The reception merely provide keys. Not a friendly welcome. Room was not cleaned on day 2. Bed was not made. Only provide new towels n drinks.

Super emplacement, proche des commodités. Chambre et salle de bain moderne et propre. Lit confortable. Thé local fourni.

La chambre n’est pas super bien insonorisée, on entend pas mal les voisins surtout lorsqu’ils sont dans la salle de bain et on entend aussi le passage des voitures à l’extérieur bien que ça ne donne pas sur la route directement. Avec des boule kies c’était ok.

Nice room, simply furnished but perfectly adequate, complimentary water, good location, and helpful staff.

The water pressure in the shower could be better, and the temperature could be warmer.

Good location, close to the city, with small shop and restaurants just around the corner.

There was no heating in the room, which made it quite cold. There was also a problem with the hot water in the shower — if you turned it on too much, it would suddenly become cold. The bathroom fan was too strong and made the toilet feel cold. We chose a trip based on a brochure available at the hotel, but unfortunately we ended up being scammed.

Das Frühstück wurde mit Sicht auf den Fluss überdacht draußen angeboten. Man konnte dort in Ruhe frühstücken und die Natur und Vögel beobachten.Wir waren Ende Februar da und es war eher ruhig. Wir hatten dort eine Dschungel Wanderung gebucht mit einem Guide ( Aaha ) er war ein aufmerksamer,angenehmer Begleiter.Die Tour 10.5 km war für uns bei diesem Wetter Bergauf und Ab anstrengend. Ausreichend mit Wasser versorgen! Einfache Behausung ,passt für die Dschungel Tour. Sehr gerne wieder!!

Hyggeligt og lyst værelse med egen lille terrasse. Ligger centralt og roligt lidt væk fra det travle centrum. Havde en rigtig fin dagstur i området ved den lokale vært. Kan anbefales.

Kunne godt have brugt et par sengelamper. Morgenmaden er simpelthen elendig og meget sparsom. En kop tynd kaffe og efter valg 2 stk toastbrød med en klat marmelade ell et toastbrød med røræg. Intet frugt, juice, yoghurt ell. andet. Lad være med at tilkøbe morgenmad og gå i stedet over på en af de nærliggende caféer

The location, it located at a prime location. Most of the attractions there are walking distance.

The heater not really functioning well, since the weather quite cold so talking bath quite an adventure.

Wonderful Garden and Scenery around the room, clean, friendly stuff and just a Great Location in Tanah Rata and the Cameron Highlands in General. We could even Check in 2 Hours early.

Água do chuveiro não estava quente tampouco tépida. O quarto não tinha aquecimento, solicitamos um cobertor extra. Entregaram -nos um routo. Sem limpeza diária, deixam a entrada toalhas lavadas e um rolo de papel higiénico

Очень приличный номер в стиле лофт. Есть гели, шампуни и прочие принадлежности. Уборка и замена полотенец каждый день. 2 бутылочки воды тоже. Чайник и чай в номере. Много пространства. Кровать хорошая. Терраса перед входом в номер со столиком и стульями. Можно заказать экскурсии на ресепшн или же взять личного водителя. Расположение мне понравилось тоже. Вайфай хороший. Персонал старается помочь. Отличные белоснежные полотенца. Широкие кресла и места для работы на ноуте.

Стены конечно в один кирпич. И прилегающая улица хорошо слышна. Но ближе к 12.00 всё затихает. Вода нагревается слабовато и напор средний. Но терпимо. Свет и вытяжка в ванной комнате включается одновременно, но в условиях вечерней прохлады это создает небольшой дополнительный поток холодного воздуха.

I stayed for one night and was very satisfied with my experience. The hotel room was exceptionally clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to receive fresh towels that were still warm. The location is peaceful and quiet at night, as it’s not situated on a busy road. The room had everything I needed, except for the iron, which was available in the shared living room area of the main building. The room was also spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended!

Semua okay — tempat tidur bersih, facilities pun memuaskan serta staff juga sangat ramah dan membantu

Cuma kurang selesa bila dapat tetamu sebelah yang kurang common sense, buat bising, melepak diluar waktu tengah malam dan mengganggu tetamu lain yang nak berehat. Kalau dpt yang common sense sikit mmg tempat overall okay

Viniendo de otros sitios de Malasia, es un poco caro para lo que ofrece, entiendo que por la localización.

Am besten hat uns die private Tour mit dem Gastgeber durch die Cameron highlands gefallen. Er bringt einen zu Orten an dem kaum Touristen sind und passt die Tour auch an die individuellen Wünsche an. Die Tour ist wirklich sehr zu empfehlen.

