Non ci è piaciuto nulla. Al nostro arrivo abbiamo trovato una delle due ragazze in reception che mangiava sul desk. Mi sono accorta solo dopo aver soggiornato che non ci avevano dato la camera per la quale avevi pagato bensì una camera senza finestre. L'hotel e' completamente lasciato andare. Ci sono stracci sporchi ovunque. La piscina è sporca con una patina di verde a segnare il livello dell'acqua. Inutilizzibale da quanto è sporca. Abbiamo trovato capelli nei letto e i materassi sono sottili. Inoltre dentro al copri piumino non c'è un piumino a misura bensì un pleid a fiori corto. Pagato poco ma allo stesso prezzo si trova di meglio. Non fanno manutenzione

Problèmes multiples et équipement non fonctionnel: clef, coffre, téméphone, télévision, sèche-cheveux. Piscine avec eau stagnante inutilisable. Se prévaut de 3 étoiles alors qu’il n’en mérite pas. Avons abrégé notre séjour pour changer d’hôtel!

Wonderful place to stay in Battambang. It's located right in the center and easy walking distance to the market and other restaurants. The rooms are nice and staff are very friendly as well. Highly recommend!

L’hôtel était très bien localisé, à proximité de tout et l’hôtel est chaleureux avec son immense plante qui végétalise le devant de l’hôtel

L’hôtel a besoin d’être davantage entretenu, on voit qu’il a vieilli et par endroit pas très bien entretenu

En toute objectivité, pas grand chose...

Nous avions prévenus d'une arrivée à 23H00, tout l'hôtel était éteint et nous sommes entré à la lumière du téléphone, le réceptionniste dormait sur un lit d'appoint.. La chambre franchement très sale, il faut vraiment faire un énorme effort de ménage et de vérifier : trace de caca, de dentifrice, moisissure... TV HS, rideau de fenêtre HS, photo rien à voir avec la chambre choisit sur booking...

Great views from the rooftop terrace which was spacious with plenty of seating. Lovely clean pool. Nice room. Good location.

There was a blanket inside the duvet wall socket missing bugs all over the ceiling all old furniture shower old and drain smells curtains where hanging but a thread One weight in the gym bar close

La pulizia! La struttura è vecchia e la hall è usata dallo staff come magazzino, dentro c’era una macchina, un motorino, delle cose da buttare. Tutto vecchio sporco e impolverato. Le stanze erano horror, con tende strappate e sporche, mobili rotti, sporcizia ovunque. Nel bagno insetti, capelli e altre cose. Se dovete essere di passaggio, vi serve una struttura centrale e vi sentite temerari approcciate. Altrimenti tenetevi alla larga! Mai più

Title: Great location – but that’s the only good thing I really wanted to like this place because it’s in such a convenient spot, but everything else was just awful. The room was dirty, the furniture was old and damaged, and the bathroom door wouldn’t even close properly. Curtains were broken too, so there was no privacy. It clearly hasn’t been cared for or cleaned properly in a long time. The only reason I’m giving it one star is for the great location – otherwise, it would be zero. I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone.

Good location

Not much to do in town at night

The rooms aren’t much to look at but the shower had hot water and great water pressure. The bed was comfortable and the AC worked perfectly. There was even an English language news channel (Al Jazeera). The hotel is walking distance to many restaurants, the central market, and the major inter-city bus lines. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.

Ok hotelen temmelig slidt. Ingen rooftop bar som beskrevet i omtalen af hotellet. Og for at komme til poolen skal man klatre op ad en stejl stige hvilket jeg ikke gjorde

Reasonable enough property for 2/3 star. Don’t expect anything special. Staff are great and welcoming.

Had to move rooms due to ants on the bed. Run down and not very clean. Expensive for Cambodia and not really worth the money.

The location was great and the room was quiet. The lobby and reception llooks lovely, unfortunately it all goes downhill from there. The girls on reception are helpful. Note the state of the bathroom and it's window. The photos flatter it.

Most of the facilities that are advertised are not available, they relate to the main hotel which was closed. The rooms are tired and shabby. We could have got far better for a similar price. We definitely would not stay there again.

Fair price at central location, friendly staff

Like the entire city this hotel suffers from the ongoing and disorganized construction work in the city - everything is covered with dust.

Première chambre réservée horrible et sale, on demande de changer de chambre on nous demande 10 € de plus par nuits soit 30€ , visite de la chambre , pas mieux, on demande à voir le patron, après plus minutes de discussions on nous surclasse ( pas vraiment un cadeau, vu qu’on a payé plus) chambre mieux mais toujours pas propre.

Tres sale a certains endroits comme la terrasse lit tâche 1er chambre plus petite que la description tv hs pour une autre chambre 10dollar de plus et plus encore pas de verre dans la salle de bain petits d'odettepour la douche je ne recommande pas l'établissement

Apparently there were two Seng Hout hotels next to each other which was little confusing. Hotel pictures were from both buildings. Overall hotel wasn't very clean. No sunbeds in the pool area. No chairs in public balconies.

We love the location of the hotel. We stay same place each time we visit Battambang. The restaurants and coffee shops are very nice around the hotel. The market and river are very close. The hotel staff always makes sure we enjoy our stay.

Stay here was good, had a little trouble with ants and a/c, but front desk service was very helpful.

Great central location , spacious room with safe, air con and deck with expansive city views. Good shower pressure but erratic temperature. Phone did not work in room. Pool was a real bonus in the humidity!

Bedding was just a duvet sheet was not thick enough and got lots of bites either bed bugs in the bed

The people walking past the windows had to keep the curtains closed all the time, which was terrible.

Location - near market and restaurants.

No cleaning. Due to wet season the floors were muddy. Our balcony could not be enjoyed aw it was disgustingly filthy. Very loud. They hang a roll of toilet paper on your door daily. Room is full of mosquitoes. Guests were screaming and swimming late in pool and there was no hotel control over this.

Great service. Has a really nice pool. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room service was good and the breakfasts were good. They also let us check in at 8am and even upgraded our room.

Our second stay. Always enjoy the hotel and location. The staff is very nice to us. Really enjoy the central location by river and market. My wife loves to shop and eat at the market. Easy also to get around to other locations.

Other guests had screaming children running around the hotel and none of the staff said anything. I told the parents to keep their children quiet and in their own room. Told staff I was unhappy but they could not have cared less. Rooms are a little dated but acceptable.

Excellent hotel located right in the center of the city. The rooms were very large, clean, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and it was very easy to walk to the main markets and restaurants around the area. Would highly recommend staying here!

The foyer was beautiful, full of dark wood furniture and artefacts which gave it an air of ‘times gone by’. There was a lift which was useful for baggage. The location was ideal.

The front of house seemed inexperienced but were friendly enough.

My wife and I really enjoyed the location close to river, market and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed the front desk team and the veranda areas outside the rooms very nice for relaxing.

Run down. No facilities anymore, despite announcements, staff not very customer oriented. It seems that this hotel is on the slide down.
