Reviewed Sep 4, 2026Einfaches, aber sehr gut ausgestattetes Zimmer (Tisch, Stühle, Kleiderständer) mit super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Für den Zweck einer Flughafenübernachtung mit minimaler Zubringerzeit (5-10min je nach Verkehr) perfekt. Transfer hat früh morgens perfekt geklappt. Jederzeit wieder!!

Tasty and reasonably priced dinner available. Close to Katunayake South train station (line to Colombo Fort) and airport. Cute cat. Nice walk to town - not too far.
Only cold water in the shower.

Drain for the shower was blocked. A/C not working properly, only blowing air. Not chilling the air. Remote for the A/C not working at all. Paint flaking of the ceiling.

Reviewed Apr 2, 2026It was the worst experience of my life. Young man who received me was very rude and said he is not allowing me to stay unless I will cancel the booking!! I don't think Booking. Com should continue to keep them on your website.
Room they gave me has no AC, no proper bed or furniture (Bed is a Concrete Slab- see the photo) No proper roof . Just concrete slab and couldn't stay inside as so hot. I left early to go to Airport so that at least I could sit comfortably. They should refund my money.

The room was an oven where it was impossible to sleep in. No human being can sleep in these heat conditions. He provided an extra fan but it was impossible to sleep for a single minute.

Ants and bugs everywhere, the drains were very stinky- more than normal. WiFi wasn’t great.

Außer Flughafen nichts in der Nähe, daher nur empfehlenswert wenn man eine Nacht "überbrücken" muss. Hatten 4h Stromausfall von 5-10 Uhr, dadurch wurde es sehr heiß (ohne Ventilator). Lärm von draußen (Zug, Gebete)

I wouldn't stay here overnight unless you have a very early morning flight, beds were rock hard, we had an ants nest in our bathroom. When we arrived we had to keep the door and window wide open because it was like a sauna. But its was okay for 5 hours before having to take a flight and charge our phones up/ rest for a bit

The family room had air conditioning, two comfortable double beds. The owner was friendly and took us to the airport as promised.

Its very basic budget accommodation perfect for a stop over for one night before either heading to the airport or to your next destination.

The owner was very kind and attentive, always ready to help and offering 24-hour airport pick-up and drop-off service, which was extremely convenient.The location is good for overnight, specially when you are travelling. The room was well-equipped, clean, and comfortable. Overall, a pleasant experience – I would definitely stay here again!

Reviewed Oct 2, 2025The room was really clean and comfortable. The location was really convenient to the airport. I caught the a/c expressway airport bus from Colombo Fort station and got off the bus near to the property, walked the 1km to the property . I arrived at about 4pm and arranged for a 10pm drop off to the airport. Able to have a shower, good dinner at the property, (reasonable price) and prompt easy drop off to airport. Highly recommend for seemingly regular very early departures and arrivals to Colombo airport.
There was a dog barking much of my 6 hr stay, a bit annoying if you’re trying to get a bit of a sleep or relax before a middle of the night flight.

Reviewed Sep 29, 2025Initially I booked budget room with fan which actually I didn’t notice and didn’t realise. Host offered room with ac which I took for 2000 rupee more. So total 6500 rupee. Yes host offered me 500 rupee discount I declined, because I know it’s his right to request 6500 for room but he could do reasonable price for that room. And Actually for this amount I was booking much better and more spacious rooms within great and spacious villas. Yes room clean but very very simple for this price (yes transfer is included it’s like 5 min ride by car) I want to leave objective review and I’ll just attach pics of the room for you to decide This place is good to stay max 10-11 hours before or after flight (which I actually did) I’ve checked in around 7.30pm and left 7am for my flight
Also very surprising thing is same room if you are only person is higher price (see attached pics made from hosts phone) but if you are coming with 3 person family is cheaper price 🤷🏻♀️ i didn’t get it. Hosts reason for that was saying that it’s coming from Booking not from him, he can’t control it

Reviewed Sep 17, 2025Właściciel zawiózł nas o 2 w nocy na lotnisko bez dodatkowych opłat. Pokój był czysty i w dobrym stanie. Przez przypadek zarezerwowaliśmy pokój bez klimatyzacji. Właściciel bez problemu umożliwił nam zamianę na pokój z klimatyzacją (oczywiście po dopłacie zgodnie z ceną na Bookingu)
Obiekt znajduje się blisko lotniska i torów kolejowych, więc w nocy może być trochę głośniej, ale liczyliśmy się z tym ponieważ zależało nam na szybkim dotarciu na lotnisko.

Reviewed Sep 3, 2025Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft mit sehr gutem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Der Transport vom Flughafen mitten in der Nacht war kostenlos und hat prima geklappt :) Die Bushaltestelle nach Colombo ist Fußläufig (15 min) zu erreichen. Leckeres Frühstück und sehr netter Gastgeber.

Our host kindly welcomed us and provided information about restaurants in the area. There was a good food place around 8 mins walk away that was open super late.

Klein und etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Für einen längeren Aufenthalt eher nichts, aber für einen kurzen Stop ok. Leider viele Moskitos, aber dafür kann die Unterkunft nichts.
