Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room with a sofa, a large wet room, clean hotel, very comfortable beds, excellent breakfast with a vast array of foods to choose from. A lovely relaxed and laid back atmosphere. Close to the central station. We liked it because it was a little bit out of the centre of Copenhagen but, not too far that you couldn’t walk everywhere. Fun idea of being encouraged to use the stairs so that you earned a sweetie or a biscuit, we traded a room service for a gift and also contributed a few rows of knitting for the scarf for homeless project. The glass of wine between 5-6pm was much appreciated after long days exploring.

Ausreichend großes Zimmer für einen Städteaufenthalt. Personal sehr freundlich. Frühstück ausreichend umfangreich. Kostenloser Kaffee/Tee während des Tages und zwischen 5-6 auch verschiedene Weine. Cocktails zum selber mixen, aber zu bezahlen. Gute Lage in der Nähe des Bahnhofs

Das Waschbecken im Bad war so klein (sowohl und der Tiefe als auch von der Breite), dass wenn man sich das Gesicht gewaschen hat, die Füße nass wurden. Der dafür verantwortlich ist, musste es zuhause installiert haben.

Très joli hôtel à taille humaine. Chambre très fonctionnelles, propres avec une jolie décoration. Super petit déjeuner et emplacement parfait pour rayonner dans Copenhague.

The room was very comfortable for our stay. The staff were extremely helpful in recommending places to visit and in explaining the facilities.

Perfekte Lage in der Nähe von Bahnhof und allen Öffis. Sauberes, kleines Zimmer, sehr freundliches Personal! Nette Idee sind die Kekse im Treppenhaus für die, die keinen Aufzug benutzen ;-) Und die "Wein-Stunde" am Nachmittag.

Durch die zentrale Lage ist es auch nachts auf den Straßen laut. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück ist für ein 4-Sterne-Hotel zu klein.

The location was great and convenient for exploring the area. The breakfast was also good, with a nice selection of food.

The room was extremely small, and so was the bathroom. The bathroom felt outdated, there was almost no space to put our belongings, and the shower was not very comfortable to use.

Breakfast was very goof and staff was discrete, polite and helpful. Complimentary nespresso coffee 24/7 at the lobby was a good extra. Overall a cool stay.

Man konnte die Fahrräder im Innenhof abstellen. Die Rezeptionistin am ersten Tag war sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend.

Das häufig wechselnde Personal an der Rezeption. Im Standardzimmer könnte das Bett breiter sein und zwei getrennte Matratzen haben. Anzahl von vernünftigen Tischen zum Frühstück vollkommen unzureichend. Auswahl an Wurst und Käse könnte abwechslungsreicher und größer sein. Um die Ecke, direkt vor der Kirche, liegen Obdachlose herum, die des Nachts sich laut verhalten.

Hotel świetnie zlokalizowany. Gość otrzymuje podarunek powitalny. Miłą niespodzianką był darmowy drink między 17:00 a 18:00. Śniadanie bardzo smaczne, przygotowane z lokalnych ekologicznych produktów. Bardzo polecam!

A great location and an easy walk to the centre, canals and virtually next door The Tivoli Gardens. Very helpful staff and my room was ready as I arrived at only 10.30 am - great as it meant I could visit the sights and take in a canal boat tour The room I was given (20) was a bit small but everything g you need for a 3 night stay was there - if anything a bit of noise from the courtyard below and the corridor outside the room was the only negative. A good vibe was not to have your room cleaned and towels replace in lieu of tokens for the sister hotel opposite The breakfast are plentiful with great choices and so many different breads! Rent a bike from the hotel too and explore Copenhagen safely

Ils nous ont dit qu’au petit-déj’ pendant la semaine, il n’y avait pas de saumon alors que pendant le week-end il y en a Ils ne prennent pas la responsabilité des valises gardées dans une pièce spéciale au moment du Check out . Il faut aller soi-même la déposer grâce a une carte spéciale . Donc n’importe quel client de l’hôtel peux prendre des valises qui ne lui n’appartiennent pas et cela sans contrôle

Very handy location close to the train station. Excellent wine hour from 5-6pm, all wine was free. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

1) not a great area...former "red light district" with exotic shop across the street, homeless camp @ church two doors down, strip club next door 2) not a lot to do in the immediate vicinity 3) room was very TINY, difficult for two people to maneuver around, very limited storage, very few outlets, nowhere to put luggage, tiny side tables 4) super limited TV options...when one does not feel like being out in the former red light district after dark, there is not much to do. Only 2 channels in English - CNN or BBC. Not super fun for vacation. 5) staff was ok...not great or overly friendly/welcoming but not horrible 6) only 1 pillow per person...would be nice to have option of two pillows 7) zero outlets in bathroom...super inconvenient

Izuzetna lokacija blizu glavne železničke stanice, metroa i autobusa, a opet u mirnom kraju. U blizini su restorani, pekara, kafei, suvenirnica i Dobro opremljen Lidl market. Osoblje ljubazno i uslužno. Odlično organizovan butik hotel sa odličnim doručkom, besplatnom kafom i čajem tokom celog dana i čašom lepog vina od 17-18 časova. Soba nije bila velika, ali je svetla, praktična, čista i udobna. Proveli smo 4 sjajnih dana na turneji po Skandinaviji.

