J'ai aimé la réactivité du personnel : la chambre qui avait été préparée ne correspondait pas à celle que nous avions réservée (plus petite). On nous a aussitôt attribué une autre chambre plus grande et plus confortable. L'emplacement de l'hôtel à deux pas du marché central est également un point fort. J'ai adoré enfin la vue de la chambre (9ème étage) et du bar en rooftop.

Même si les membres du personnel sont tous très accueillants et serviables, il y a un côté un peu impersonnel. C'est peut-être lié au fait qu'il n'y a pas vraiment d'espace d'accueil, de lobby à la réception.

Central location, we ate dinner in the rooftop bar twice and the staff were very friendly, breakfast excellent,

TV didn’t work.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with warm smiles and genuine kindness that stayed with us throughout our entire stay. Our family room with an extra bed was spacious, comfortable, and perfect for our family. The rooftop pool was wonderful for both children and parents, and the breakfast was simply delicious with plenty of choice for everyone. They say Cambodia is the land of smiles, and this hotel truly reflects that spirit. We would warmly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting and hope to return one day

For those who looking good stay in battambang town. We highly recommend this hotel because the room was clean and big enough definitely the same in pic. The staff were friendly and helpful. For breakfast they offer with a goof food and even though we skip their meal but they still packed for us. And we can see the whole battambang province from the roof top of the hotel.

Flotte rom og hyggelig personal med god service og ett stort smil.

-Ofte kun en heis i drift og ble derfor ofte stående og vente på heisen. (Forsto i ettertid at politikere hadde leid hele hotellet etter vi dro og personalet måtte bruke heis for å gjøre i stand til celebre gjester). -Man fikk også levert ut kun en toalettrull om gangen, passet dårlig når familiemedlemmer ble matforgiftet etter å ha spist ute. -Var ikke lov å få isbiter i glass med på rommet.

A city-view hotel room where we stayed one night. The hotel offered a convenient service, friendly staff, great location, good breakfast, and two adjacent rooms so we could be near our frienda at another rooms. Rooftop swimming pool and sky bar in the evening is recommend to relax after you're tired day.

The cleanliness, hotel itself is clean but the road and area around seems dusty.

What I really want to say is a comfort stay, and recommend.

Untill visit to clarify that this is a fabulous city hotel and good to visit, lovely room with city view, free wifi, friendly staff, good breakfast and syk bar is stunning view of the city. Recommend

Perfect for a confirm stay, helpful staff even their English not quite fluent, but no worry it is not their first language. In overall a comfort stay.

La ubicación. Aunque era céntrica también, al estar al lado del mercado central, era caótica y menos pulcra que otras partes de la ciudad. Lo cual es extraño pues se trata de la parte antigua, con edificios de principios del S. XX, que serían bonitos si estuviera la zona bien tenida. Llamada de atención a la Municipalidad.

We enjoyed our stay at VV Hotel Battambang. New hotel with clean, well maintained, beautiful room, with helpful staff. The complimentary welcome drink, redeemable at the Sky Bar on roof top 16 floor, added charm, comfort, service, and atmosphere made the visit memorable.

De kamer, bedden en badkamer zijn fijn en goed. Mooi uitzicht en ruim. Mooi toproof restaurant. We hebben er niks genuttigd dus ik weet niet hoe de prijzen liggen. Super vriendelijk en beleefd personeel. Het ontbijt is goed.

Das moderne Hotel liegt super zentral am Markt. Und da es das einzige Hochhaus ist, findet man immer seinen Weg zurück. Das Zimmer ist klassisch ausgestattet, die Betten waren sehr bequem. Das Bad ist groß und die Handtücher wirklich weich und kuschelig. Beim Frühstück bleibt kein Wunsch offen, seien französische Croissants, verschiedene Obstsorten oder typisch chinesisches Essen. Der Pool auf dem Dach war angenehm!

Centrale ligging en op loopafstand van de markt. Het ontbijt was in de vorm van een buffet zodat je zelf kon kiezen en pakken. Zowel westers als Cambodjaanse keuken. De kamer was ruim, schoon, een zacht matras en een mooie badkamer. Goed geluiddicht door het dubbele glas.

Het duurde heel lang voordat het water warm was in de douche. En er werd tijdens de avond en vroege ochtend boven onze kamer veel geschoven met meubels of iets dergelijks, wat je best wel goed hoorde. Vrij luide airco.

The day we arrived there's no much customer but the staff refuse to give us higher floor room. This is my 5th time stay here just because of the view and there's no meaning to book here if stay at lower floor. And the next day there's no buffet for breakfast, the staff at restaurant told us because less guests, we can understand but still thinking why the receptionist told us there's no higher room.

The location and the bed

The photos on booking.com need to be updated. The positive firstly was the location and that the staff recommended Andy a tour guide who was brilliant as he took us everywhere so I thank them for that. The staff did their best. The TV is large but doesn’t work at all. Not even you tube as we know cable is a problem in Cambodia which is understandable. The shower drain was blocked, the air conditioner was in Cambodian on the controls so was hard to work out , the spa and sauna did not work nor was there a gym. Breakfast was very average also and balcony was dusty and nowhere to sit. Overall I wouldn’t stay there again but no fault of the staff at all they just did there job.

Upon arrival we noticed that our mini bar wasnt cold so we contacted the reception. The came shortly after only to tell us that it would starte cooling down once the key card was in. So we had to leave one key card in the slot at the hotel room during our stay. Even so the small fridge didnt produce much cold and even after 24 hours the items werent cold. Its a small thing - but for a four star hotel I would expect then to handel this.
