Classy Hotel & Spa was so much better than I expected. I loved the pool, the food and the massage—everything about my stay was wonderful. The staff were lovely, and I would happily stay here again.

La piscina es grande con muchas tumbonas y baño exterior, cama comoda y vistas bonitas de la ciudad. El equipo nos ayudo con el transfer a otra ciudad, muy amables siempre y como nuestro bus salia de noche nos dejaron usar la piscina sin coste despues de nuedtro checkout, lo cual nos salvó, ya que hacía un calor extremo en la calle.

La habitación apestaba a tabaco, soy fumadora y no es algo que me suela molestar, pero este olor era tan intenso que nos despertaba por la noche. Al llegar la nevera no funcionaba y tuvieron que cambiarla. Las luces de la cama estaban rotas, poco champu y gel para 2 personas, no estaba muy limpio, baldosas rotas, habia restos de pegamento en las paredes. Durante la hora de la comida con huespedes comiendo, se pusieron a reparar una puerta con ruido de martillos y destornilladores. Cerveza muy cara para ser Camboya, en todos los hoteles de 5 estrellas era 1$, aqui 2.75€ .. son fallos menores pero es un hotel caro y supuestamente de 4 estrellas que no cumplia los minimos de calidad.

Staff were excellent, and food was good, with the slight caveat listed below, and eggs cooked to your choice were as usual excellent. A really good evening cocktail happy hour in the main downstairs bar was truly excellent value.

Quite a lot of the breakfast was cold even right at the beginning of service. The choice of cereal was odd (usually that includes muesli of some sort) and there was no cold milk. We felt that the choices in the fridge bar in the room could have been broader.

The pool was great; the breakfast was just OK.

At the restaurant, I ordered food, and my wife's food came 10 minutes late. I told the staff my wife's food would go cold. They just look at me as if with a question mark. I asked for the manager. I told him about it, and he apologized. telling me they were very busy. By the way, there were about 8 people in the place. I was very upset but not angry. The next day, went again for dinner. Now my food arrived, and my wife was sitting there without food for 10 minutes. I was not very pleased. This happens in Cambodia but should not happen in a fine hotel. When the bill was over 40 and 50 dollars.

Staff were welcoming, good service at breakfast and dinner. Great views from rooftop skybar. Room was a good size and comfortable.

Bathroom design is not bad, sink too high, flooding when shower, bidet sprayer leaks and noisy bathroom fan.

The hotels location was an easy walk from the center of town and close to many local and international restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choices. My friends had a couple of problems with their room but not enough to impact their stay. initially we were given rooms without balconys but when mentioned we were immediately moved.

Hôtel très confortable avec un excellent rapport qualité-prix. Il suffit de traverser le pont pour atteindre en quelques minutes le centre ville. La promenade le long du fleuve devant l'hôtel est très agréable, surtout le soir où il y a beaucoup d'animation. Nous avons testé les massages et c'était vraiment très bien à des prix particulièrement corrects. Très belle piscine. On prend le petit-déjeuner au bord de la piscine, c'est vraiment agréable et il y a beaucoup de choix. Le personnel est charmant. Notre chambre était spacieuse et lumineuse, la salle de bains très bien aussi. Très bonne adresse, nous reviendrons directement ici la prochaine fois.

L’emplacement

Personnel à notre disposition, un service incroyable. Un peu bruyant car notre chambre donnée côté rue mais on finit par tomber de fatigue des visites de la journée. Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Pas d'avis sur la piscine car nous ne l'avons pas utilisé par manque de temps. Il y en a pour les goûts au petit déjeuner, c'est parfait.

Great hotel with a rooftop bar with fabulous views. I didn't eat there as the vegetarian options were minimal. Staff were lovely. The pool was great and had lots of sun loungers. Breakfast was good, usual options. Would recommend.

The overflow round holes in the sinks have never been cleaned. Its the 1st thing you see when walking in the toilet! It was horrible to see the poor fish swimming around in small tanks between reception and the breakfast restaurant.

The property and rooms are very well appointed. AC was awesome as was the pool area. Staff were great. Room was nice and quiet and very clean. The restaurant on the 9th floor overlooking the city was very good

Overall the hotel was nice. The lobby, lounges, and pool area were well appointed. Lots of variety for breakfast. Plenty of attentive staff on hand.

Our room was quite dated as many of the previous guests commented on. The AC unit was not working well, it made a constant whirling sound and barely kept the room cool enough even though we kept the curtains closed at all times. The shower drained very slowly so the stall filled with water. The mini fridge made a loud banging sound occasionally through the night so our 3 nights there were noisy and hot.

L'ambiance générale de l'hôtel avec sa situation proche du centre et une décoration très locale. Le personnel est accueillant et efficace. Les chambres sont vastes et agréables. La piscine est appréciable après une journée de visite. Le petit déjeuner est complet et de qualité. Le quartier est agréable avec la promenade le long de la rivière et la proximité du centre. Un séjour très agréable.