Badet på vårt rom, 79 i 4. sal var alt for lite. Dusjforheng er ikke bra nok til den prisen. Etter dusj var det vann utover hele gulvet. Ikke koselig. Det rommet vil vi ikke ha neste gang.

Attractive boutique hotel near to main station. Breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Hot drinks & fresh water (still or sparkling) available at all times. Free wine hour was much enjoyed and very sociable. Beds very comfortable.

Our room was tiny with inadequate plastic shelves as bedside tables. The bathroom needed updating as it had an over the bath shower which was ok but not quite what we expected for the price.

Excellent location very close to central station and tivoli, comfortable rooms, friendly staff and good breakfast.

We had a comfortable, quiet room with air conditioning overlooking a courtyard. The location is excellent as its a 4 minute walk to the stations (Metro and Main Line). The bed was one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in when travelling. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I had forgotten that breakfast was included and it is an excellent buffet with lots of hot and cold choices. I highly recommend this hotel.

Lackluster basic hotel, more of a continental breakfast, marketed as a boutique hotel but felt like a dressed up budget hotel.

De bedden, en kussen, zijn heerlijk, en bij het ontbijt zijn de broodjes voorgesneden, geweldig! De locatie is natuurlijk ook helemaal top. Mijn vrouw waardeerde de fruitschaal erg.

Er is eigenlijk maar 1 dingetje wat beter had gekund. Ik ben geen fan van 1 knops douchekranen, dat is altijd gedoe. Gewoon twee knoppen, 1 voor de straal sterkte en 1 voor de temperatuur.

Lovely and great location! Our rooms had two bathrooms each! Two full bathrooms! Such a luxury when traveling with your family. There was a small gym, very minimal but clean. Breakfast was great and the location can't be beat for walking the city.

Such a lovely hotel - the rooms are spacious, well-maintained, light and airy and really comfortable. The location is perfect, with just a very short walk to the central station. The breakfast is great; the 5-6 wine hour is a must. The staff are friendly and very accommodating. I even got a fab welcome gift when I arrived. I would definitely stay here again.

There is so much to like about this Hotel. The staff from reception, the breakfast people, the cleaners are all exceptional. The location is fantastic, close to the main train station and the walking street. There are also lots of restaurants in the area. The breakfast is lovely with so much to choose from. I loved the honesty box for drinks out of hours and the free drink between 17 and 18 o'clock. The fact that you can get free tea, coffee, water and fresh fruit at all times and occasional pastries left over from breakfast. If you are staying a short time and don't need your room cleaned, you can either choose a free drink from the Hotel across the road, a free bicycle ride or a packet of sweets which I think is a great idea. (You get a voucher.) There was lovely atmosphere in the evening when people returned from their evening meal, either chatting, having a drink or playing boardgames or cards. It is all the little things that makes a stay in a Hotel magical.

The shower in room 92 splashes all over the floor making it soaking wet when you shower, especially when washing your hair. It doesn't matter how careful you try to be, the water when it hits you and the glass screen, splashes on to the floor which I think is because the screen is too short. The bathmat gets so wet, you have to wring it out and leave in the bath as it drips everywhere. I think you really need to sort this as it may destroy the bathroom long term. Sorry.

Boutique hotel that is environmentally conscious. Breakfast was ok and the staff was very friendly and helpful and they had GF bread. It was very easy to negotiate the city from this location and Ubers were easy to get.

Bedroom was small and bathroom shower was difficult to negotiate without getting the whole room wet. Friendliness of staff at reception was variable. The location is nice but close to hookers on the street.

We stayed here for 3 nights before a Baltic Cruise. The hotel room was lovely and all the reception staff went out of their way to help and nothing was too much trouble. The breakfast choice was excellent and they offered free tea and coffee all day. There was also a wine hour between 5 and 6 with a free glass of wine. The hotel organised our transfer to the cruise port and even stored our luggage for free when we disembarked from our ship as we had a late flight. The hotel is well located near the train station so we took the opportunity to take the train to Malmo for the day after our cruise. On the return to collect our luggage we asked if we could pay for a cup of tea and they gave it to us for free. I would definitely stay here again if I am ever in Copenhagen. There were also little tubs of free sweets on the staircase on the way down to breakfast which was a nice touch. We took a few each day to help us through our busy sightseeing days.

The Andersen Boutique Hotel was in an excellent location, two blocks from the Copenhagen Central Train Station. The staff was friendly & helpful. The common area was up-scale with a touch of whimsey. Our room was lovely! The bed was comfortable, the room was quiet, the AC worked great & the shower was excellent. Breakfast was included & was delicious. Very nice selection of hot & cold foods as well as an Espresso based coffee machine. There was a fun Happy Hour each evening.

We loved our stay here! Very walkable from main train station with suitcases. One street away from metro, bus stop and hop on/ hop off. Walkable to centre too if happy to walk :) We loved the cold filtered tap water/ soda water available all the time in the Lounge. Free Nespresso pod coffee/ tea in lounge and rooms. Free drink including alcohol (one per guest) between 5-6pm was lovely and social too! We opted for a concept Green as only there for 3 nights so no cleaners and given 100kr voucher to use in the sister hotel opposite for another free glass of wine. Reception team lovely and helpful. Breakfast perfect 🤩