La habitación es muy amplia y limpia. El personal amable y dispuesto a ayudarnos. El desayuno bueno aunque poca variedad.

No les quedaban motos para alquilar y no nos ofrecieron ninguna solución más que buscáramos por el pueblo algun otro sitio.

Cosy and affordable accommodation! Truly feels value for money ✨️ Checked-in at around 6pm and the staff was friendly. Essentials such as shower gels, shampoo, dental kit, towels, toilet slipper, extra blanket, tv and complimentary bottled water were available! There's also a cute little courtyard outside our room. Felt very cosy and nice, especially with the fairy lights at night. The room itself is really spacious and feels homely. Location is also good - near a mall if you need essentials (Guardian and Mr Diy), lots of eatery places nearby (we recommend Sate Abang which is less than 10 mins by foot) and the bus terminal is also nearby. Lots of parking space and you can rent a motorbike from them. Only downside for me personally was that the shower heater was not as strong and you can't adjust the temperature for the sink tap - we were freezing as it was raining when we were staying there! Also wished there was more pillows as there was only two - but these are minor flaws. All in all, would recommend this accoms if you are travelling to Cameron Highlands!

Beautiful, spacious, comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Great location close to pretty much everything. We got offered a tour with the owner who is very knowledgeable about the area and we highly recommend doing it if you can.

The staff were excellent, the father of the family took us out for two days as a local tour guide. Fantastic local knowledge, really friendly & helpful, great value. He was brilliant and would recommend anyone staying to ask if he will show you around. Good bathroom and decent room. Good location to explore the town.

A little basic.

I love the view, the vibes. Interior was nice.

Good located place. Big room, just a bit dirty. The sheets had some dark spots on it, some hair in the bathroom. No refrigerator.

The included Breakfast was ok, some eggs with toast and coffee/tea. For anything else you have to pay.

Muy limpio y ubicación excepcional. Al lado de todos los restaurantes para comer/cenar. Muy cerca de la estación de autobuses y puedes ir caminando hacer el trekking de la ruta 10. Repetiria de alojamiento seguro!

La excursión. La contratamos con el hotel aunque no es cosa de ellos. No nos gustó nada. Una turistada tras otra.

Great location - just nice with quiet calm surroundings, yet close to all restaurants, cafes, shopping market. Clean and nice feel with friendly staff.

Bathroom fittings needed some tightening, repair as the pot-lid was loose, and also one of the knobs. With that price, maybe we expected bit more on a few things, but overall nice stay and helpful staff. No serious complains.

Very spacious, clean and furnished room. Position is perfect to walk around and the staff is very friendly to help you organize a lot of activities in the Cameron highlands.

Breakfast isn't very varied (we just had one toast with butter and jam) and the portions are small. I think this could be improved a bit.

El baño no tiene mampara, con lo cual a la hora de ducharte se moja todo el wc y es incómodo.

the scenery and calmness

The location is strategic, nearby amenities in Tanah Rata. The host is friendly and the room was truly comfortable. Had a pleasant experience staying here.

The property location is good with ample parking.

The room door frame was damaged as it can be moved even after locking it. It makes us feel insecure.

Everything meet my expectations. Only things is the sound proof very weak. Can easily hear what next room conversion or when the child making noise Infront the front yard ( entrance area ) or in garden. Not really can rest well with all sound from surrounding. Other than that, good location ,helpful staff.free parking area nearby.

We had a lovely stay — the room was spacious, very clean, and the whole place felt cozy and well-kept. The garden area is beautiful and peaceful, and we didn’t notice any bugs or insects around. The breakfast was small but good, and the staff were friendly and always available on site. There was no fridge in the room, but since most people don’t stay long in Cameron Highlands, it is not a big issue.

The only downside was a bit of an unpleasant smell from the bathroom when the ventilation was on. However, turning it off and opening the window or door easily solved the problem.

It’s located in the city center. There are many restaurants and shops nearby. The guy on the reception was kind. He explained everything.

We had breakfast included but the food wasn’t the best. The offer is very simple, that’s ok but taste could be better.

Great location, super friendly and helpful receptionist, scooter rental at a very fair price. Enjoyed our stay. The walls are a bit thin, so you can hear the traffic

Bed was very bad. When partner moves the whole bed moves Bed was too hard

My experience at Big Dreams Garden Stay was fantastic. The location is perfect on a privacy. The staff were exceptional—always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with anything I needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and convenient stay!