Rapport qualité prix excellent. Très bien situé. Personnel très attentionné. Petit déjeuner correct sans être extraordinaire.

The pool is generous, with plenty of room both for showers and changing rooms. The rooftop bar offers a wide selection of cocktails during happy hour.

The pool is the only thing saving this hotel from a zero-star review. Classy hotel is traditional but by far the most outdated I have ever encountered. The staff is unpleasant; they welcome you with fake smiles but won't make an exception for anything. I remember arriving late in the evening when the hotel was almost empty because many people had cancelled due to the ongoing strikes along the Thai-Cambodian border. Despite this, I was not given an upgrade, but a shabby, old double room. Nor was I offered a late check-out so I had to leave the room first thing in the morning. The breakfast was satisfying neither in terms of choice nor quality. I was travelling alone, and this is definitely not a place to socialize.

Der pool und das personal sind traumhaft. Warum sich hier leute über das frühstück beschweren will mir nicht in den kopf den das war sowohl für europäer als auch asiatische gäste geeignet.

Wie überall in südostasien sind die fenster nicht wirklich schalldicht und wenn dann menschen mit essensstand vor dem hotel musik abspielen dann bekommt man das mit.

Central location, clean large room, comfortable beds and polite and friendly staff. Good selection offered for breakfast. There was a spa, swimming pool and roof bar but I didn't get time to try these. However, I noticed the sauna was for men only.

The door to the balcony didn't open/close easily, it was difficult to move it. Asked for an iron and received it promptly but there was no ironing board and no communication til later as to why there was no board. Plug sockets by bed were difficult to use 2 at a time with adaptors. Needed to plug one phone in on the other side of the room

Côté rue , aboiement des chiens la nuit . La nourriture servie au rooftop pourrait être améliorée . Idem pour le petit déjeuner .

Grande chambre, bon petit déjeuner en salle où au bord de la piscine. Le personnel est fantastique. La piscine de grande taille est bien entretenue.. L'emplacement central permet de se promener le soir le long du fleuve le soir. Nombreux restaurants à proximité. Hotel à recommander.

Le prix excessif des consommations. Les pizzas ressemblent à des pizzas surgelées, dans tous les cas pâte non faite maison.

Personal amabilísimo, la piscina es estupenda, abundante y variado desayuno, como para no volver a comer el resto del día, habitación amplia y confortable. Cenamos un par de noches en el restaurante y estaba todo muy bueno y a buen precio.

City Hotel in a good location nearby the river. The staff was very pleasing and welcoming and were very nice and helpful even if I dropped the room keycard under the elevator and immediately solved the problem I caused. The room in a higher floor provided a very nice view over the city.

It was a lovely old building with character. It was very clean and the room was large and comfortable.

There was some sort of VIP event on which meant that the amenities were restricted.

This is the first hotel in 3 weeks in Cambodia where the staff, almost without exception, were unsmiling and unfriendly, and at check-out time, plain discourteous. On our first of 3 nights, we went to the Panorama Bar to have a drink and enjoy the view. Admittedly, they had one very large table of diners, but the waitress gave the strong impression that we were an unwelcome distraction from more important clients. My husband's beer was not cold, and we quickly departed. Prices quoted on the menu do not include sales tax. Breakfast choices were limited, a choice of orange cordial (not juice) or iced water. Already brewed strong tea and black coffee were available, but freshly made hot drinks were an additional charge. $1.50 for a Liptons tea bag seemed a little over-the-top! There were only 3 fruits on offer, and they were not restocked whilst we were there. Only one out of six showers could be described as warm to hot. The rest were tepid and resultingly brief. The decor of the hotel may once have been "classy" but now the heavy wooden furniture and carved seats and wall panels only seem oppressive, tired and uncomfortable. The most offensive thing was the check-out process. Instead of simply asking us if we had taken anything from the mini-bar, we endured some minutes of one of the three women at the counter talking very loudly into her short wave radio with a housemaid, while they completely ignored us. Then, having been told by the housemaid that everything was in order, she simply looked at us and told us we could go. This assumption that clients are not to be trusted is so discourteous. The information booklet in the room goes as far as listing all the things that can be taken from the room, and how much you will be charged for them should you take them. These include items such as the bed, the mattress, the toilet, the air-conditioner etc! For heaven's sake, how utterly ridiculous!

We loved the location, it had a great breakfast and the pool and recreation area was fantastic. If you like gyms the Classy had a wonderful gym area with good equipment.

The rooms were a little noisy and the hot water could be hotter.

Excellent hotel, staff very friendly and helpful. Pool staff, young adults who were very professional and a credit to the hotel. Pool lovely with good sunbeds, great pool bar. Restaurant good food, sky bar view very amazing. Rooms big and clean. Had a full body oil massage which was very good. Good location.
