absolute highlight was definitely the staff—they are incredibly warm and welcoming, always greeting you with a genuine smile and making sure you have everything you need. It really feels like a home away from home. The property itself is so peaceful and provides a lovely escape from the noise of the main streets. It was such a relief to have quiet mornings without any roosters nearby, so I actually managed to get some great rest. The pool area is beautiful and very well-kept, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The location is also perfect: you’re only a 5-minute walk from both the beach and the town center, yet it’s tucked away enough to feel like a private retreat. I can't recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!
