Reviewed Sep 2, 2026Хороший ухоженный бутик отель недалеко от аэропорта. Останавливались дважды. При отъезде был предоставлен бесплатный трансфер до аэропорта. Питание европейское можно заказать в ресторане. Также на территории отеля есть бассейн.

Reviewed Sep 2, 2026I arrived in foul mood after riding and being asphyxiated in Satans lawnmower to be fair. Staff were VERY nice and accomodating with my mood, fatigue and general pissy state late evening. It was my last night in Sri Lanka and I don't love cities.. but this accomodation totally met my expectations and made an easy get away in the morning for my flight. The bed was super comfy and clean, towels and room also, gardens and space and pool ( not tested) was lovely to see in the daylight and the upstairs restaurant area very pleasant to have my breakfast for only 2300LKR.
The fact that there was no brewed Sri Lankan coffee or welcoming juice is the only reason I didn't give a 10.

Reviewed Aug 26, 2026last minute hiccup during checkout. Office was claiming I had a pending restaurant bill, whereas I never visited restaurant or ordered anything. Wasted 10 minutes during crucial checkout time when I was already late for the airport.

Reviewed Aug 22, 2026In simple terms, the hotel is conveniently close to the airport, making it a suitable choice if proximity to the airport is important for you. A special mention for the hotel restaurant and the very friendly staff.
It is worth mentioning that there are mosquitoes inside the rooms, which “may”be due to water around the landscaping area not being cleaned or replaced often enough. Some guests may not be able to use mosquito repellent inside the rooms due to allergies . Slightly improving cleanliness at the reception area would be a constructive suggestion."

Reviewed Jul 17, 2026La proximité de l'aéroport très pratique quand on a un vol le matin tôt, avec en plus une navette gratuite. La piscine semblait agréable mais nous n'avons pas eu l'occasion d'en profiter. La tranquillité de l'hôtel.
Il manque un petit réfrigérateur dans la chambre qui aurait été apprécié car il faisait extrêmement chaud.

The pool was seriously over chlorinated. It bleached my son’s dark blue swimming shorts and he told us he could feel powder in the water. His eyes were sore and the skin on his face was itchy but he’s lucky he didn’t go into the end of the pool where we saw afterwards there were massive clumps of chlorine powder. We told the staff and got an apology but had to check they’d closed the pool. They apologised but did not seem that bothered. This plus some other smaller things - we only stayed for one night- ie a dessert that was off, makes me worry about their attention and care. It is a shame, we had a lovely lunch in the restaurant ( apart from the dessert, which they did take off our bill) I would not stay here again and would not recommend it.

Reviewed Jun 13, 2026I stayed here both at the start and end of my trip and was so happy I chose to book it again. It’s really convenient for the airport, and the fact that reception is open 24 hours is a huge bonus if you’re arriving or leaving at unusual times. The staff were always friendly and welcoming, and the rooms were spotless, comfortable and had a huge bed, which was exactly what I needed after a long journey. I also really appreciated the free airport transfer, which made everything so easy and stress-free. A great choice if you’re looking for a clean, comfortable and reliable airport hotel. I would definitely stay here again.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer nicht besonders gross, aber absolut ausreichend. Ein grosses Bett & ein Bad mit zum ersten Mal auf Sri Lanka genügend Wasserdruck. Das Hotel verfügt über einen kleinen Pool mit ein paar Liegen und einem Restaurant. Zimmer, Pool und Restaurant liegen alles in einem Innenhof. Ausserdem wurden wir kostenfrei morgens um 4 an den Flughafen gebracht. Wir würden sofort vor dem Abflugstag wieder buchen.

The floor in the room was not really cleaned. It is not very quiet, but given the proximity of the road and airport, this is to be expected.

Sehr laut, da grosse Strasse gleich vor und neben dem Hotel. Klimaanlage hat ihre besten Tage auch schon länger hinter sich. Super laut Pool konnte am Morgen nicht genutzt werden 😕

Reviewed Mar 23, 2026Olinia Airport hotel is very close to the airport, so ideal if you arrive late at night. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the swimming pool is nice, the staff are friendly and helpful. There is a free navette bus service from the hotel to the airport which is very useful.
It is ideally located for the airport, and relatively quiet despite being near a big road. However I wouldn't want to stay here longer than a night or so. It really is a transit hotel for the airport.

The noise from the road and airport runway. High volume speaker local music playing unreasonably loud +++ in the street until after midnight. Unfortunately we stayed on the last night of a 3 day local festival. Very unpleasant.

Reviewed Mar 14, 2026Well organised and friendly, we were welcomed on arrival and asked what time we needed the airport transfer. The room was clean and the shower worked well. The bed was comfy and there was a small pool if you fancied a swim. There is a restaurant upstairs and the food we had was tasty and good value.
You are unlikely to choose this hotel for pleasure; it is a place to grab some sleep before your flights and it does that job perfectly. The room was a bit shabby, and you are so close to the airport the plane noise is significant.
